Visitation for Donovan D. Bradley, 31, took place Saturday, June 2, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home in Palatine. The interment was private. Mr. Bradley was born on May 23, 1976 in Pontiac, Michigan. He died on Wednesday, May 30. He was a Marine Corps veteran who was formerly based in Yuma, Arizona.

M. RUSSELL BRAMWELL
Of Palatine Township

A memorial service for M. Russell Bramwell, 83, will occur at the end of June. He will be buried in Park Hill in Bloomington, IL. Mr. Bramwell was born on Dec. 4, 1923 in Normal, IL. He died on Saturday, May 12. He was a veteran of World War II.

Funeral services for Dorothy L. "Dotty" Dettloff of Niles, 83, took place Thursday, May 31 at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home and St. John Brebeuf Church. Visitation was the previous day. Interment at Maryhill cemetery. Ms. Dettloff was born Nov. 1, 1923 in Chicago. She worked as a sales representative for ladies' clothing. She died Saturday, May 26 at Midwest Palliative & Hospice Care. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Dettloff, her parents, William and Estelle Samp, her grandchildren Darrin (Terri) and Christina, her great grandchildren Tiare, Ryder, and Dallas, and her cousin Lorraine Coulias.

BRUCE S. FAIERSON
Formerly of Glenview

Funeral services have been held for Bruce S. Faierson, formerly of Glenview, 55. Mr. Faierson was born in Chicago. He grew up in Glenview, attending Rugen School and Glenbrook South High School, and also Northern Illinois University and Eastern Illinois University. He was a lifelong guitarist who shared his passion for music with his wife, Kathy. He was also a MIS manager. He was formerly active with the Schaumburg Sluggers, Palatine Panthers, Veernon Hills Sluggers, Shotokan Karate and BGRA baseball. He was a devoted Stevenson High School softball fan. He passed away May 7, 2007 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. Bruce was loving husband of Kathleen (nee Gobberg) Faierson, proud father of Eric and Jennifer, cherished son of Dorothy (nee Schiele) Faierson and the late George, and fond brother of Richard. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, 100 Tristate International, Ste. 125, Lincolnshire, Ill.

HELEN R. JENSEN
Formerly of Arlington Heights

A funeral service for Helen R. Jensen, 95, formerly of Arlington Heights and Schaumburg, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday) at the First United Methodist Church in Glen Ellyn. Visitation will be held tomorrow from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at Memory Gardens cemetery in Arlington Heights. Ms. Jensen was born on Mar. 15, 1912 in Mt. Pulaski, Ill. She was formerly the vice-president of the Bank of Elk Grove Village. She was the first female to hold the position of vice-president in the banking industry in the Chicago and suburban area. She was an avid reader, liked to travel and enjoyed music. She died on Friday, June 1 at Brighton Gardens in Wheaton. She is preceded in death by her husband, William J., sons John Roos Sr. and Donald Jensen and granddaughter Lori Roos. Ms. Jensen is survived by her daughter Pamilla (Joseph) Gallo, grandchildren Michael, Rondee, Thomas and Susan Gallo, John Roos Jr. and Loretta and Donald Jensen Jr., her great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association, the American Cancer Association or the American Heart Association. Funeral arrangements by the Leonard Memorial Home.

ALEXANDER J. KAZUK
Of Park Ridge

A funeral service for Alexander J. Kazuk of Park Ridge, 81, was held Saturday, May 26 at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home in Park Ridge. Visitation was the previous day. Interment at Elmwood Park cemetery. Mr. Kazuk, a WWII Air Force Veteran, graduated summa cum laude with an MBA from Northwestern University. He worked as an account executive in the furniture industry. He also served as past president of Rimas Lodge (the Russian Independent Mutual Aid Society). He passed away May 22. He is survived by his wife, Anne (nee Rublev) Kuzuk, his children Kathy (Ed) Krippes, Susan (John) Morrow, Jane (Keith) Zdeb, Carol Kazuk Paddock, John (Kristen), and Robert Kazuk, grandchildren Dan Krippes and Tom Krippes, Kelly Morrow, Jimmy Morrow, and Christy Morrow, Keithie Zdeb, Katie Paddock, Bobby Paddock, and Molly Paddock, Al Kazuk, and Carolyn Kazuk.

A funeral service for Lillian Kelly Merges, 86, took place Monday, June 4 at St. James Catholic Church in Arlington Hts. Interment at All Saints cemetery in Des Plaines. Ms. Merges was born Nov. 24, 1920 in Chicago. She passed away Tuesday, May 29 in Aurora, Co. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Merges. She is survived by her children Peggy (Paul) Radtke, Tom (Linda) Merges, John (Sharon) Merges, David (Tracey) Merges, seven dear grandchildren, six dear great grandchildren, and her fond sister, Kelly Parnell. A funeral service for Carlos M. Perez of Rolling Meadows, 59, was held Saturday, June 2 at 10 a.m. at St. Colette Church in Rolling Meadows. Visitation was Friday, June 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Meadows Funeral Home in Rolling Meadows. Mr. Perez was born Oct. 20, 1947 in Tepic Nayarit, Mexico. He worked as a custodian for High School Dist. 214 for many years. He is survived by his wife, Silvia Perez, his daughter Hailed (Michael) Thiry, and his granddaughter Jocelyn Thiry.

A funeral service for Eugene (Gene) L. Rondenet, 74, took place Monday, June 4, at Queen of the Rosary Church in Elk Grove. Mr. Rondenet was born on Feb. 17, 1933. He died on Tuesday, May 29.

ANTHONY TOMASELLO
Of Des Plaines

A funeral service for Anthony J. Tomasello of Des Plaines, 80, was held Thursday, June 7, at St. Mary Church in Des Plaines. Visitation was held the day before at Oehler Funeral Home Des Plaines Chapel in Des Plaines. Interment was held at All Saint Mausoleum in Des Plaines. Mr. Tomasello was born on July 11, 1926 in Chicago. He died Monday, June 4 at Oakton Pavillion in Des Plaines. He was a drivers salesman for 30 years with Schlitz Brewery Co. He was also a security officer at the Moorings in Arlington Hts. He is survived by his wife, Gloria A. (nee Giammanco); children, Robert A. (Mary) and Donna (Tim) Falk; grandchildren, Angela and Denise Tomasello, and Daniel Falk; sister, Catherine (James) Ford; and brother, Fred (Lee).

URSULA BLACKWELL
Of Des Plaines

A funeral service for Ursula Blackwell (nee Buenting) of Des Plaines, 77, was held Thursday, May 31 at Oehler Funeral Home in Des Plaines. Visitation was held the day before. Interment was conducted at Fairview Memorial Park cemetery in Northlake. Mrs. Blackwell was born on June 13, 1929 in Berlin, Germany. She died Saturday, May 26 at Lutheran General Hospital. She was a hostess for over 35 years for Lou Malnati"s Pizzeria Restaurant in Lincolnwood. She was also an avid Cubs fan. She is survived by her daughter, Linda A. (Steve) Lunt; grandchildren, Heidi (Sean) Weeks, Dan and Andrew Lunt; and great grandchildren, Ryan and Connor. Mrs. Blackwell was preceded in death by her husband, James L.

LOUIS CAPOZZOLI
Of Niles, U.S. Army Veteran

A funeral service for Louis Capozzoli, 76, will take place today (Friday), 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Ransom in Niles. Burial will take place at All Saints cemetery. Mr. Capozzoli was born on September 17, 1930 in Chicago. He died at home on Monday, May 28. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, and co-owner of Square Deal Shoes in Des Plaines, a family business that began in 1921. Mr. Capozzoli was a longtime Des Plaines resident before moving to Niles. Mr. Capozzoli was survived by his wife Julie (nee Bissing), children Louis (Julia) Capozzoli, Bob (Lana) Capozzoli and John "Jack" (Christine) Capozzoli, grandchildren Jackie, Charlie, John, Nick, Bobby, Jana, Louie, Jannae and Steve, and siblings Joseph (late Marge) Capozzoli and Aida (Bob) Guss. He was also uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Stephen Capozzoli. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation in Chicago are appreciated.

KATHLEEN DALY

A funeral service for Kathleen "Kay" Daly, 67, was held Tuesday, May 29, at St. Juliana Church. Interment was private. Ms. Daly passed away on Friday, May 25, 2007. She is preceded in death by her husbands George Daly and Martin Conneely and brother Michael (Maureen) Callahan. Ms. Daly is survived by her children Sally (Peter) Madden, Sean (Kathleen) Conneely, Susan Waters, Kathleen (William) Skinner and George Daly, grandchildren Sarah, Brian, Patrick, Jimmy, Callie, Mary, Daniel, Brenna and Liam, siblings Mary Beth (the late Joe) Carlino, Nancy (the late Mel) Panek, John "Buddy" (Judy) Callahan, William "Billy" (Carol) Callahan and Eileen (Paul) Schwarck and many nieces and nephews. DOROTHY S. DIBBERN
Of Des Plaines

Dorothy S. Dibbern, 99, recently died peacefully at Oakton Pavillion retirement facility in Des Plaines after suffering a major stroke several years ago. She will be remembered by family and friends at a memorial service on Saturday, June 2 at 2 p.m. at First Congregational Church of Des Plaines, 766 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines. Mrs. Dibbern was born in 1908 in Chicago. Her parents were Richard A. and Dora M. Scheuler. Her two sisters, Beatrice and Betty, preceded her in death. Throughout her life she maintained a love for Chicago. She followed news events of the city and loved to drive around to see the changes to the city she knew as a child. Also, she was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. In 1926, she married Walter E. Dibbern. They celebrated 64 years of marriage before Walter"s death in 1990. She is survived by three children, Barbara Gilchrest, Norma Jenkins and Walter Dibbern, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Dorothy Dibbern was active in her church, served as an election judge for many years and volunteered at the Women"s Club Baby Clinic and Meals-On-Wheels. The Dibberns opened Dibbern Electric Store in the late 1930s and re-opened as Dibbern Appliances after World War II when appliances were again available. Memorial donations may be made to the First Congregational Church Mission Committee, 766 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines, Ill., 60016.

STELLA FEDERIGHI
of Niles

A funeral service for Stella Federighi of Niles, 86, was held Monday, May 21, at St. Juliana Church. Visitation was held the day before at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home in Niles. Interment was conducted at Queen of Heaven cemetery. Mrs. Federighi was born on Oct. 12, 1920 in Italy. She died Friday, May 18. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her children, Alfred (Denise) and Emilia (Philip) Quaranta; grandchildren, John and Alfred Quaranta, and Anna (Jonathon) Bloss; and great grandchildren, Antonio and Adelina Quaranta and Joey and Emilia Bloss. Mrs. Federighi was preceded in death by her parents, Serafina (nee DiVenere) and Francesco Roppo.

LORETTA A. GENGE
of Niles

A funeral mass for Loretta A. Genge, 84, took place Monday, May 21, at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home in Niles. Visitation was held Sunday, May 20, at the funeral home. Genge was born Dec. 14, 1922 in Chicago. She died Thursday, May 17 at Resurrection Medical Center. Genge was a homemaker. She is survived by her sister Dolores (late William) Vankat; nephew William (Diane) Vankat, Jr. and many other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by her mother Irene (nee Pestrong) Hojnacki; father Walter Hojnacki and brother Walter (Helen) Hojnacki, Jr. Interment will be at Maryhill cemetery in Niles.

JAMES HIMES
of Mt. Prospect

A funeral service for James F. "Frank" Himes of Mt. Prospect and formerly of West Memphis, Ark., 61, was held Saturday, May 26, at St. Cecilia Church in Mt. Prospect. Visitation was held the day before at Friedrich"s Funeral Home in Mt. Prospect. Mr. Himes was born on Feb. 12, 1946 in Jonesboro, Ark. He died Wednesday, May 23 at his home. He graduated from West Memphis High School and Georgia Tech University with a degree in chemical engineering. He was employed by Honeywell UOP for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Iara; children, William (Sarah) and Andrew; and mother, Margaret. Mr. Himes was preceded in death by his brother, Larry and father, James Elmo. Interment was held at All Saints cemetery in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

of Niles

A funeral mass for George Kloiber, 77, took place Tuesday, May 22 at St. John Brebeuf Church in Niles. Kloiber was born Dec. 21, 1929 in Chicago. He died Friday, May 18 at Abington of Glenview. Kloiber worked as a butcher. He is survived by his wife Evelyn (nee Murphy) Kloiber; daughter Sharon (Eric) Bakey; father George Kloiber; grandchildren Jimmy and Nicky Elliott; and brothers Frank and John Kloiber. He was preceded in death by his mother Theresa (nee Lang) Kloiber. Interment was at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines.

of Arlington Heights

A funeral mass for Ruth Miller, 92, took place Saturday, May 26, at St. Edna Catholic Church in Arlington Heights. Visitation was Friday, May 25 at Glueckert Funeral Home in Arlington Heights. Miller was born May 7, 1915 in Chicago to John and Mary (nee Wade) Duhnsen. She died Wednesday, May 23 at her home. She is survived by her children Joanne (Steven) Walczynski, Gerald (Patricia) Miller, Jeanne (Anthony) Hartmann and James Miller; grandchildren Tim, Chris, Jeff, Jon, Mike, Denise, Lauri, Mike, Lisa, Michelle, Dan, Bridget, Monica, Brian, Katie, Robb and Anne; 25 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Trude Miller; sister-in-law Lorraine (Leonard) Gorski and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence F. Miller, who died on Mar. 6, 2007, her son John Miller, her sister Marion (George) Walsh and her parents. Interment is at All Saints cemetery in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Family Home Health Service, 2171 Executive Dr., Suite 500, Addison, IL 60101.
