Mrs. Cross was born on August 08, 1905 in Dooly County, Georgia. She was a long-time resident of Warner Robins and a member of Central Baptist Church. Also a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, Mrs. Cross was a friend to many. Her parents, James Jones and Ida Jones Williams; daughter, Frances Cooley; and son, Floyd Cross preceded her in death.

Wayne Willeby, 57, passed away on October 22, 2005 at the Houston Medical Center after an eighteen year battle with ALS. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Donations may be made to MDA and/or ALS of Georgia, 1955 Cliff Valley Way, Ste. 116, GA, 30329 in memory of Wayne.
Mr. Willeby was born on February 26, 1948 in Griffin, Georgia. He was an honorary member of the Warner Robins Fire Department, and for the past six years, he worked in advertising for RJ Cooper and Associates of California. Mr. Willeby was employed by the City of Warner Robins, where he worked as Foreman with the Utilities Department for twenty years. A member of the Navy for four years, Mr. Willeby was in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church. His father, Henry L. Willeby, preceded him in death.

Willeby; sons, Michael and wife, Yvonne, Willeby, Warner Robins; Greg and wife, Carol, Willeby, Warner Robins; brother, Ronnie Willeby, Warner Robins; sister, Lynne Hedden, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Devin, Tristen, Apryl, Brooke, Kayla, all of Warner Robins; Michael and Blake, Florida; great-grandchild, Hayden, Warner Robins; and numerous nieces ad nephews.
Thomas Burk

Thomas E. Burk, 75, passed away from this life on October 19 in Warner Robbins, Georgia, after a brief illness.
Tom is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dorothy J. Burk; son, Rev. Thomas Burk (Lori); daughter, Timi Sue Matherly (Chris); four grandchildren, Kyla and Elijah Matherly, Joel and Carlye Burk; two brothers, William of Richmond and Donald of Texas; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Ina Burk.
Tom Burk was a 22 ˝ year veteran of the New Castle Police Department, serving as Police Chief the last three years of his service. He worked in the Juvenile Division for six years and was awarded a life membership in Parent Teachers Association by the Indiana Congress of Parents and Teachers, Inc., for his work with youth. He was a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
After his retirement, he moved to Richmond and worked for 17 years at the Richmond State Hospital in the power plant. He served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman in Germany and worked at Chrysler Corp., New Castle, in the machine division prior to his military service.
The Rev. Carl Adams from Michigan will preside over the memorial service. Calling will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road W., Richmond, Ind., with the memorial service beginning at 7 p.m.
Memorial contributions can be made to a Hospice program of your choice in memory of Tom.

Mr. Massey was born in Columbus, Georgia on June 23, 1947. He was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and was currently working for Robins Air Force Base as an Aircraft Electrician. His parents, Thomas and Dorothy Massey, preceded him in death.

Frank Joseph Lippincott, 66, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Serenity Gate. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2005 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
Mr. Lippincott was born in Trenton, New Jersey on January 28, 1939. He served in the United States Army and owned and operated a back hoe business. He was a member of the Moose Lodge Club in Warner Robins. His parents, William and Sarah Lippincott, preceded him in death.

Virginia “Ginny” Simmons, 54, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2005 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Mrs. Simmons was born in Greenville, Pennsylvania. She was of the Episcopal faith. She worked for eighteen years in civil service at Robins Air Force Base and served in the United States Army. Mrs. Simmons graduated from Fitchburg State Massachusetts where she received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Hawkinsville. Her son, Jason Simmons and father, William Vargo, preceded her in death.

Mr. Gordy was born in Louisville, Georgia to the late Wallace and Bobbie Munns Gordy. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Centerville and the late Sam Morgan’s Men’s Sunday School Class. He served as a deacon and a Sunday School Superintendent. Mr. Gordy presently served as a Centerville Poll Manager, Houston County Equalization Board Member, and Centerville Senior Citizens Club member. He was a former board member of the Houston County Library, a Little League baseball and football coach for Centerville Recreation Department, and a City Councilman. Mr. Gordy was the owner of Gordy Tax Service and was a veteran of the 48th Infantry National Guard. His brother, Henry Billy Gordy, and his sister, Brenda Gordy Dye, preceded him in death.

Mrs. Lawrence was born on June 14, 1934 in Rome, Georgia. A former resident of Centerville for over twenty years, Mrs. Lawrence was a current resident of Bibb County.
She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Her parents, Hugh Brinkley and Mamie Louise Brinkley, preceded her in death.

Mrs. McLeroy was born on September, 18, 1918 in Eclectic, Alabama. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Chapel as well as Ladies of the Lake and NARFE. Mrs. McLeroy was an electronic technician with Warner Robins Air Force Base. After she retired she became a Tupperware dealer. Her husband Alexander McLeroy, parents, Allen and Cora Mason, brother McGhee Mason, and two grandchildren preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Allen N. McLeroy and wife Linda, Sky Valley; Marcus G. McLeroy and wife Elizabeth, Marietta; daughters, Sharon Mullis, Centerville; Wanda Jarzynka and husband Don, Bonaire; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
