Margaret Seybolt Beem, 84, St. Augustine, died June 24, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East. She was born in Dunkirk, N.Y., and she had resided here for many years. She retired after 30 years as a teacher in the deaf department at The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, and she was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with the Rev. William Mooney officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Lawn Memorial Gardens, Boone, N.C.
Survivors include a husband, Roy Beem, St. Augustine; and one sister, Delores Catalina, Dunkirk.

Evelyn Carter
Evelyn Frances Carter, 82, St. Augustine, died June 24, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and she had resided here since 1948. She was a former supervisor of food service at Flagler College, and she was of the Baptist faith.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
Flowers are gratefully accepted, or those wishing may make a contribution, in her memory, to the American Cancer Society, POB 5355, St. Augustine, 32085.
Survivors include one son, Timothy Carter, St. Augustine; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mary Jo Hill
Mary Jo Hill, 82, died June 22, 1998, at the Ponce de Leon Care Center. She was a lifelong resident of the Bakersville/St. Augustine area.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Donovan Tinsley, pastor of Trinity Chapel Ministries, officiating.
Survivors include 11 children, Rosemary Vaughn, Mona Raulerson, Alene Turner, Bill Robinson, George Hill, all of St. Augustine, Barbara Shedd, Ruth Crews, Buddy Robinson, Clinton Robinson, all of Green Cove Springs, Vaughn Hill, Roy Hill, Jupiter; eight sisters, Alean Ashton, Alice Lasko, Margaret Fox, Lois Touchton, Melanie Notts, Marie Marion, Beatrice McGowan, Annabelle Coombs; 36 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Croyle Funeral Home is in charge.

Vivian Drawdy
Vivian E. Drawdy, 74, died June 23, 1998, in Fort Myers. She was born in St. Augustine.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. today at Hope Hospice in Fort Myers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Fort Myers, 33908, or to the American Cancer Society. The St. Augustine address for the American Cancer Society is POB 5355, St. Augustine, 32085.
Survivors include daughters, Judi Dehays, Fort Myers Beach, Fran Blanco, Cape Coral; sons, Hugh Drawdy, Lake City, Vernon Drawdy, Dade City; sisters, Erma Cornell, Carol Sutton, both of St. Augustine, Mabel Doughtry, San Diego, Calif.; a brother, Francis Booth, St. Augustine; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Sarah Poole
Sarah Poole, 52, Georgetown, S.C., died June 24, 1998, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, S.C. She was born in Lumberton, N.C., the daughter of the late William Alton and Hattie Blackwell Osborn, and she was newsroom supervisor with The Georgetown Times, having been employed at the paper for 17 years. She attended Graves Southern Baptist Church.
Funeral services were to be held at 3 p.m. today at Graves Southern Baptist Church, with the Rev. Scott Taylor officiating and burial following in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Poole was the mother of the late Jay Carl Poole Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Jay C. Poole, one son, Robert (Bob) Hayes, a daughter, Sarah Jean Poole, all of Georgetown; a brother, Jimmy Osborn, Raleigh, N.C.; three sisters, Marjorie Braddock, St. Augustine, Christine Burditt, Marion, N.Y., Clara May Osborn, Norfolk, Va.; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Marion Barnes
Marion ``Barney'' Barnes, 72, St. Augustine, died June 25, 1998, at St. Augustine Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. He moved here in 1968 from Miami, where he was born. He was in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked in the maintenance department of the St. Johns County School Board for 18 years, and he was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, St. Augustine; three sons, Daniel L. Barnes, St. Augustine, Gregory L. Barnes, Hobe Sound, and James C. Barnes, Glendale, Ariz.; a daughter, Diana Marie Taggart, Bowie, Md.; two brothers, Chauncey Barnes and Grant Barnes, Miami; a sister, Marilyn Worth, Jensen Beach; and eight grandchildren.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Those wishing may make a contribution in his memory to Hospice Northeast, 1400 Old Dixie Highway, St. Augustine, Fla. 32086.

Constantine Iula
Constantine A. Iula, 69, St. Augustine, died June 24, 1998, at Vencor Hospital, Green Cove Springs. Born April 6, 1929, in Bronx, N.Y., he had resided in St. Augustine since 1986.
Mr. Iula was a retired teacher. He taught all phases of building maintenance and the building trades at the Board of Cooperative Educational Occupational Center, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and at the Anderson School for Autistic Children, Rhinebeck, N.Y. He attended New Paltz College and Suny-Utica Rome College, New York State.
He was an Army veteran and served in Korea as a sergeant from 1948-82 with the 101st Signal Battalion. He received the Army Occupational Medal, Korean Service Medal and Bronze Service Stars. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, No. 611, St. Augustine.
On April 23, 1950, he married Emily Marie Mosso in St. Johns the Baptist Catholic Church, Yonkers, N.Y. She survives him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Nicholas A. Iula, St. Augustine; also a foster son, Henry Campuzano, New York; a brother, Angelo Iula, Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Rosemarie Reda, Mahopac, N.Y.; a sister-inlaw, Justine Cannavo, St. Augustine; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the father of Teresa Lynn Iula who died as an infant.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Cathedral-Basilica of St. Augustine with Father Ed Booth officiating. Friends may call at the Cathedral from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday; and prayers will be said there at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Flowers are gratefully declined.

A funeral Mass for Constantine A. Iula, 69, St. Augustine, who died June 24, 1998, at Vencor Hospital, Green Cove Springs, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Cathedral-Basilica of St. Augustine with Father Ed Booth officiating. Floyd Wiggins Sr.
Floyd Rayburn Wiggins Sr., 67, St. Augustine, died June 27, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Havana, Fla., and he had resided here for 50 years. He was a shrimp boat carpenter, and he was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the U.S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Craig Funeral Home chapel.
Friends may call at Craig chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Wiggins, St. Augustine; one daughter, Deborah Fay, St. Augustine; a son, Floyd Rayburn Wiggins Jr., Ponte Vedra Beach; four sisters, Elaine Hubbard, New York, Virginia Wilkerson, Chiefland, Beatrice Oliver, Carolyn Beckham, Texas; two brothers, James T. Wiggins, Bennie Wiggins, both of Georgia; and three grandchildren.

Vincent Ferro
Vincent Ferro, 82, died June 28, 1998, in Flagler Hospital. He was born near Palermo, Italy, and he was a teaching principal in Sicily. He received a degree in business administration from Quinnipiac College, New Haven, Conn., and he was a supervisor for the Department of Transportation in Connecticut until his retirement. He had resided in St. Augustine since 1980.
A memorial Mass is planned at 9 a.m. Thursday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Flowers are gratefully declined.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ferro, two sons, Frank Ferro, St. Augustine, Gaetano Ferro, Wilton, Conn.; a sister, Vincenza Ferro, Italy; and four grandchildren.

William King
William C. King, 84, St. Augustine, died June 28, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Leeds, England, and he had resided here for the past several years. He was retired from Detroit Edison, and he was a veteran of the Canadian Army, serving during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanore King, St. Augustine; one daughter, May King, Ferndale, Mich.; a stepdaughter, Dorothy Guido, Ocala; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

William Taylor
William E. Taylor, 70, St. Augustine, died June 26, 1998, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Jacksonville. He was born in Weldon, N.C., and he had resided here since April. He was retired from the mobile home construction business, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Taylor, St. Augustine; two daughters, Sherry Perdue, Ocala, Teresa Perry, St. Augustine; two sons, William E. Taylor Jr., Danny Lee Taylor, both of Baltimore, Md.; and seven grandchildren.
