URBANA – Daniel Ward, 79, of Urbana died at 2 p.m. Friday (Jan. 26, 2001) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 1310 N. Sixth St., C. The Rev. Willie Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Friday at the church.
Melker-Bluitt-Parker Mortuary, Champaign, is in charge of arrangements.
Walter Warren
CHAMPAIGN – Walter Warren, 80, of Champaign died at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

DANVILLE – Funeral services for Charles E. Coon, 62, of Danville will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Pape Memorial Home and Cremation Gardens, 10 E. Williams St., Danville. Pastor Thomas S. Myers will officiate.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Danville, with military rites performed by American Legion Post 210.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Coon died at 2:30 p.m. Friday (March 30, 2001) at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center, Danville.

CHAMPAIGN – Charles Carr Cowger, 91, of Champaign died at 4:15 a.m. Saturday (March 31, 2001) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.
Funeral services will beat 10:30 a.m. Monday at Barkley Funeral Home, 114 Courthouse Square, Toledo, Ill. James E. Layman will officiate. Burial will be in Aten Cemetery, Hidalgo.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
A memorial service will take place at 2:30 p.m. today at The Windsor of Savoy, 401 Burwash Ave., Savoy.
Pearl Currie
TUCSON, Ariz. – Pearl Gretchen Currie, 89, of Tucson died Thursday (March 29, 2001).
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Adair Funeral Home, Dodge Chapel, Tucson. Burial will be in South Lawn Cemetery, Tucson.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
James Flory Sr.
PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – James C. Flory Sr., 73, of Panama City Beach, formerly of Champaign, died Wednesday (March 28, 2001) in Panama City.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home, 304 S. Van Buren, Newton, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
