Myrtle Ehmann
Myrtle Ironie Ehmann, 78, St. Augustine, died Aug. 25, 1998, at Shands Hospital, Gainesville. Born in West Bay, Grand Cayman, British West Indies, she had resided in St. Augustine since 1978. She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, Unit No. 6, and had been Commander of the DAV Auxiliary Third District. She was a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Craig Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. John Hunter, pastor of Memorial Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Craig chapel. Flowers are gratefully declined, and those wishing may make donations in her memory to the DAV Auxiliary, Unit No. 6, 46 Masters Dr., St. Augustine, 32095.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin Ehmann, St. Augustine; one step-daughter, Valarie J. Coletti, Glen Oaks, Queens, N.Y.; one step-son, Warren J. Ehmann, N.Y.; and one granddaughter.

Nellie Johnson
Nellie Mae Johnson, 89, 2481 Elouise Dr., Pier Station, died Aug. 19, 1998, at Orange Park Medical Center. A native of Goliad, Texas, she had resided in Florida for a number of years. She was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church, Pier Station, and the Order of Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Marshall, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the church and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the hour of services.
Survivors include a son, Leslie Shelton Sr., Pier Station; a sister, Alice Faye Robinson, Goliad; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and many other relatives.
Chase and Son Funeral Home is in charge.

Ernest Kline
Ernest Clyde Kline, 57, St. Augustine, died Aug. 10, 1998, at Orange Park Medical Center. A native of New Kensington, Pa., he moved to St. Augustine more than 20 years ago. He worked as a chef in several local restaurants.
Survivors include a brother, William J. Kline Jr., Oakdale, Long Island, N.Y.; and a friend, Lois Osgood, St. Augustine.
The Duval County Cremation Society, Jacksonville, was in charge of arrangements.

Bradley McKay
Bradley Kelly McKay, 6, St. Augustine, died Aug. 26, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Jacksonville and had resided here all of his life. He won first place in the Special Olympics wheelchair race and was an avid baseball fan.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Craig Funeral Home, with the Rev. Michael Mott, pastor of Moultrie Baptist Church, officiating. Friends may call from 4-6:30 p.m. today at Craig Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park.
Survivors include his mother, Jennifer McKay; his father and step-mother, Kevin and Lori McKay; maternal grandparents, Rebecca and Jerry Hopkins; two sisters, Hannah and Kelly; two brothers, David and Kevin; paternal grandparents, Larry and Janet McKay; maternal great-grandparents, Genera Martinez and the late Raymona Martinez; Ann Hopkins and the late Nester Hopkins, all of St. Augustine; paternal great-grandparents, Glenn and Rita Davis, North Carolina.

Rose O'Leary
Rose Mary O'Leary, 64, St. Augustine, died Aug. 25, 1998, at her home. Born in East Dubuque, Ill., she moved to St. Augustine in 1983. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ponce de Leon Country Club, and was past president of the Ladies Golf Association.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with the Rev. William C. Mooney, pastor, officiating. Prayers will be recited at 5 p.m. Friday in the Craig Funeral Home chapel. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. Friday.
Flowers are gratefully declined; those wishing may make donations in her memory to Hospice Northeast, 1400 Old Dixie Highway, Suite A, St. Augustine, 32086, or to the Corpus Christi Catholic Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 3064, St. Augustine, 32085.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, William Dennis O'Leary, St. Augustine; her parents, David and Mary Schauer, East Dubuque; three sons, Dennis David O'Leary, San Diego, Calif., Mark Christopher O'Leary, Granger, Ind., Patrick James O'Leary, St. Augustine; one sister, Kay Ann Weiderholt, Lancaster, Wis.; two brothers, Dorrance Schauer, Dubuque, Iowa, Jo Schauer, East Dubuque; and six grandchildren.

LaMar Patton
Memorial services for LaMar Bowman Patton, 68, Lady Lake, who died Aug. 24, 1998, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Craig Funeral Home chapel.

Eddie Arnold
Eddie ``Mutt'' Arnold, 74, 78 Weeden St., died Aug. 20, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West. He was a member of the American Red Cross, Senior Stars, Usher Board One, Sunday School adult class, Bible study group, and Prayer Partner. He was a member of St. Paul AME Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul AME Church, with the Rev. F.D. Richardson Jr., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Armstrong Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today at Chase and Son Funeral Home chapel, and at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the hour of services.
Survivors include one daughter, Vermel Jones, Jacksonville; four sisters, Adell Cauthen, New Jersey, Rosa Nimmons and Ollie A. Shell, Armstrong, Beatrice Threet, Hastings; three brothers, Emanuel Arnold, Earnest Arnold, Hastings; Hercules Arnold, Ohio; three grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Hans Bosch
Hans Peter Bosch, 57, St. Augustine, died Aug. 27, 1998, at his home. He was born in Munsingen, Germany, and had resided in St. Augustine since 1985. He was the chef and owner of Hans Beach House restaurant, St. Augustine Beach. He was of the Lutheran faith.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Craig Funeral Home chapel, with Dorothy Bonanno officiating. Flowers are gratefully accepted, or those wishing may make a contribution in his memory to Hospice Northeast, 1400 Old Dixie Highway, Suite A, St. Augustine, 32086.

Corrine D. Graham, 65, St. Augustine, died Aug. 27, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West. She was born in Alva, Fla., and had resided in St. Augustine since 1971. She was a certified nurse's assistant and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Craig Funeral Home.
She was predeceased by her husband, Henry L. Graham, and two brothers, Roy and Thomas Dodd.
She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia High and Karen Graham, both of St. Augustine; two sons, Donald Graham, Bismarck, Ark., Richard Graham, St. Augustine; two sisters, Laura Rys, St. Augustine, Catherine Ferrell, Alva; a brother, Jerry Dodd, Ft. Myers; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services for Rose Mary O'Leary, 64, St. Augustine, who died Aug. 25, 1998, at her home, will be held at 9 a.m. today at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with the Rev. William C. Mooney, pastor, officiating.

Glenn Sellers
Glenn M. Sellers, 66, died on Aug. 22, 1998, at home in Savannah, Ga., under the care of American Hospice. He was born in Miami and had lived in St. Augustine for many years, working for the Florida East Coast Railway. He was also a longtime resident of Atlanta and Savannah.
He was a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in civil engineering and a member of Chi Phi fraternity. He was a professional civil engineer and was retired from Leath, Inc. in Atlanta. He was a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Skidaway Island United Methodist Church, past president of the Chamblee-Doraville Kiwanis Club and a member of the Savannah Area Gator Club.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Skidaway Island United Methodist Church, 54 Diamond Causeway, Savannah, Ga. Entombment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Peachtree Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Norcross, Ga. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel, 7200 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, Ga. Those wishing may make a donation in his memory to Skidaway Island United Methodist Church, United Methodist Children's Home, 500 Columbia Drive, Decatur, Ga. 30030 or to American Hospice, 340 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, Ga. 31406.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; three sons, Michael H. Sellers, Atlanta, Glennan David Sellers, St. Augustine, Gregory B. Sellers, San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Mary Sellers, Cooper City, Fla.; one brother, Fred M. Sellers, Davie, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

Elna Marie ``Ellie'' Vanderbent, 63, St. Augustine, died Aug. 28, 1998, at Orange Park Medical Center. She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and had lived in St. Augustine since 1967. She was a retired rural carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, was past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, a member of the Letter Carriers Union and she was of the Episcopal faith.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Craig Funeral Home with the Rev. Deena Galantowicz, associate rector, Trinity Episcopal Parish, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, 5-8 p.m.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Peavey Wessels.
She is survived by her husband, George Vanderbent, St. Augustine; daughters, Dorothy Peavey Hall and Diane Embry, both of St. Augustine; sons, Steven L. Peavey, St. Augustine, and Paul David Peavey, Fort Lauderdale; step-daughters, Nancy Guina, Lutz, Fla., Susan Smith, Atlanta, Ga., and Cathey Ross, Jacksonville; step-sons, Donald, Steven and Richard Vanderbent, all of St. Augustine, and Kenneth Vanderbent, Fort Lauderdale; sisters, Martha Travis and Cathy Wenthworth, both of Los Angeles; brother, Tommy Zimmerman, California; 27 grandchildren and nine great-children.

Dr. Loren Hatch
Dr. Loren Lorenzo Hatch, D.O., Ph.D., died Aug. 28, 1998, in St. Augustine. He was born Feb. 27, 1923, in Spencer, Iowa, and he was reared in Madison, Wis. He had resided in St. Augustine for the past 16 years. He served in the U.S. Naval Reserve and the Merchant Marines, and he received his doctor of osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathy and later, his Ph.D., from Michigan State University.
He was past worthy patron of the Eastern Star No. 182, F&AM, Dallas, Ga., and he was a member of the Shriners of Atlanta.
Honoring his wishes, Dr. Hatch will be buried at sea on a later date. The family suggests memorials, in his memory, to a favorite charity.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth Hatch; a daughter, April F. Riggs; sons, Dr. Mark E. Hatch, D.O., Loren C. Hatch; a sister, Virginia Utter; and seven grandchildren.
Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, Orange Park, is in charge.

Sarah Jackson
Sarah Jackson, 62, 4105 East Pier Station Road, Green Cove Springs, died Aug. 27, 1998, at her home. Arrangements will be announced by Chase and Son Funeral Home.
