Kathleen Henry Tidwell
TAMPA, Fla. - Kathleen Henry Tidwell passed away Monday, January 20, 2003, at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fla. She fought a courageous battle with cancer for over the last six years.
Kathleen was born May 22, 1962, in Marysville, Ohio, to Phillip and Corine Lorance Henry. She was a 1980 graduate of Urbana High School and a 1984 graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa. In 1985, Kathleen married Daniel Tidwell with whom she shared her life and home. She was employed at Hydro Agri for 12 years before starting work with her husband. She was a member of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church.
Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband of 17 years, Danny; her pride and joy sons, Cameron and Andrew; her parents, Phillip and Corine Henry of Sarasota, Fla., and her sister, Yvonne Henry of Tampa. In addition, she is survived by her father and mother-in-law, Bill and Hilde Tidwell of Albany; her sisters-in-law, Kim (Larry) LaPlante of Atlanta, and Debbie (Bill) Holtzscheiter of Aiken, SC; a special loving friend, Kim Walsh; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express a special thanks for the great care by Dr. Susan Minton and staff at Moffit Cancer Center.
A memorial service will take place at Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church, 2902 West Fletcher Ave., Tampa, at 2 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2003.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to one of the following charities: Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Lake Magdalene UMC or Hospice.

MOULTRIE - Willie (Bill) Patrick Sells, 94, formerly of Moultrie, died Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at Perry Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Trinity Baptist Church with interment in Westview Cemetery. Dr. Michael Helms will officiate.
Casket bearers will be Mark Mobley, Mike Mobley, Patrick Mobley, Candler Pritchett, Levin Pritchett, Jarrod Sells, Will Sells, Mark Cross and Fred McBride.
A native of Tift County, Mrs. Sells was a homemaker. She was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher in the Preschool Department, church hostess and Plus 55 Club. She was also a member of the Federated Guild and Cherokee Garden Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Anna Sells Pritchett and husband, Allen of Perry; daughters-in-law, Connie Mobley and Marcia Sells of Moultrie; sisters, Ruth Patrick Smith of Tifton and Edith Patrick Keith of Omega; nine grandchildren, Mark Mobley and wife Judy, Mike Mobley and wife Torina, Patrick Mobley and wife Farolyn, Susie Mobley Cross and husband Mark, Janna Pritchett McBride and husband Fred, Candler Pritchett and wife Kim, Jarrod Sells and wife Andrea, Will Sells and wife Paige and Levin Pritchett; 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Sells; sons, John Mark Mobley Sr. and Sam Sells Jr.; parents, Edith Collier Patrick and Ernest Lenward Patrick and sisters, Maude Patrick Westbrook, Cleo Patrick Baker, Vines Patrick Pendley, Ernestine Patrick Hornbuckle and Vivian Patrick Garrett.

A native of Baker County, Mr. Douglas was a member of New Salem Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Elmodel where he served on the steward board.
Mr. Douglas received his education from Baker County School System and Fort Valley State College. He was a farmer, a carpenter and married to Juanita Payton Douglas for 51 years.

Mr. Blackshear was born December 11, 1923, in Bibb County, GA, son of the late John W. Blackshear and Mae Barber Johns. He was a retired farmer, an Army veteran of World War Two and was a member of Shellman United Methodist Church.
