Mrs. Ruby “Gran-Ruby” Betsill, age 100, of Fayetteville, diedApril 12, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her husband Willie, children Clarence, Davis, Herman, Marjean, Horace and James, and two granddaughters.
She is survived by daughter Mary Jo & Albert Fuller of Homer, GA and son Paul Betsill of Fayetteville; 24 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren and 49 great-great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews and her faithful dog Prissy II.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
Rev. David Hart and Rev. Ken Magnus will officiate.
Burial will follow in Banks Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday and Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Robert Lee Pettway, 62, of Riverdale diedApril 6, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his parents Monroe and Ida Mae Pettway and two brothers.
He is survived by wife Jacqueline A. Pettway of Riverdale; sons Frank W. of Jonesboro, Michael J. of Jonesboro, Robert L. of Riverdale, and David J. of Union City; daughters Michele V. of Kemah, TX and Deborah J. of Marietta; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; l brother; and 7 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 1:00PM at the Chapel of C.J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.

Robert "Stanley" Neely
Robert “Stanley” Neely, 66, of Peachtree City, diedMarch 31, 2008.
Mr. Neely was very instrumental in the formation of the Peachtree City Fire Department.
Mr. Neely is survived by his wife Judy Neely, Peachtree City; sons, Michael Neely, Brooks, Miles Neely, Atlanta; daughter, Melinda Neely, Peachtree City; brother Glenn Neely, Moreland; and 3 grandchildren, Michala Neely, Kylie Spence, and Caitlyn Neely.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at the C. J. Mowell & Son Chapel, Fayetteville, with Pastor John Weber, Rev. Don Smith, and Rev. Daniel Scanerick officiating.

Robbie Lee Land, age 34 of Griffin diedFriday, March 7, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry L. (Honkane) Land of Griffin; children; Britinee Land of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Kamryn and Kacey Land of Griffin; mother Patricia Land of Griffin; sister’s Tammy Land of Griffin and Crystal Land of California; brother Eddie Land of Griffin; father and mother-in-law Dave and Jan Honkane of McDonough, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 10, 2008, 7PM in the Chapel of Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 9, 2008, 2-5PM.

Mr. Rob Williams, age 38, of Peachtree City, GA passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008.
Mr. Williams owned his own legal practice and was a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Denise Linder.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife Amy Williams, of Peachtree City, son, George Robert “Trey” Williams, III, daughter, Olivia Williams, brother, Andrew & Louise Williams of Atlanta, nephew, Hudson Williams and father, Richard Williams of Thomaston.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Peachtree City United Methodist Church.

Paul C. Oddo, Sr.
Mr. Paul C. Oddo, Sr., age 93, of Fayetteville passed away March 1, 2008.
He was a veteran of WW II having served as a Senior Lieutenant in the U. S. Navy in the Atlantic Theater.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Genevieve Oddo of Fayetteville; sons, Paul C. Oddo, Jr. of Fayetteville, Charles W. and Maria del Pilar Oddo of Fayetteville, Warren A. Oddo of Fayetteville; brother-in-laws, George Garibaldi and Frank Borge both of New York; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Mass will be held Saturday March 8 at 11:30 AM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 587 Landers Drive, Mableton, GA 30126, with Father Roberto Cano FSSP officiating.

Norma Lee Clifton
Norma Lee Clifton, 74, of Fayette County passed away at her home March 7, 2008.
Mrs. Clifton was a member of Fayette Presbyterian Church where she was the first woman elder, she was also a member of the Presbytery.
Mrs. Clifton was a graduate of Georgia State University Suma Cum Laude.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Jon & Bobbie Clifton of Orlando, FL.; Jeff Clifton & Laura Shamrock of Fayetteville; and Greg & Frances Clifton of Fayetteville; daughter & son-in-law Connie & Butch Peacock of Newnan; Ward Jeannie Cooper of Panama City Beach FL.; 12 Grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, sisters Dorothy Bruce and Ruth Hester both of Salem, IL. And also nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Carl J. Mowell & Son Fayetteville Chapel with Rev. Cliff Haddox officiating.
