URBANA – Memorial services for Gene C. Shove, 73, of Urbana will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, 602 W. Green St., U. The Rev. Don Mason and the Rev. Debbie Layman will officiate.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Road, U.

PAXTON – Julia Faye "Sue" Staton, 71, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Paxton, died at 6:10 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 11, 2000) at Bay Medical Center, Panama City, Fla.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Glen Cemetery, Paxton. The Rev. Vytas Memenas will officiate.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Knapp-Miller Funeral Home, Paxton.

TUCSON, Ariz. – Memorial services for Steve M. "Sonny" Vorick, 76, of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Hoopeston, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2000, at Hamilton-Orr Funeral Home, 427 E. Main St., Hoopeston. The Rev. Lee Ryan and the Rev. Charles Anderson will officiate.
There will be no visitation.
Mr. Vorick died at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, 2000, at Tucson Medical Center, Tucson, Ariz.

URBANA – Genevieve E. Walden, 90, of Urbana died at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 11, 2000) at the Champaign County Nursing Home, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St., C. The Rev. Jeffrey D. McPike will officiate. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, Urbana.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
