Her visitation will be held Today, April 23, 2013, from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home in Blakely. The funeral will be Wednesday morning, April 24, 2013 at 11 A. M. in the Edison Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Gaines officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery. Her pallbearers will be Gerald Isler, Johnny Isler, Gerald Chapman, Billy Peel, Jimmy Eubanks and Charles Eubanks. The honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Edison Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be sent to either to the Salem cemetery Fund, P. O. Box 477, Edison, Ga. 39846 or to the Edison Baptist Church, P. O. Box 296, Edison, Ga. 39846.
Mrs. Rish was born October 26, 1926 in Edison, Georgia to the late Julian Benion Isler and Alice Bryan Isler. She was an active member of the Edison Baptist church and a homemaker. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Rish, Sr., a sister, Iris Saunders and by a brother who was killed in WWII, Clarence Isler.
Her survivors include 2 sons and their wives: Bobby Rish and Beverly of Arlington, Ga. and Benny Rish and Lorraine of Leary, Ga., 3 sisters: Bennie Nell Watkins & J. C. of Birmingham, Al., Jo Ann Clarke of Bessemer, Al. and her twin, Doris Senn of Valley, Al. There are also 3 grandchildren: Preston Rish & Rachel of Arlington, Ga., Hollis Rish & Fiance' Ashley Dunaway of Atlanta, Ga. and Benyon Rish and Whitney of Sasser, Ga. and 2 great grandchildren: Hayden & Noah Rish.

He was a chemical engineer, businessman and bookkeeper. He is survived by his wife Joanne Harvey Hand of Pelham, Georgia, sons Hollis Hand and wife Sheila of Asheville, North Carolina and David Hand and wife Shannon of Orlando, Florida, grandchildren Avery, Addison and Toby Hand, sisters Florence Beutall of Pine Mountain, Georgia and Tesa DuPre' of Rome, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents Larrabee and Christine Turner Hand and sister Tena Elliott. James Henry Joiner, 78, of Pelham went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 1, 2010. Mr. Joiner passed away peacefully at home.
Born on December 29, 1931 in Mitchell County, Georgia, James graduated form Camilla High School in 1948. He married
his true love, Montine Curles, in 1951. After graduating from Terry Art Institute in Miami, FL, where he became a member of the Georgia and Florida National Guards, James returned with his wife to his family farm in the Cotton community where he raised his family and established himself as a successful farmer for many years. During many of these years, James was also a successful insurance agent. As a talented artist, he enjoyed his art as a hobby and also lent his skills to local advertising in the earlier years. Mr. Joiner was a member of Burns Memorial United Methodist Church.Funeral services for Mr. Willie Paul Beck will be held on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Mr. Kenneth Gerald Aldridge, Sr. passed away at his home in Pelham, Georgia on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Born to the late Alexander and Florence Cone Aldridge in Grady County, Georgia on July 16, 1923, Mr. Aldridge was 86. He was married
to the late Doris J. Aldridge and was a member of East Pelham Baptist Church. He was the retired owner and operator of Aldridge Bait and Tackle in Pelham. Mr. Aldridge was also a WWII veteran of the Navy, enlisting on October 25, 1942 serving on the USS Cetus AK77 touring in the South Pacific region, including Pearl Harbor and Guadalcanal.
Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Aldridge, Sr. will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at East Pelham Baptist Church in Pelham. The Rev.
