Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Ann Simpson; son and daughter-in-law, Doyle and Carla Simpson of Meansville; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Brenda Simpson of Dallas; sister and brother-in-law, Melba and Gary Rosser of Cedar Bluff, Ala.; grandchildren, Melissa Morris of Meansville and Crystal and Heather Simpson of Thomaston; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4, in Moody Funeral Home in Zebulon with Dr. Ted Moody officiating.
Burial will follow in Moody Memorial Gardens.
