Graveside services for Mrs. Joan Brandt Kohlmeyer, 88, of North Old Alabama Road, will be held Saturday, July 19, 2003 at 11 a.m. in the Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Duke and the Rev. Edward Rigby officiating.
Mrs. Kohlmeyer died Thursday, July 17, 2003 at her residence.
Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Kohlmeyer was a native of Omaha, Neb., and a resident of Upson County for 26 years. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church and had been a member of the Upson Regional Medical Center Auxiliary for 10 years.
Survivors include her son, Mr. Douglas W. Johnston of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Mrs. Lorie Goins of Molena, Mr. Steve Johnston of Springhill, Fla. and Mrs. Cassie Hamlett of Thomaston; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Thomaston Hospice, 310D North Church Street, Thomaston, GA 30286.
Alton Whitehead
Funeral services Mr. Alton Whitehead, 60, of Woodbury, will be held Sunday, July 20, 2003 at 3 p.m. at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Woodbury with the Rev. J.D. Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodbury Cemetery.
Mr. Whitehead died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at the Georgia Baptist Hospital in Meriwether County.

Funeral services for Mr. Jimmie L. Johnson, 74, of Barnesville, will be held Saturday, July 19, 2003 at 11 a.m. at the East Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the O'Neal Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at Athena Rehab of Clayton in Rex, Ga.

Ms. Hobbs died Sunday, July 13, 2003 at her residence.

Mr. Perdue died Friday, Nov. 28, 2003 at the DeKalb Medical Center in Decatur, Ga.

Mr. Williams died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003 at Upson Regional Medical Center.
