Judith Olin
KASBEER -- Judith L. Olin, 59, of Kasbeer died at 5:41 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, 2003, in Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital in Dixon.
Born Sept. 28, 1943, in Quincy to Howard and Ruth (Schwindler) Gilbert, she married Richard C. Olin Dec. 1, 1962, in Kasbeer. He survives.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Princeton.
Also surviving are one daughter, Lauri (Jack) Bonjour of Fayette, Iowa; two sons, Todd (Cherri) Olin of Kasbeer and Ken (Leslie) Olin of Berrien Springs, Mich.; two brothers, Ken (Sharon) Gilbert of Quincy and Tom (LeAnna) Gilbert of Liberty, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one infant daughter, Loretta.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Norberg Memorial Home, Princeton, with Pastor Clarence Small officiating. Burial will be in Limerick Cemetery, Dover Township, Bureau County.
Visitation will be one hour before the services in the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Limerick Cemetery Care Fund.
Delores Smith
Washington, Ill. -- Delores R. Smith, 73, of 117 Mary St., Washington, Ill., died at 5:45 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005, at Washington Christian Village, where she had been a resident since December 2001.
Born March 28, 1931, in Dover to Lenard and Ruth (Vickrey) Howard, she married Leland Smith Sept. 18, 1949, in Princeton. He died Dec. 21, 1996.
She worked as a cook at Illinois Central College of East Peoria, and was a member of the Southern Baptist Church of Harvard Hills.
Surviving are three sons, Lenard (Arleen) Smith of Washington, Ill., Gordon (Cassie) Smith of Creve Coeur and Jeffrey (Mary) Smith of Mineral; one daughter, Victoria (James) Swanson of Princeton; one brother, Milton Howard of Dixon; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; one son, James; two grandchildren, Jill and Arthur Kuhl Jr.; and one brother.
A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Monday in the Henry Baptist Church, Henry, with the Rev. Jerry Longstreth officiating. Cremation rites were accorded. Ashes will be placed in the Henry City Cemetery at a later date.

Delores Smith

Timothy Blythe
WYANET -- Timothy A. Blythe, 48, of Chester, formerly of Wyanet died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004, in Chester.
He was born Nov. 26, 1956, in Princeton to Howard Eugene "Tuffy" and Doris (Kofoid) Blythe.
He attended school in Wyanet. He served in the U.S. Army and also worked for Jeffrey House Moving and for the city of Princeton. He also did construction and worked on farms.
Survivors include one son, Michael; his mother of Wyanet; one brother, Robert Blythe of Wyanet; six sisters, Donna Ackerman, Karen (Jerry) DePauw, Pam (Jim) Hand and Valerie Blythe, all of Wyanet, Gail Phillips of Dallas, Texas, and Deborah Blythe of Victoria, Australia; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; one brother, Keith; and one nephew, Tyler.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Jensen Funeral Home, Princeton, with the Rev. Robert Allen officiating. Cremation will be accorded. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Wyanet.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made in memory of Timothy A. Blythe.
Frances Marini
SPRING VALLEY -- Frances H. Marini, 94, formerly of 425 10th St., LaSalle, died at 12:50 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2004, in the Spring Valley Nursing Center in Spring Valley where she had been a resident for seven years.
Born Oct. 17, 1910, in LaSalle to Frank and Antonia (Lushina) Gregorich, she married Walter Marini Aug. 25, 1937. He died Dec. 17, 1981.
She graduated from Brown's Business College and worked as a legal secretary before her marriage. She and her husband owned and operated the LaMoille Locker for several years.
She was a member of Resurrection Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Lois (Robert) Schott of Peru; one son, Walter (Mary Jane) Marini of Spring Valley; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Resurrection Church, LaSalle, with the Rev. John Onderko officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery, LaSalle.
Visitation will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Hurst Funeral Home, LaSalle.
Memorials may be directed to Shriner's Children's Hospital or Spina Bifida Association.
The Hurst Funeral Home in LaSalle is in charge of arrangements.
Dean Bonnell
LAMOILLE -- Dean L. Bonnell, 62, of LaMoille died on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2004, at Colonial Hall Nursing Home in Princeton.
He was born March 18, 1942, in Sublette to Irie and Irma (Stouffer) Bonnell.
He attended Amboy High School. He worked at Ag View FS Inc. and was a member of the Hollowayville United Church of Christ.
Survivors include his mother of Amboy; one daughter, Dawn (Tom) McInnis of Springfield; two sisters, Rose (Larry) Leffelman of Sublette and Jane (Terry) Garland of Dixon; four brothers, Dick (June) Bonnell and Bill (Ruth) Bonnell, both of LaMoille, Mike (Kathy) Bonnell of Amboy and Russell (Jeanette) Bonnell of Dixon; one sister-in-law, Lynne Bonnell of Arlington; and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Tony.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today, Tuesday, in the Community United Methodist Church, LaMoille, with the Rev. Mike Slutz officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery, LaMoille.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services in the church. Visitation also was held Monday in the Schwarz Funeral Home in Mendota.
Memorials may be directed to the Hollowayville United Church of Christ or the LaMoille Fire and Ambulance Department.
Mary Tieman
SPRING VALLEY -- Mary "Toots" Tieman, 82, formerly of Webster Park, Spring Valley, and for the past year and one half at the Spring Valley Nursing Center, died at 6:35 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, 2004, at the nursing center.
Born Nov. 7, 1922, in Dalzell to Victor and Catherine (Tintorri) Dalzot, she married Francis Tieman Aug. 15, 1942, in Dalzell. He died in 1988.
She worked at Bassick's in Spring Valley until retiring and then worked part-time at the Spring Creek Golf Course.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Spring Valley.
Surviving are one daughter, Arlene (Richard) Justi of rural Spring Valley; one son, Raymond (Joyce) Tieman of Cedar Point; her stepmother, Irma Dalzot of Spring Valley; one sister, Gladys Parochetti of rural Spring Valley; three half brothers, Victor "Veto" Dalzot and Dave Dalzot, both of Spring Valley, and Rich Dalzot of LaSalle; two half sisters, Lea Dubberstine of Spring Valley and Wanda Wright of Malden; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She also was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Services will be at 10:40 a.m. today, Tuesday, in the Barto Funeral Home, Spring Valley, and at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Spring Valley, with the Rev. Paul Meismer officiating. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Park, Spring Valley.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10:40 a.m. today in the funeral home.
