Vida Nettles Tew of Marianna died April 4 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Ala.
She was a native of Nashville, Ga., where she had lived most of her life before moving to Marianna in 1984.
She was the owner of Chipola Townhouses, and a member of Christ Alliance Church in Marianna.
Survivors include her husband, Cleatus Tew of Marianna; one son, Gerald McGee and his wife, Gina, of Marianna; three daughters, Diane Johnston and husband, Heyward, of Marianna, Francis Murray and husband, Melvin, and Louise Daffin and husband, John, all of Nashville, Ga.; three step-daughters, Beverly Long and husband, Keith, Jan Littles and husband, Paul, all of Dothan, Ala., and Jill Tew of Wicksburg, Ala.; one brother, Billy Hancock and wife, Annie, of Valdosta, Ga.; 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held April 5 at Maddox Chapel in Marianna with Revs. Stephen Potter and Brad Wycoff officiating.
Graveside funeral services were held April 6 at Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Nashville, Ga., with Rev. R.T. Castleberry officiating.

Tibbie Clumfoot, 69
Tibbie Clumfoot of Ponce de Leon died April 4 at Healthmark Regional Medical Center in DeFuniak Springs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Clumfoot.
Survivors include three sons, Gregory K. Clumfoot of Ponce de Leon, Donald Clumfoot of DeFuniak Springs, and Jeffrey A. Clumfoot of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Laurie Byrd of Ponce de Leon, and Julie M. Infinger of Red Bay; two brothers, Harold Cowper of Ft. Gratiot, Mi., and Howard (Bud) Cowper of Michigan; two sisters, Viola Collins of Detroit, Mi., and Dorothy Ulrich of Encinitas, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held April 6 at Otter Creek Church with Rev. Mike McVay officiating.
Burial followed at Otter Creek Cemetery with Sims Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
Thomas Rusley Lamar Tison, 75
Thomas Rusley Lamar Tison of Bonifay died April 3 at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay.
Survivors include two brothers, Jack Tison of Bonifay and Harry Tison of Port St. Joe; three sisters, Etha Connor of Adelphi, Md., Nell Ridens of Gorman, Texas, and Sarah Durrell of Bloomingdale, Ga.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held April 7 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel in Bonifay with Revs. Shelly Chandler and Jerry Edwards officiating.
Burial followed in the Bonifay Cemetery with Sims Funeral Home of Bonifay drecting.
Ethel Webb Young, 81
Ethel Webb Young of Alford died April 5 at her residence.
She was a native of Piso, Ky., and lived in Anthony before moving to Jackson County in 1976.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Salem Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Conder Young; a sister, Grace Morrison; two brothers, Clifton Webb of Hazard, Ky., and Haskell Webb.
Survivors include six daughters, Jan Blackburn and husband, Ben, of Alford, Jean Ward and husband, Ben, and Kimberly Koehler and husband, Jesse, all of Cumming, Ga., Jettie Williams and husband, Jeff, Linda Samuels and husband, Glenn, all of Ocala, Anne Labbe and husband, Bob, of Alpharetta, Ga.; two sons, Darel Young and wife, Mary, of Alford and Kip Young of Tavares; three sisters, Loucille Lowe and husband, Bob, of Turkey Creek, Ky. Marcella Stanley and husband, Harley, of Varney, Ky., Mary Ruth Maynard and husband Earsel of Wyandotte, Mi.; four brothers, John D. Webb and wife, Trudell, of Allen, Ky., Billy Webb and wife, Lena, of Varney, Ky., Rev Dorris Webb and wife, Peggy, of Chesapeake, Oh., Ronnie Webb and wife, Glenda, of Kentucky; 21 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held April 9 at Salem Free Will Baptist Church with Revs. Donnie Hussey and Dorris Webb officiating.
Burial will follow in Williams Family Cemtery in Alford, with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel of Marianna directing.

Andrew Francis Remus, 79
Andrew Francis Remus of Bonifay died April 2 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Evelyn Pickles, Anna Parillo, Josephine Boyd, and Dena La Porte.
Survivors include his wife, Lucyle Newsom Remus of Bonifay; two sisters, Arleen McCarron of Tampa, and Eva Fusco of Providence, R.I.; a brother-in-law, Bo Newsom and wife, Clara, of Bonifay; and a sister-in-law, Betty Bailey of Ft. Walton.
Funeral services were held April 3 at Peel Funeral Home Chapel in Bonifay with Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.
Burial followed in Bonifay City Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
Virginia Lee Jenkins, 70
Virginia Lee Jenkins of Bonifay died March 31 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala.
Survivors include two sons, Hilary Jenkins of Panama City and Broward “Hoodley” Peoples of Bonifay; four daughters, Donna McDowell of Niceville, Dianne Jenkins of Enterprise, Ala., Brenda Wilson of Panama City, and Darlos Kinard of Ft. Benning, Ga.; a brother, Doy Marshall of Bonifay; a sister, Viola Brooks of Bonifay; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held April 2 at Peel Funeral Home in Bonifay with Rev. Ike Steverson officiating.
Burial followed in New Smyrna Church Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home directing.
Donald E. Vickery, 88
Donald E. Vickery of Marianna died April 3 in the Marianna Convalescent Center after a lengthy illness.
He was preceded in death by his father, John C. Vickery, and mother, Laura, as well as nine brothers and sisters.
He worked his entire adult life at Watson’s Drug Store with the exception of the four years he served in the Air Force during World War II, before retiring in 1985.
He was an ordained Deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Marianna, a former member and past president of the Lions Club of Marianna and American Legion Post 100 for over 50 years.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Jeannette Vickery; a son, Mark Vickery and wife, Kayren, of Tallahassee; a host of nieces and nephews, and two grandchildren.
Memorial service was held April 6 at James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in Marianna with Rev. Lewis Bullard officiating.
