CAMILLA - Lois Marie Buckhalter Morey, 87, of Camilla died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Cool Springs Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers include Curt Morey, Richard Beasley, Steve Bridges, Cody Bridges, Jessie Beasley and Boyd Morey.
Born October 22, 1915, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mrs. Morey was a homemaker and a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church. She was married to the late Jessie Curtis Morey and was the daughter of the late Allen and Candis E. Williams Buckhalter. Mrs. Morey was preceded in death by a grandson, Rocky Beasley.
Survivors include a daughter, JoAnn Morey Beasley of Doerun; a son, the Rev. Grady C. Morey and wife, Charlotte of Sylvester; three grandchildren, Curt Morey, Roselyn Bridges and Richard Beasley; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. today at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home.

ALBANY - Charlie Paul Henley, 77, of Albany passed away Friday, April 25, 2003, at his residence.

Mr. Henley was a native of Baconton, GA. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II and was self-employed most of his life serving Albany businesses.
He is survived by his wife, Rosina E. Henley of Albany; two sons, John Henley of Columbia, S.C., and Michael Henley of Albany; daughter, Katherine Richards of Lanett, AL; daughter, Betty Taylor of Albany; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

ALBANY - Rosa Lee McFarland-Mosely, 67, of 427 Wadkins Ave., Albany, died Saturday, April 26, 2003, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Jordan Grove Baptist Church in Lee County with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Dr. R.O. Calhoun, pastor officiating.
A native of Albany, Mrs. Mosely was born March 16, 1936. She was a dietitian with the Dougherty County Board of Education and had attended Dougherty County public schools. She was a member of Jordan Grove Baptist Church where she was a member of the senior choir.
Survivors include her husband, Deacon Sonny Mosely of Albany; three daughters, Yvonne (Charles) Miller, and Senovia D. Mosely, both of Albany, and LaVonne (James) Penix of Atlanta; two sons, Glenn S. Mosely and Franklin M. Mosely, both of Albany; one sister, Lonnie Brown of Rochester, NY; two brothers, Howard McFarland of Atlanta and Johnny McFarland of Albany; and seven grandchildren.
The remains of Mrs. Mosely will lie-in-state from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Born March 4, 1924, in Randolph County, AL, Mr. Peek had lived in Albany, GA, for the past 50 years. He was a retired manager for Phillips 66 of Albany. He served in the Navy during WW II and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Rooks Peek of Albany; one son, Steven Peek of Pickens, S.C.; one daughter, Janet McGill of Pasadena, Md.; three sisters, Paulaine Harrell of Stella, MO, Nell Correll of Blakely and Jo Faircloth of Columbia, S.C.; five grandchildren.
He wsa preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Annie Denham Peek.

Glenn Edward Robinson
GEORGETOWN, S.C. -Glenn Edward Robinson, 45, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003.
The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lighthouse of Jesus Christ in Georgetown, S.C., with interment in St. Paul A.M.E. Church cemetery. Pastor Floyd Knowlin officiated.
A native of Bridgeport, Conn., Mr. Robinson was educated in the public schools of Bridgeport and attended Gospel Temple Life Changing Ministries there. Gifted with the ability to play several instruments, Glenn performed with a number of secular bands and gospel groups as a guitarist, bassist and keyboard artist.
In 2002 he married Vanessa Jackson. They later moved to the Sampit Community of Georgetown County, South Carolina, the maternal ancestral home of his wife. The couple attended Lighthouse of Jesus Christ until Glenn's illness intervened.
Survivors include his wife, Vanessa Jackson Robinson of Georgetown, S.C.; his mother, Georgia Wise Robinson of Albany; his children and stepchildren, Glen Robinson Jr., Jermaine Whitaker, Priscilla Robinson, all of Bridgeport, Conn., Lavera Jackson and Doretha Jackson, both of New Haven, Conn.; six siblings, (and their spouses), Calvin Robinson, Nathaniel Robinson, Anthony Robinson, all of Bridgeport, Conn., Van Robinson of Norwich, Conn., Vera Johnson (Joseph) and Emma West (Willie), both of Albany; a host of other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Olin Robinson and one sister, Danita Garrett.
