Myrtle Ironie Ehmann, 78, St. Augustine, died Aug. 25, 1998, at Shands Hospital, Gainesville. Born in West Bay, Grand Cayman, British West Indies, she had resided in St. Augustine since 1978. She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, Unit No. 6, and had been Commander of the DAV Auxiliary Third District. She was a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Craig Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. John Hunter, pastor of Memorial Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Craig chapel. Nellie Johnson
Nellie Mae Johnson, 89, 2481 Elouise Dr., Pier Station, died Aug. 19, 1998, at Orange Park Medical Center. A native of Goliad, Texas, she had resided in Florida for a number of years. She was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church, Pier Station, and the Order of Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Marshall, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the church and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the hour of services.
Survivors include a son, Leslie Shelton Sr., Pier Station; a sister, Alice Faye Robinson, Goliad; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and many other relatives.

Ernest Kline
Ernest Clyde Kline, 57, St. Augustine, died Aug. 10, 1998, at Orange Park Medical Center. A native of New Kensington, Pa., he moved to St. Augustine more than 20 years ago. He worked as a chef in several local restaurants.
Survivors include a brother, William J. Kline Jr., Oakdale, Long Island, N.Y.; and a friend, Lois Osgood, St. Augustine.
The Duval County Cremation Society, Jacksonville, was in charge of arrangements.
Bradley McKay
Bradley Kelly McKay, 6, St. Augustine, died Aug. 26, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Jacksonville and had resided here all of his life. He won first place in the Special Olympics wheelchair race and was an avid baseball fan.

Rose Mary O'Leary, 64, St. Augustine, died Aug. 25, 1998, at her home. Born in East Dubuque, Ill., she moved to St. Augustine in 1983. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ponce de Leon Country Club, and was past president of the Ladies Golf Association.

Glenn Sellers
Glenn M. Sellers, 66, died on Aug. 22, 1998, at home in Savannah, Ga., under the care of American Hospice. He was born in Miami and had lived in St. Augustine for many years, working for the Florida East Coast Railway. He was also a longtime resident of Atlanta and Savannah.
He was a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in civil engineering and a member of Chi Phi fraternity. He was a professional civil engineer and was retired from Leath, Inc. in Atlanta. He was a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Skidaway Island United Methodist Church, past president of the Chamblee-Doraville Kiwanis Club and a member of the Savannah Area Gator Club.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Skidaway Island United Methodist Church, 54 Diamond Causeway, Savannah, Ga. Entombment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Peachtree Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Norcross, Ga. Elna Marie ``Ellie'' Vanderbent, 63, St. Augustine, died Aug. 28, 1998, at Orange Park Medical Center. She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and had lived in St. Augustine since 1967. She was a retired rural carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, was past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, a member of the Letter Carriers Union and she was of the Episcopal faith.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Craig Funeral Home with the Rev. Deena Galantowicz, associate rector, Trinity Episcopal Parish, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, 5-8 p.m.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Peavey Wessels.
She is survived by her husband, George Vanderbent, St. Augustine; daughters, Dorothy Peavey Hall and Diane Embry, both of St. Augustine; sons, Steven L. Peavey, St. Augustine, and Paul David Peavey, Fort Lauderdale; step-daughters, Nancy Guina, Lutz, Fla., Susan Smith, Atlanta, Ga., and Cathey Ross, Jacksonville; step-sons, Donald, Steven and Richard Vanderbent, all of St. Augustine, and Kenneth Vanderbent, Fort Lauderdale; sisters, Martha Travis and Cathy Wenthworth, both of Los Angeles; brother, Tommy Zimmerman, California; 27 grandchildren and nine great-children.
Dr. Loren Hatch
Dr. Loren Lorenzo Hatch, D.O., Ph.D., died Aug. 28, 1998, in St. Augustine. He was born Feb. 27, 1923, in Spencer, Iowa, and he was reared in Madison, Wis. He had resided in St. Augustine for the past 16 years. He served in the U.S. Naval Reserve and the Merchant Marines, and he received his doctor of osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathy and later, his Ph.D., from Michigan State University.
He was past worthy patron of the Eastern Star No. 182, F&AM, Dallas, Ga., and he was a member of the Shriners of Atlanta.
Honoring his wishes, Dr. Hatch will be buried at sea on a later date. The family suggests memorials, in his memory, to a favorite charity.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth Hatch; a daughter, April F. Riggs; sons, Dr. Mark E. Hatch, D.O., Loren C. Hatch; a sister, Virginia Utter; and seven grandchildren.
