Pamela “Susie” Edwards Sinclair, 42, of Funston, died Monday, March 01, 2010 at her
residence.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 4 at Southside Baptist Church with
iIntermentin Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Rev. Ron Shiver will officiate.
Born March 24, 1967 in Mitchell County, Ms. Sinclair was the daughter of the late Betty Sue
Beall Edwards. Susie was office manager for Georgia Atlantic Co. and was a member of
Funston Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Christopher Sinclair & wife, Keili, of Funston, Steven Sinclair
of Funston, and Jonathan Sinclair of Funston; her father, Lamar Edwards & wife, Maxine,
of Camilla; two sisters, Sandy Boatwright & husband, Dennis, of Elkton, VA and Julie
Raley & husband, Parker, of Camilla; a brother, Jimmy Edwards & wife, Angie, of Moultrie;
and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 3 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in
Camilla.

Charlie “Bo” Loyless
Charlie “Bo” Loyless, 83, of Plains, died Friday, July 09, 2010 at Lillian
Carter Nursing Home in Plains.
Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 11 at Pebble City
Baptist Church cemetery in Sale City.
Born December 27, 1926 in Terrell County, Mr. Loyless was the son of the
late Rube Loyless and Carrie Bell Herrington Loyless Cox. He was a retired
farmer. Mr. Loyless was preceded in death by a brother, Elton Loyless.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Martha Loyless of Plains; two nieces,
Sandra Varnum of Plains and Rebecca Goodman of Missouri; three nephews,
Gary Loyless of Plains, Bobby Loyless of Bronwood, and Tony Loyless of
Smithville; and several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, July 10 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral
Home in Camilla.

Nancy “Betty” Wood Newsom
Nancy “Betty” Wood Newsom, 79, died Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Mitchell County
Hospital in Camilla.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 11 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral
Home with Rev. Richard Trawick officiating. Visitation will be from 1 – 2 p.m., one hour
before services, at the funeral home.
Born December 11, 1930 in Sandersville, GA, Mrs. Newsom was the daughter of the late
Samuel Louis and Ethel Dale Howington Wood. She was a native of Madison, GA and
was the youngest and last surviving sibling of ten children. She was preceded in death by
her husband, John Lewis Newsom, Jr. Mrs. Newsom moved to Camilla from Savannah in
1996 and has resided at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home for the past five years. She was
an employee and retired loan officer of Citizens and Southern Bank of Savannah (now the
Bank of America) for over twenty-five years. She was a member of White Bluff United
Methodist Church in Savannah.
Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Muggridge & husband, Ray T. Muggridge, III,
of Camilla, Jenny Lee & husband, Wayne Lee, of Saint Simons Island, and Dr. Suzanne
Newsom Koenig of Marietta; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the home of her daughter and son-in-law,
Nancy and Ray Muggridge, 300 Baker Place, Camilla, GA.

Larry James Butler
Larry James Butler, 75, of Sylvester, died Friday, June 03, 2011 at his residence.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 6, 2011 at East Pelham Baptist Church
with interment in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Herman Hampton will officiate.
Born January 12, 1936 in Pelham, Mr. Butler was the son of the late Fred U. and Berta Lee
Anderson Butler. He was married
to the late Mary Alice Martin Butler. Mr. Butler was a
veteran of the U. S. Army. He was owner/operator of Butler Automotive in Albany. He
was preceded in death by a son, Larry James Butler, Jr. and a sister, Dora Lee Butler
Cross.
Survivors include his son, Richard Stacy Butler & wife, Denise, of Albany; two brothers,
Fred McDaniel Butler of Cairo and Joel Edward Butler of Pensacola, FL; three sisters,
Ellen Lugenia Redmond of Pelham, Harriett Jo Prince of Manchester, and Judy Carole
Akin of Rochelle; one grandchild, Brandon Stacy Butler.
Visitation will be from 3 – 5 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral

Edith Klein, DVM, 48, of Pelham, died Monday, January 14, 2013 in Pelham.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral
Home in Camilla. Rev. Ken Myers will officiate.
Born January 12, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Klein was the daughter of Marvin L. Klein
and the late Delores Kaas Klein. She was the owner of The Pet Health Care Center in
Pelham.
Survivors include her father Marvin Klein of Vero Beach, Fl.; sisters, Debby Utecht of
Lombard, IL, , Pamela Trage of Vero Beach, FL, Kathy Nieman of Glen Ellyn, IL.; brother
Keith Drew of Kresgeville, PA.; nieces Cassandra Chevez, Marcie Veneziano, Dee Dee
Utecht, Sharon Strahla, Tara Drew, Jessica Nieman; and nephews Adam Drew, Steven
Drew, Michael Drew, Maxwell Trage, and Robert Nieman.

Ethel Ray Lanier, 87, of Patmos, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at her residence.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 3 at Patmos Freewill Baptist Church
with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Curtis Alligood will officiate.
Born July 20, 1922 in Baker County, Georgia, Mrs. Lanier was the daughter of the late
George and Ludie Rooks Ray and she was married
to the late Robert Jesse Lanier, Sr. She
was a graduate of Elmodel High School and a member of Patmos Freewill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Lanier worked at Wilgree, Newton Manufacturing Co., and with Michael’s Pharmacy
in Newton.
Survivors include two daughters, Gail Harrell & husband, Thaxton, of Patmos and Connie
Truluck & husband, Wayne, of Lake Wales, FL; two sons, Bobby Lanier & wife, Chris, of
Douglas and Mike Lanier & wife, Mamie, of Newton; two sisters, Quenelle Collins of Camilla
and Elizabeth DeFina of Tallahassee, FL; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and
five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 – 3 p.m. Wednesday, one hour prior to services, at Patmos Freewill
Baptist Church.

Alice Renee Staines, 45, of John Collins Rd., Pelham died Sunday,
July 4, 2010 at her residence.

Born August 24, 1964 in Colquitt County, Ga. Ms. Staines was a homemaker
and member of the Destiny Center in Camilla. She was preceded in death by
her parents, Jim Henry and Wennie Louise Ford Staines.
Survivors include two daughters, Kendra Lawrence and husband, Chase, of
Brunswick, Ga. and Elizabeth Harrell of Brunswick, Ga.; three sisters, Barbara
Giddeons of Albany, Leona Pickle of Albany, and Wanda Phillips of Sylvester;
grandchildren, Kaeli, Grayson and Corbin and special friend, Billy Griffin of
Pelham.
