A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Hope cemetery with the Rev. Randy Carson officiating.

Surviving are two daughters, Peggy Tafil of Knoxville, Tenn. and Marian Riccio of Brunswick; two sons, Howard Graham of Brandon, Fla., and Bill Graham of Newnan; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service for Emily Caroline Krauss Friesner will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Darien with Jeanette Reese and the Rev. Robert Reese officiating. A committal service will follow at the residence of the deceased in Crescent.
Ms. Friesner, 69, died Wednesday at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday in Crescent at the residence of the deceased.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Pkwy., Brunswick, GA, 31525.
Surviving are two sons, John William Friesner Jr. of Seattle, Wash., and Robert Lane Friesner of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one daughter, Leigh Friesner Munsick of Pittsburgh; one brother, Daniel Lee Lane Krauss Jr. of Crescent; and three grandchildren and one nephew.
Ms. Friesner was a native of Glynn County. She was a graduate of Glynn Academy and the University of Florida. She was a volunteer for several organizations and served as president of the Albany, N.Y., Junior League; chairman of volunteers of the American Red Cross; United Way in Atlanta; American Red Cross in Pittsburgh; and Ashantilly Center, McIntosh County Book Boosters, and School Friends in Darien. She was an avid bridge player.

Angelo Pontello, 77, of Carrollton died Tuesday at the Tanner Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with the Rev. Craig David officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Almon Funeral Home in Carrollton, with a Rosary to be said at 7 p.m.

Joe B. Jackson Jr. of Brunswick died May 30 at Sunbridge Nursing Home.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Bethel Baptist Church in Brunswick with Pastor W. T. Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Garden Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Herbert Habersham, Gregory Merritt, Bobbie Lampkin, Freddie Brown, Elmer Jones, Connie Habersham and Lindsey Wilborn.
Honorary pallbearers are the deacons and deaconesses of Bethel Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Dessie Jackson of Brunswick; four sons, Alphonso Jackson of Sanford, Fla., Jerry Jackson and Dwayne Jackson, both of Brunswick, and James Jackson of Atlanta; a daughter, Annie Foreman of St. Marys; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and other family.
Mr. Jackson, a deacon at Bethel Baptist Church, was a past president of the Bethel Baptist Senior Choir and had served as chairman of the Deacon Board. He was the owner of Jackson Septic Tank Service.

Sabrina King McKeever, 46, of Brunswick, died Tuesday in Milledgeville.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the First Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. J.D. Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Perpetual Care Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service. The funeral procession will depart from 2700 Fourth St.
Surviving are four children, Lebaron King, Nichole Duncan, April Best and Joseph Hightower, all of Brunswick; her stepfather, Cleo Shinard of Brunswick; three sisters, Helena King of Hawkinsville, Glennis Jenkins of Jacksonville and Delores Pierce of Brunswick; three brothers, Eugene White of Darien, Michael King and Rufus King, both of Brunswick; 11 grandchildren; aunts, uncles; and other relatives.

Thomas David Sterling, 92, of St. Marys died Sunday at Camden Medical Center in St. Marys.
A graveside service was to have been at 2 p.m. today at Oak Grove cemetery in St. Marys with the Rev. Tony Barber officiating.
Surviving are one daughter, Margaret Joyner of Mauriceville, Texas; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one niece.
Mr. Sterling was a native and lifelong resident of St. Marys. He owned and operated Sterling's Grocery until he was 88 years old. He was a member of St. Marys Methodist Church.

Surviving is one sister, Martha Wilton of Newton, Miss.
Ms. Stein was a native of Newton and had been a resident of Camden County for 18 years. She was a homemaker and attended the Harriett's Bluff Baptist Church.

Pallbearers are the members of Cornerstone Lodge No. 8.
Honorary pallbearers are deacons of the church and friends.

Worth, Texas, and Larry Stafford of Jacksonville, Fla; two daughters, Joyce Stewart of North Charleston, S.C. and Annette Pinkney of Brunswick; two brothers, Walter Johnson and Rufus Johnson, both of Brunswick; 39 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Howard was a native of Candler County. She was a member of the St. Paul Baptist Church and the Senior Choir. She was retired from Sea Island Co.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Southside Baptist Church in Waycross with the Rev. Nathan Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn cemetery in Waycross.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the church.

Surviving are his father and step-mother, Johnny and Gaile Jowers of Waycross; his mother and step-father, Joyce and James Combs of Chester; two sisters, Tammy Tanner of Blackshear and Barbara Cullens of Dunwoody; one brother, Howell Cullens of Greensboro; his grandparents, J.D. and Annie Jowers of Douglas and Mary Wooley of Waycross; and several nieces, nephews and other family.
Mr. Jowers was a native of Coffee County, had lived in Fernandina Beach, Fla., and had been a resident of Camden County for two years. He was the owner of the Sears dealer store in Fernandina Beach and was the service manager of the National Linen Service in Albany for 17 years. He was of the Baptist faith.
