Harriet Eddleman, (nee Morler), wife of the late Charles William, died on Mar 29. She was born in Evanston on Oct. 8, 1929. The family later moved to Des Plaines where Harriet graduated from Maine Township High School in 1947. It was while living in Des Plaines that she met Bill Eddleman. They were married
for 55 years until his passing a little more than three years ago. Harriet spent most of those years as a homemaker, taking care of Bill and their three children Sandra (Chicago), Steven (Iron River), and Kathleen (Concordia, Kansas). Harriet was the grandmother of Gerald, Anthony, Jennifer, Sean, Kelleen and Ryan. She is survived by her brothers, Bill and Ted, and her sisters, Barb and Louise. Harriet also left behind her many friends in Iron River.

A funeral service for Anthony L. Rabattini Sr., 78, took place on Saturday, Apr. 1, at Grove Memorial Chapel in Elk Grove Village. Interment was at Memory Gardens cemetery in Arlington Hts. Visitation was Friday, Mar. 31 at Grove. Mr. Rabattini was born in Pievepalago, Italy. He served in the U.S. Navy in WWII and earned his Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and his Masters from Northern Illinois University. He taught at Higgins School of Elk Grove Township, Dempster Junior High in Mt. Prospect and Friendship Junior High in Des Plaines. He was a district administrator with District 59 for 33 years, and an assistant principal at Dempster Junior High for 20 years. He died on Mar. 29 at Manor Care Nursing Center in Elk Grove Village. He was preceded in death by his daughter Gina Marie Rabattini and his sister Pia Fontana. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Elizabeth A. nee Tjaden, his children Cynthia Clemons, Kristina Mueller, Anthony L. Jr., and Malcolm Young, his siblings Ernest (Erika) Rabattini, Valentina Bortolotti, Nancy Arroyo, and Yones (Bill) Lawler, nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and friends. Wiliam B. Sale, a Chicago man formerly of Park Ridge, died March 25 in the Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter, Skokie. Mr. Sale was born Jan. 12, 1917 in Chicago and was a diplomatic officer for the federal government. Many friends and family survive him. Interment was private; a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements were through Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, Park Ridge.

Lucille Seno passed away Mar. 31 at Nazarethville Care Center in Des Plaines. She was 86 years old. A beautician by trade, Mrs. Seno was preceded in death by husband Peter Mantegna and sister Rosemary Suranno. Survivors include children Mary (Joseph) Umana of Des Plaines and Yolanda (Daniel) Stachnik of Mt. Julius P. Trottier passed away at his Mt. Prospect home Mar. 15. Memorial services were held at Crossview Church in Antioch. Mr. Trottier leaves behind wife Sally; daughter Julie Trottier Braakman; grandchildren Sam, Matt, Schuyler and Pete; and brothers Norbert and Martin. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, generosity and kindness.
