Jennifer Alaine Brown Mosley
Services for Jennifer Alaine Brown Mosley of Brunswick were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
The Rev. H.E. Wheatley officiated.
Mosley, 20, died Friday, Aug. 20, 2004 at the South East Georgia Health System, Brunswick Campus Hospital. She was the daughter of Brenda Brown Blount of St. Simons Island and Charles Brown of Lake City, Fla., and was married to George W. Mosley of Brunswick.
She was a native of Lake City, Fla., and had been residing in Glynn County for the past three years. She attended Coastal Georgia Community College and was formerly associated with Sweet Mama’s on St. Simons Island. She attended the United Pentecostal Church.
In addition to her husband and parents, survivors include her stepfather, Charles Blount of St. Simons; sisters, Shelly Sturgill of Kingman, Ark., Kelly Martin of Brunswick and Heather Brown of Milan; and grandmother, Inez Ashley of Scotland.
Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home of Brunswick was in charge of arrangements.

Mildred Mims Williams
Services for Mildred Mims Williams of Warner Robins were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24 at Second Baptist Church with interment at 3 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City.
The Rev. Rastus Salter officiated.
Williams, 68, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. She was the daughter of the late Otis Leon Mims and Vera Etheridge Hill and was the widow of Albert E. Williams.
She was a member of Second Baptist Church where she attended Lydia Sunday School class and the XYZ Senior Citizens Group. She was a member of Warner Robins Senior Citizens, a retired school teacher and membership co-chairman for the Houston County Retired Educators Association.
Survivors include her daughter, Lois Bryant of Warner Robins; son, Albert “Gene” Williams of Bonaire; sister, Lula Edmondson of Franklin, Joan Powell of Helena and Betty Gwaultney of Tennessee; brother, Charles Hill of Sarasota, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund or Youth Scholarship Fund, 701 Sandy Run Road, Warner Robins 31088.
McCullough Funeral Home of Warner Robins was in charge of arrangements.

Lula Mae Woodard Barlow
Services for Lula Mae Woodard Barlow of McRae, were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 12 in the chapel of Lowe’s Funeral Home with interment in Providence Cemetery.
The Rev. Darrell Barlow and the Rev. Gilbert Posey officiated.
Barlow, 85, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2004, in the Telfair Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Eula Elizabeth Fillmon Eldridge.
She was a native of Monticello, Fla. and had resided in Telfair County most of her life. She was a member of New Life Christian Center and was a retired certified nurses aid.
Survivors include her children, Cindy Shaw of Haines City, Fla., Nancy Selph of Helena, and W.J. Woodard of Rydal; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Lowe’s Funeral Home of Helena was in charge of arrangements.

James Thomas Cason
Services for James Thomas Cason of Milan, were held at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13 in the chapel of Lowe’s Funeral Home with interment in the Alamo City Cemetery.
The Rev. Ronald Leggett officiated.
Cason, 88, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2004, in the Dodge County Hospital. He was the son of the late Thomas Mathew and Effie Hampton Cason and was the widower of Dora Watson Cason.
He was a native of Telfair County and was a retired maintenance man.
Survivors include his daughters, Myrtice and Ruth Taylor, both of Milan; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Lowe’s Funeral Home of Helena was in charge of arrangements.

Debra Humphrey
Graveside services for Debra Humphrey of Helena, were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4 in the Helena City Cemetery.
The Rev. Curtis Wells officiated.
Humphrey, 48, died Monday, Aug. 2, 2004, in the Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville. She was the daughter of the late Thomson Watson and Shirley Bowery Humphrey. She was a native of Telfair County.
Survivors include her daughter, Michele Maechling of Claxton; step-sister, Jessica Humphrey of Vidalia; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Lowe’s Funeral Home of Helena was in charge of arrangements.

Frances Reid
Services for Frances Reid of McRae, were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18 in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with interment in Telfair Memorial Gardens.
Dr. William Connell officiated.
Reid, 83, died Monday, Aug. 16, 2004 at the Telfair Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Grace Shirley and Robert Newton Seawright and was the widow of James Reid.
She was a native of Piedmont, S.C., a retired nurse in the U.S. Army and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, James Robert Reid of Hazlehurst; two brothers; two sisters and granddaughter, Jamie Marisa Hatton.
Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of McRae.
Vaughn Funeral Home of McRae was in charge of arrangements.

Hilda T. Callaway
Graveside services for Hilda T. Callaway of Eastman were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5 at Oak Grove Cemetery.
The Rev. Ray Harris officiated.
Callaway, 81, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004. She was the daughter of the late L.S. and Eunice Lee Hamilton Thigpen and was born in Wheeler County.
Survivors include her children, Donald W. Callaway of Scotland, Hilda Diane Callaway and Deborah Mae McDaniel, both of Eastman; sisters, Pat Johnson of Warner Robins and Sallie Dixon of Vidalia; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Lowe’s Funeral Home of Helena was in charge of arrangements.

Robert Ottis Camp
Services for Robert Ottis Camp of Glenwood, were held at 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1 at Shiloh United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
The Rev. Lamar Rabun and the Rev. Thad Harvey officiated.
Camp, 86, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2004.
Born in Splunge, Miss., he was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and was retired from Ero Manufacturing in Hazlehurst.
Survivors include his daughters, Bonnie Brown of Helena and Judy Pearman of Winston-Salem, N.C.; sister, Edell Young of Amory, Miss.; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.
Lowe’s Funeral Home of Helena was in charge of arrangements.

John D. Dykes
Services for John D. Dykes of Douglas, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1 in Sweet Home Baptist Church in Milan with interment in the church cemetery.
The Rev. Floyd Musgrove and Bobby Ryals officiated.
Dykes, 45, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2004. He was the son of the late Milton Dykes of Milan and Betty Dykes Pitts of Milan. He was married to Kathy Peacock.
Born in Houston County, he had lived in Coffee County for the past 26 years. He was a member of Trinity Nondenominational Church and was a cabinet maker.
In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include his son, John Derrick Dykes of Douglas; sister, Lounell White of McRae; brothers, Seab Dykes of Warner Robins and Bennie Dykes of Milan; step-children, Melissa Smith, Amy Justice, and Billy Ray Swift Jr., all of Toccoa; one grandchild and five step-grandchildren.
Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman was in charge of arrangements.
