Paul Milan Delac, 69, died Thursday at Breezes of the Matanzas. He moved here in 1978 from New York City, where he was a machinist in the steel wire industry.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 15, 1998, at 5 p.m. at Croyle Funeral Home, with Father Leslie Knight officiating.

Olin Ruff
Olin R. Ruff, age 79, died April 10, 1998, at Columbia Putnam Medical Center in Palatka.
A native of Charleston, S.C., he came to Florida 30 years ago from Norfolk, Va., and then moved to Crescent City from Pomona Park 13 years ago. He served for more than 27 years in the U.S. Navy, including World War II and the Korean Conflict. He retired with the rank of lieutenant commander, and he was actively involved with the VFW in Crescent City where he had served as a past commander.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Clayton Frank Funeral Home in Crescent City, with the Rev. Scott Farman and the Rev. Woodrow Wyatt officiating. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, with full military honors. Joseph Colee
Joseph D. Colee, 90, St. Augustine, died April 11, 1998, at Arbors in Orange Park. He was a lifelong resident of St. Augustine. He was a member of Cathedral Parish and served as an usher at both the Cathedral-Basilica and Prince of Peace Church for more than 50 years. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired after 46 years at Florida East Coast Railway.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Cathedral-Basilica with the Rev. Msgr. Harold F. Jordan officiating. Burial will be in San Lorenzo Cemetery. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday; prayers will be said at 6 p.m.

John Sechny Jr. died recently at his home in Roseville, Calif. He was a frequent visitor to St. Augustine and the Beach for nearly 19 years.
A mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Yonkers, N.Y. Burial follows in the family plot at Oakland Cemetery, Yonkers.

Dwight A. (D.A.) Steward, Brooklyn, N.Y., died April 10, 1998.

Eddie Williams
Eddie Carl Williams, 80, 273 W. King St., died April 8, 1998, in Flagler Hospital East. He was a lifelong resident of St. Augustine.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. today at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. F.D. Richardson Jr., pastor of St. Paul AME Church, officiating.
Survivors include a niece, Alice Williams, St. Augustine; and other relatives.

F.G. Harrison
Franklyn G. Harrison Sr., U.S. Army, retired, St. Augustine and York Beach, Maine, died April 12, 1998, at his home. He was a career medical soldier for 27 years. He was born in Lawrence, Mass., attended Methuen schools and attained certification at Medical and Surgical Schools, Fitzimmons Army Hospital, Denver, Col. He served in the U.S. Adviser Group to the U.S. Army National Guard, Boston, Mass., First U.S. Army (ARNGUS), and he was assigned to the Public Health Department, Gifu Military Government Team, Tokai-Hokuriku, during the occupation of Japan. He also served as a sergeant in charge of the 1124th ASU Dispensary, Boston Army Base, Boston, Mass. At that assignment he organized and aided to administer health examinations for many future West Point Cadets. He was discharged with the title Permanent Sergeant Regular Army. Later he was ordered from retired service to his last assignment at HHC, 1st Bn., 64th Armor, 7th U.S. Army in Germany. Harrison was a veteran of the campaigns at Guadalcanal and in Korea.
His citations include Medical Combat Badge, Bronze Start Medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Ribbon with five service stars, American Defense Service Medal, Army of Occupation of Japan, Good Conduct Medal, Bronze Clasp with five loops, World War II Victory Medal, Army Commendation Medal.
Following his Army retirement, Harrison was employed by the Town of Andover, Mass. He was a life member of the VFW Post 2391 and American Legion Post No. 37, and a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, all of St. Augustine. He was also a life member of the Dewey Club, Arlington Club and Bavarian Reading Society, all of Methuen, Mass.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with the Rev. William C. Mooney, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home chapel from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. Prayers will be said at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Survivors include his wife, Nora T. Keraghan Harrison, St. Augustine; sons and daughters-in-law, Franklyn G. Harrison Jr. and Theodora Brown Harrison, California, Barry Clinton and Conni Williams Harrison, Indiana; a brother and sister-in-law, John D. and Mary Murphy Harrison; sisters-in-law, Grace Keraghan, Carol Wilson, Mary English, Claire Broadhead, Imelda Keogh and Virginia Leyland, all of Massachusetts; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Stella Adelsperger
Elizabeth Marti Stella Adelsperger, 90, Cleveland, Ohio, died April 2, 1998, in Bedford, Ohio. Her daughter, Elizabeth Marti, 71, Orlando, died nine days later, April 11, while visiting in Bedford.
Funeral services for Mrs. Adelsperger were held at Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
She is survived by one son, Dewey Adelsperger, St. Augustine; a daughter, Connie Zak, Bedford; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Marti was born in Oil City, Pa., and burial services for her were held in Orlando.
Survivors, in addition to her brother and sister, include her husband, Wallace Marti, a daughter, Sharon Ritchie and two grandchildren, all of Orlando.
