SAVANNAH, Ga. – Ruth E. Reifsteck of Savannah, Ga., formerly of Champaign, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2000, in Savannah.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Eastlawn Cemetery, Urbana. The Rev. Jeff Stahl will officiate.
There will be a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Urbana Holiday Inn, 1001 Killarny, Urbana.
Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Road, Urbana, is in charge of arrangements.
Marcella Rhode
METCALF – Funeral services for Marcella Lee "Peanut" Rhode, 79, of Metcalf will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Metcalf Christian Church. Arron Warnick will officiate.
Burial will be in Young American Cemetery, Hume.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Mrs. Rhode died at 10 p.m. Sunday (Oct. 1, 2000) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

DANVILLE – Sarah Ricketts, 57, of Danville died at 4:50 p.m. Monday (Oct. 2, 2000) at Danville Care.
Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Morrison Funeral Home, Bismarck.

DANVILLE – Howard Douglas Root, 34, of Danville died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 1, 2000) at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center, Logan campus, Danville.
Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion, Danville. The Rev. James Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Danville.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

DANVILLE – James Harrison Smalley Sr., 75, of Danville died at 3:43 p.m. Monday (Oct. 2, 2000) at his home.

ARCOLA – Juan A. Villarreal, 29, of Arcola died at 8:57 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 30, 2000) in rural Humboldt.
Funeral services will be held at a later date in Cadereyta, Mexico.

COVINGTON, Ind. – Everel May Vyse, 92, of Covington died at 11:40 p.m. Monday (Oct. 2, 2000) at The Waters of Covington, Covington.

Mr. Ward died at 12:07 p.m. Sept. 26, 2000, at home.
