Miriam Rittenbaum
Miriam Rittenbaum, 92, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2008. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She was a homemaker who loved playing cards and mahjong with her friends, and doing volunteer work. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Max Rittenbaum, and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and Dr. Allen Rosenthal, son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Daniela Rittenbaum; grandchildren: Taran, Morgaine, Feliza and Cerece Rosenthal, and her partner, Marie Hwang, Craig, Chad, and Samuel Rittenbaum; her sisters, Celia Simon and Vera Janko, and many nieces and nephews, as well as Elaine Rittenbaum, and her loving caregiver, Beverley Rainford.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 13, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Arlington Memorial Park with Rabbi Mark H. Kunis, officiating. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Congregation Shaarei Shamayim, 1810 Briarcliff Road, Atlanta, GA 30329.

Joseph M. Olszewski, age 83 of Alpharetta passed away at his residence on Sunday, August 24th, 2008. He was preceded in death by his wife Olga Olszewski in 2006.

Frances Norman
Frances Norman, age 88 of Cumming formerly of Alpharetta passed away Friday, November 28, 2008 at Chestnut Ridge Nursing Home. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Wilburn Norman in 1995.
Mrs. Norman was a retired educator from the Atlanta City Schools, loved sports especially Baseball and Football. She loved watching her Children and Grandchildren compete in athletics. She was a dog breeder raising and showing champion Cocker Spaniels. She also did market research for The Frito Lay Company in Atlanta and was a 50-year member of the Rock Springs Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.
Survivors include sons & daughter-in-laws, Jack & Leslie Norman of Atlanta, Bill & Betsy Norman of Cumming; brother, Joe Parson of Birmingham, Alabama. Two grandchildren, Jessica and Cooper Norman also survived.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Atlanta Humane Society.
Funeral services for Mrs. Norman will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 3rd at Byars Funeral Home, with iIntermentat Greenlawn cemetery in Roswell, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 2nd from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Survivors include his wife, Lavada Neighbors of Gainesville; sons, Ray Neighbors of Rochelle, GA. And Scotty Neighbors of Dahlonega, GA.; brother, John W. Neighbors of Abbeville, GA.; sisters, Ruth Blackwell of Gainesville, GA., Jaine Nichols of Cumming, GA., Betty Lane of Rochelle, GA., Bonnie Davis of Rochelle, GA. and Rose Marie Evans of Rochelle, GA. Three grandchildren, Zack, Austin and Coralei also survived.

Mrs. June Irvin Murrans age 84 of Cumming formerly of Dunwoody passed away Saturday March 29th, 2008. Mrs. Murrans was a member of Peachtree Presbyterian for over 40 years. She served as an Elder and a member of the church choir; she also was President of the Women of the Church. She had a passion for Tennis and Golf, and was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother.
Survivors Include: Her Husband of 60 years Mr. Leonard Murrans. 3 Daughters Susie Duke of Cumming, Linda & Paul Stypulkowski of North Oaks, Minnesota, Elizabeth & Perry Norman of Cumming. 7 Grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Murrans will be 11 AM Saturday April 5th at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in the Kellett Chapel with Dr. Steve Huntley officiating.
