Robert Irvin Holloway, 55, of Bonifay died Sept. 8 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Ala. He was the son of the late Robert Holloway and Clara (Delk) Huber.
Surviving, in addition to his mother who now lives in Winter Haven, are three sons, Jason Holloway of Ponce de Leon, Gary Holloway of Immokalee, and Robert Holloway of Lehigh Acres; two sisters, Peggy Garcia of Bonifay and Barbara Paul of Bonifay, and two grandchildren.
Memorialization was by cremation with memorial services to be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Sims Funeral Home, Inc. of Bonifay.
William L. Jones
William Larry (Gator) Jones, 61, of Westville died Sept. 9 at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center in Bonifay. He was the son of the late William Jones and the late Virginia (Morrison) Jones.
Jones served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include one daughter, Tanya Cook of Bonifay; one brother, Kenny Jones of Westville, and two granddaughters.
Funeral was held Sept. 12 at Camp Ground Church.
Burial was in the church cemetery in Westville with Sims Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
Charlie Maggard
Charlie C. Maggard, 73, of Bonifay died Sept. 10 at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay. He was the son of the late Samuel Maggard and the late Lou (Sturgill) Maggard.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Dorothy Ruth (Spivey) Maggard; two daughters, Vanessa Carnley and Robin Anderson, both of Bonifay; three sons, Michael Maggard of Caryville, Charlie C. Maggard Jr. and Scott Maggard, both of Bonifay; three sisters, Mabel Vanover of Sevierville, Tenn., Margaret Cooper of Los Angeles, Calif,, and Peggy Payne of Dayton, Ohio; three brothers, Bobby B. Maggard of Clarksville, Tenn., Samuel J. Maggard and Franklin D. Maggard, both of Columbia City, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at Lakeview United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Weeks officiating and Sims Funeral Home, Inc. of Bonifay directing.

James L. McNeal
James “Jim” Lawrence McNeal, 76, of Westville died Sept. 12 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. He was born June 16, 1931, in Gulfport, Miss., to the late Percie Earlick and Florene Tidwell McNeal.
McNeal retired from the U.S. Navy in 1967 with 22 years of service. He received the National Defense Service Medal, China Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal. He was a NASCAR short track race car driver and a Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast. In the years after military retirement, he was self-employed as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Gloria McNeal Wright.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Joyce Edwards McNeal of Westville; two sons,. James E. McNeal of Westville and Edwin L. McNeal and wife, Ann, of Dalles, Oregon, and eight grandchildren.
Services were Sept. 15 at Hickory Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. Dan Padgett and Chris Nelson officiating.
Burial, with military honors, was in the church cemetery with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
David H. Stanton
David Harold Stanton, 46, of Panama City died Sept. 13 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. He was an employee of the Juvenile Justice Department.
Stanton served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Stanton.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Sue (Holmes) Stanton; mother, Mary Tice of Chipley; one daughter, Tara Alaine Carrigg of Panama City; one son, Michael David Stanton of Panama City; two sisters, Ruby Moon and Ruth Ann Moore, both of Bonifay.
Funeral was held Sept. 17 at Westville United Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Wilford Carter and Rodney Capps officiating.
Burial was in Hickory Hill Cemetery in Westville with Sims Funeral Home of Bonifay in charge of arrangements.
Hazel B. Still
Hazel B. Still, 85 of Graceville died September 12 at West Florida Medical Center in Pensacola.
She was born in Webb, Ala. Sept. 7, 1922 to the late Franklin Timothy and Lena Bell McCord Barber. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her step-mother, Ressie Wade Barber and husband, Clifford Allen Still.
She is survived by her son Robert Dorch of Pensacola; daughter, Sarah Groover of Graceville; two step-daughters, Joan Walker and husband Joey of Baker, Gina Bollinger and husband Paul of St.Louis, MO; two sisters, Betty Bruner of Chipley, Addie Jenkins of Tallahassee; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.”
Funeral services were Friday, Sept. 14, at the Chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Bruner officiating. Burial followed in Piney Grove FWB Cemetery in the Duncan community of Chipley with James & Lipford Funeral Home directing.

Janice Calloway
Janice Lovell Calloway, 76, of Malone died Sept. 12. She was a homemaker and a long-time member of Friendship Baptist Church in Malone.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James Cecil Calloway.
Survivors include four children, Myra Messick and husband, Dane, of Lynn Haven, Danny Calloway and wife, Jan, of Marianna, Chuck Calloway and wife, Angela, of Albany, Ga., Kim Calloway and wife, Sharron, of Malone; one brother, Harold Miller and wife, Virginia, of Lady Lake; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral was conducted Sept. 15 at Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary French and Dr. Harry Kinchen officiating.
Burial was in the church cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home, Maddox Chapel, directing.
