Olga A. Speiser
Olga A. Speiser, 77, of Naperville died Friday, May 28, 2004, at Manorcare Health Services in Naperville. She was born June 25, 1926, in Hammond, Ind.
Before becoming a wife and mother, she worked at Texaco Oil for 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed music and the arts.
She is survived by a son, Mark Speiser of Phoenix, Ariz.; a nephew, Stephen (wife MaryLee) Jurecky of El Paso, Texas; and a great-niece and great-nephew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard, on March 22, 2004; and her parents, Michael and Ann Pintar.
Visitation will take place from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday, June 4, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Assumption cemetery in Wheaton.

Donald J. LaRocco
Donald J. LaRocco, 62, of Naperville died Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at the University of Wisconsin at Madison hospital. He was born March 19, 1942, in Chicago.
He was employed by Kroeschell Engineering at the Amoco Research Center in Naperville for many years, as well as by the village of Lisle. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 399. After receiving a kidney and pancreas transplant in 1989, he co-founded Organ Transplant Support, a nationwide group for transplant recipients and their families. In 2002, the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois honored his achievements by giving him the Celebration of Life Award.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 40 years, Rosalie (Brzozowski) LaRocco; his beloved children, Anthony (Rebbeca Troccoli) of St. Charles and Matthew (Sandy) of St. Charles; his dear grandchildren, Jacqueline and Nicholas; three brothers, Michael (wife Kathy), Philip (wife Debbie) and Peter (wife Cheryl) LaRocco; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Florence LaRocco.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 17, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
Prayers will start at 10 a.m. Monday, May 17, at the funeral home and proceed to a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 1500 Brookdale Road, Naperville.
Entombment will follow at Assumption cemetery in Wheaton.

Joseph E. 'Joe' Marlovits
Joseph E. "Joe" Marlovits, 65, of Naperville died Monday, May 31, 2004, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was born May 20, 1939, in Chicago.
He was a 1957 graduate of Campion Jesuit High School. Formerly of Chicago, he had been a Naperville resident for the past 27 years. He retired from General Foods in 1989 after 27 years of service. He was a former Cub Scout Leader of Pack 125 in Naperville. He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Naperville.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary (DePinto) Marlovits of Naperville; a daughter, Juli (husband Craig) Potjeau of Aurora; a son, Joseph (wife Lindsay) of Chicago; and a grandson, Anthony Potjeau.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Juliana (Bezenhoffer) Marlovits.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 3, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 4, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1500 Brookdale Road, Naperville.
Interment will be private.
Dorothy A. McClelland
Dorothy A. (Rappold) McClelland, 79, a resident of Naperville since 1995 and formerly of South Holland, died Sunday, May 16, 2004, at her home. She was born July 23, 1924, in Youngstown, Ohio.
She was employed as a registered nurse for many years at Ball Corp. in Dolton.
She is survived by her beloved children, Deborah (husband Martin) Temchuk, Teresa Collins and Mary (husband Steven) Lynch; her adored grandchildren, Maureen and Elizabeth Temchuk, and Sean, Daniel and Katherine Collins; three sisters, Jean Ucello, Patricia (husband Walter) Koons and Sarah (husband Chester) Butara; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin; her parents, James and Mary Rappold; a sister, Mary Florence Thompson; and a brother-in-law, Earl Ucello.
Visitation will take place from 3 until 8 p.m. Thursday, May 20, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
A service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 21, from the funeral home and proceed to an 11 a.m. memorial Mass at SS Peter and Paul Church, 36 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville.
Inurnment will follow at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Hillside.

Linda Sue Stark
Linda Sue Stark, 51, of Naperville died Sunday, May 30, 2004. She was born March 8, 1953, in Detroit.
Ms. Stark was a loving and caring daughter, a very involved parent and a beloved friend to many. She had a giving, generous spirit. She was a 1971 graduate of Woodruff High School in Peoria and a 1976 graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen in Chicago for four years and then became the comptroller from 1980 to 1994 for Little Friends Inc. in Naperville. In 1995, Ms. Stark became the fiscal director for Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet. She was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an active member of the Neuqua Valley High School Booster Club for girls and boys basketball, a member of the former Trinity Baptist Church and had presently been attending Calvary Church.
She is survived by two children, Cassie and Brad Stark, both of Naperville; her mother, LaDora Hawkins of East Peoria; a brother, John (wife Terri) Hawkins of East Peoria; three sisters, Elizabeth (husband Rick) Bonifas of Germantown Hills, Barbara (husband James) Bayer of Washburn and Sandra (husband Kim) Kellerstrass of Morton; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Hawkins.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 4, at Calvary Church, 9S200 Route 59, Naperville. Interment will take place at 3 p.m. at the Parkview cemetery in Peoria.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 3, at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 24021 W. Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville, and at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Richard A. Dollmeyer
Richard A. Dollmeyer, 73, of Oregon and formerly of the Naperville area, died Wednesday, May 12, 2004, in his home following a brief illness. He was born Jan. 29, 1931, in Naperville.
He married
Joyce Schultz on May 1, 1954, in Joliet. He farmed in the Plainfield-Naperville area until 1966. He then farmed in the Polo-Forreston area until retiring in 1986. He then was a self-employed truck driver until retirement in 2000. He retired to the Oregon area to be close to his family. He enjoyed collecting antique tractors and cars. He also enjoyed collecting toy tractors and trucks.
He is survived by three sons, John (wife Karen) Dollmeyer of Gurnee, Jack (wife Kris) Dollmeyer of Polo and Tom (wife Celia) Dollmeyer of Columbus, Ind.; two brothers, Clarence Dollmeyer of Denver, Colo., and Edward (wife Alice) Dollmeyer of Annapolis, Md.; two grandchildren, Jacob and Austin Dollmeyer; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife on Sept. 19, 1993; and his parents, Ervil G. and Minnie (Brooker) Dollmeyer.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, 203 Third Ave., Forreston; and from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 16, in Overman-Jones Funeral Home, 309 Joliet Road, Plainfield. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, May 17, in Overman-Jones Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Naperville cemetery in Naperville.

Janet Eisermann McLaughlin
Janet Eisermann McLaughlin, 71, of Naperville died Monday, May 17, 2004, at her home. She was born May 26, 1932, in Evanston and had been a resident of Naperville since 1959.
She graduated from Oak Park-River Forest High School and Denison University in Granville, Ohio. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She worked at Morton Arboretum as a volunteer for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Richard S. McLaughlin of Naperville; and three children, Richard J. McLaughlin of Minneapolis, Peter G. (wife Kristin) McLaughlin of Plano, Texas, and Lisa Ann (husband Brendan) McKenna of Seattle; six grandchildren, Emily, Karl and Maxwell McLaughlin, and Kelsie, Kaitlin and Ryan McKenna; two sisters, Anne Sheline of Columbus, Ohio, and Georgia "GiGi" Brooke of Punta Gorda, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Florence (Mai) Eisermann; two sons, Michael S. and Daniel James McLaughlin; and a daughter, Jean Mai McLaughlin.
A service and interment were private.

Lynn B. Mikyska
Lynn B. (Hull) Mikyska, 61, a Naperville resident since 1968 and formerly of La Grange Park, died Monday, May 17, 2004, at Hinsdale Hospital. She was born Nov. 3, 1942, in Evergreen Park.
She grew up in La Grange Park and was a 1960 graduate of Lyons Township High School. She received her bachelor's degree in education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. She was employed as a teacher for the blind at Puffer-Hefty School in Downers Grove, and later owned and operated Cymatics Inc., a manufacturing company in Naperville, with her husband and children.
She is survived by two children, Nancy Mikyska of Naperville and Matthew Glenn Mikyska of Chicago; three siblings, Bonnie Abrams of Oakland, Calif., George (wife Diane) Hull of La Grange and Kenneth (wife Janet) Hull of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn E. Mikyska, in February 2004; and her parents, George and Helen Hull.
Services and interment are private.

Henry Ulrich Jr.
Henry Ulrich Jr., 87, of Lisle died suddenly Sunday, May 16, 2004, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was born Dec. 1, 1916, in Albany, N.Y.
He had been a resident of Naperville since 1961. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Naperville, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, from elder to a congregational chairman. He retired from Marquette Cement and from Riverside Laboratories. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing and playing bridge.
He is survived by two daughters, Martha (husband R. Douglas) Nuckols of The Villages, Fla., and Mary Louise (husband Floyd) Foster of Vonore, Tenn.; a son, Lawrence (wife Brenda) Ulrich of Oswego; four grandchildren, Karen Albers, Linda Thoren, Tim and Kristin Ulrich; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; a sister, Lavina Soper; and two brothers, Lawrence and Louis Ulrich.
Visitation will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 1550 Modaff Road, Naperville, IL 60565. The Rev. Stephen Schumacher will officiate.
Interment will follow at Naperville cemetery.

Henry 'Bud' Duhai
Henry "Bud" Duhai, 73, of rural Monroe, Wis., died Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was born Feb. 15, 1931, at Custer Park.
Henry and Patricia Hagemann were married
April 11, 1953, in Lisle.
Henry did carpenter work for 15 years in Naperville, then went into farming and farmed in the Monroe area from 1971 until 1981, then moved to the Somonauk-Naperville area, working at various golf courses until 1995, when he retired and moved to Willow Springs, Mo., where he operated a beef farm. He started restoring old tractors and trucks and returned to Monroe in 2000, where he kept up his restoration work with tractors. He was always helping fix anyone's equipment when he was able. He will be missed by his family and friends. He attended auctioneer school and was certified, was a licensed Realtor in Illinois and enjoyed fishing, traveling and flea markets.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Duhai of rural Monroe; a son, Charles (wife Nancy) Duhai of Woodstock; four grandchildren, Chad Duhai, Justin Duhai, Lindsey Duhai and Kelsey Duhai, all of Woodstock; seven sisters, Kate Pantke of Tucson, Ariz., Ella (husband Orman) Boldt of DeKalb, Mary Pfaff of Yorkville, Anna Calaway of Grand Marsh, Wis., Laura Calaway of Astoria, Josephine (husband Paul) Strong of Yorkville and Johanna (husband Herbert) Jackson of Naperville; a brother, John (wife Norma) Duhai of Naperville; a sister-in-law, Judy Duhai of Westmont; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Ann Duhai; his parents, Peter and Katherin (Kauk) Duhai; and a brother, Robert Duhai.
A visitation will be held from 3 until 8 p.m. Friday, June 4, at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington St., Naperville.
