DAVENPORT, Iowa – Lorraine F. Stephens, 81, of Davenport, formerly of Woodstock, died Wednesday (Jan. 20, 1999) at Davenport Lutheran Home, Davenport.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Schneider, Leucht, Merwin and Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 Seminary Ave., Woodstock. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Woodstock.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
John Berry
VILLA GROVE – Funeral services for John W. Berry, 86, of Villa Grove will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Joines Funeral Home, Illinois 130 South, Villa Grove. The Rev. Mathew Sullivan will officiate.
Burial will be in Villa Grove Cemetery, Villa Grove.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

ARTHUR – Graveside services for Hazel Mae Foster, 87, of Arthur will be at 1 p.m. today at the Arthur Cemetery, Arthur. The Rev. James C. Elder will officiate.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. today at Shrader Funeral Home, 431 S. Vine St., Arthur.
Mrs. Foster died at 4:10 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 21, 1999) at St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur.
Gerald Gernon Jr.
CHAMPAIGN – Funeral Mass for Gerald Deland Gernon Jr., 72, of Champaign will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Cross Church, 403 W. Clark St., C. Monsignor Albert Hallin will officiate.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St., C, with a parish wake service at 3:45 p.m.
Mr. Gernon died at 2:16 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 21, 1999) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

Visitation will be for one hour before the services Sunday at the funeral home.
