Ida Coe Sellers of Bonifay died Jan. 5 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala.,
Surviving are her husband, Joe Harmon Sellers of Bonifay; a son, Jimmy Harrison of Bonifay; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Jan. 7 at the Union Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Mitch Johnson officiating.
Burial was in Dyson Cemetery in Holmes County with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
Lonnie Rogers, 72
Lonnie Rogers of DeFuniak Springs died Jan. 5 at Healthmark Regional Medical Center there.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Earline Lee Rogers of Bonifay; three sons, Michael Rogers of Dorcas, Joey Rogers and wife, Angie, Charley Rogers and wife, Candace, all of Bonifay; three daughters, Sharon Hopkins of Bonifay, Gail Alford and husband, Buddy, Ellen Gipson and husband, Tony, all of DeFuniak Springs; three brothers, Leamon Rogers, Franklin Rogers and Jimmy Rogers, all of Bonifay; three sisters, Loys Phillips, Helen Mancill and Margaret Harris, all of Bonifay; 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 7 at Union Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Ed Williams officiating. Burial was in Sellers Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
C.W. Mitchell, 75
C.W. “Dub” Mitchell of Greensboro, N.C. died Jan. 5 at Wesley Long Hospital there. He was born March 6, 1930 in Bonifay to the late Cyrus Lane Mitchell and Mollie Sylvest Mitchell.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and attended Sumner Baptist Church. He owned and operated Mitchell Construction Company until his retirement and was a member of Family Motor Coach Association.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Faye Manuel Mitchell; one son, Kenneth Mitchell of Westville; a daughter, Kathy Mitchell Varner and husband, Charles, of Greensboro; two sisters, Ellouise Lee of Panama City and Earlene Barnette of Bonifay; one brother, J.C. “Bill” Mitchell of Pine Level, Ala.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Jan. 8 in the funeral home chapel with the Revs. Rex Pollard and Ernest Mangum officiating.
Burial followed in Guilford Memorial Park with Hanes Lineberry Funeral Home, Sedgefield Chapel directing.
Robert S. Brownell, 48
Robert Sheldon Brownell of Bonifay died Jan. 2 at his residence there.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Anna Hibbitts Fowler of Bonifay; stepfather, David Fowler of Bonifay; three sisters, Tammy Wilson of LaGrange, Ky., Dawn Ahluawalia of Boonsboro, Md., and Michelle Mangieri of Germantown, Md.; a brother, Mark Mangieri of Germantown; an aunt, Brenda Reynolds and husband, Kenny, of DeFuniak Springs.
Services were held Jan. 6 in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Kenny Martin officiating.
Burial was in the Bonifay Cemetery with Sims Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
Joseph Lawrence, 67
Joseph W. Lawrence of Chipley died Jan. 5 in Chipley. He as born Aug. 5, 1938, in Allentown, Pa., to Walter and Betty (Beck) Lawrence, and had lived in Chipley for the past 12 years.
He was a member of St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Lawrence of Chipley; three sons, Steven Lawrence and Daniel Lawrence, both of Allentown, Pa., and Scott Lawrence of Quakertown, Pa.; two stepsons, Frank LaRosa Jr. of Hawthorne, N.J., and Sebastian LaRosa of Altoona, Pa.; a daughter, Felicia Lawrence of Chipley; three stepdaughters, Shirley Albanese of Stanhope, N.J., Deborah Rodriques of Altoona, and Cheryl Lynne Ochoa of Overlook, Canada; six brothers, Walter Lawrence of Palmcoast, Bruce Lawrence of Sewell, N.J., Doug Lawrence of Wiconisco, Pa., Jay Titmas, Tim Titmas and Bob Lawrence, all of Allentown, 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Allentown. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Ruby Mashburn, 86
Ruby Mashburn died Jan. 6. She was born Jan. 27, 1919, in Goldona, La., to Reuben Lowery and Annie (Walker) Lowrey. She moved to Chipley in 1986.
She was a member of a large family which included five brothers, Jim, Roy, Dewitt, Eugene and Dewey Lowrey; six sisters, Mattie Childers, Mollie Warren, Margie Savage, Estelle Blakeney, Mary Anderson and Myrtle Shoemaker.
She was of the Methodist faith and a long-time member of Parker United Methodist Church.
Ruby was married to Cliff Mashburn for more than 50 years.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Karen Mashburn; two sisters, Myrtle Shoemaker and Mary Anderson, two grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services were held Jan. 8 in the Parker Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home of Chipley directing.
Memorial donations may be made to the Washington County Council on Aging in Chipley.
Dorothy Kelley, 80
Dorothy Kelley of Chipley died Jan. 6. She was born June 22, 1925, in Coffee County, Ala., to Leon and Addie (Lolley) Harrison. She and her husband moved to Chipley in 1946.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Chipley and had served as a Sunday school teacher there. In addition to being a housewife, she assisted her husband in their grocery store business in Chipley for many years.
Kelley was preceded in death by two brothers, Winfred Harrison of Columbus, Ga., and Jack Harrison of Elba, Ala.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Emory Kelley; a daughter and son-in-law, Ann (Kelley) and Art Whitmer of Houston, Texas; son, Larry Kelley of Lynn Haven; four brothers, Windoll Harrison and wife, Joyce, of Panama City Beach, Alvie Harrison and wife, Nell, of Ellersbie, Ga., Lamar Harrison and wife, Sylvia, of Woodstock, Ga., Roy Harrison of Coffee County, Ala.; two sisters, Evelyn Allgood and husband, Cecil, of Panama City, Mary Youngblood and husband, Connie, of Groveland; and two grandsons.
Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Orr officiating. Burial was in Glenwod Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home of Chipley directing.
