Visitation for Patricia Liddell Jordan-Walker, 38, of Milwaukee, Wis., and a former area resident for 20 years, will be from 10 .m. Wednesday until the 11 a.m. services at St. Anne Woods Chapel. Rev. Louis Barnes will officiate.
Graveside services will be held in Momence cemetery.
Leggett Funeral Home, Hopkins Park, is in charge of arrangements.
She died Monday (Feb. 17, 2003) at her home.
Mrs. Jordan-Walker was a certified nursing assistant.
She was born Jan. 26, 1965, in Chicago, the daughter of William Sr. and Carrie Bell Alexander Liddell. Her father is deceased.
She married
Joseph Walker Feb. 14, 2002 in Chicago.
Surviving are two sons, Gilbert Davis Jr. of Chicago, Jushin Jordan of Kankakee; four daughters, Selina Davis and Catrina Davis, both of Chicago; Juanita Jordan and Rica Jordan, both of Kankakee; her mother of St. Anne; three sisters, Minnie (Mike) Woodard-Wortheam of Chicago, Jenice Liddell of St. Anne, Anice (Josa) Sowell of Milwaukee, Wis.; eight brothers, James Banner, Herbert (Cynthia) Banner, Larry Banner, all of Chicago, William Liddell Jr. of Paducah, Ky., Floyd Liddell of Milwaukee, Wis., Jemal (Mary) Liddell of Effner, John (Lacora) Liddell of Kankakee and Donnell Liddell of St. Anne.
Two brothers and one sister are deceased.
Mrs. Walker was a member of St. Anne Woods Chapel.
She enjoyed fishing, dancing and singing.
Leonie Ruder
MANTENO -- A funeral Mass for Leonie R. Ruder, 83, of Manteno, was celebrated Feb. 22 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Manteno. Revs. Edward Grotovsky, Tony Nugent, Edward O'Malley and Don Lewandowski officiated.
Mrs. Ruder died Feb. 18, 2003.
Entombment was in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum in Kankakee. Pallbearers were Joe Graco, Chris, Romney, Ryan, Jake and Adam Ruder.
Cannie Burks
Services for Cannie B. Burks, 38, of Kankakee, were held Feb. 21 at Lax Mortuary. Rev. Rodney Lake officiated.
Ms. Burks died Feb. 14, 2003.
Burial was in Mound Grove Gardens of Memory, Kankakee. Pallbearers were Wesley McCoffin, Daniel Dillon, Jermaine Dudley, David Chism, Lawrence Dudley and Maurice McCraney.
Orlan Denault
IRWIN -- A funeral Mass for Orlan A. Denault, 66, of Irwin, was celebrated Feb. 22 at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church in Irwin. Rev. Ronald Hart officiated.
Mr. Denault died Feb. 19, 2003.
Burial was in St. James cemetery, Irwin. Pallbearers were Larry and Dennis O'Connor, Alex Denault, Gerry Bertrand, Brett Perreault and Dallas Ferris.
Isabel Kammann
A funeral Mass for Isabel M. Kammann, 77, of Kankakee, was celebrated Feb. 24 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley. Rev. John Antczak officiated.
Mrs. Kammann died Feb. 20, 2003.
Cremation rites were accorded. Pallbearers were Melissa, Shannon and Brandon Stokes, Lisa and Sara Kammann, Christy Woolard and Megan Rieder. Honorary pallbearers were Katherine Kammann and William Kammann III.
L. Paul Masse
L. Paul Masse, 91, of Kankakee, died today (Feb. 24, 2003) at Provena St. Mary's Hospital.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, with a 4 p.m. wake service at the Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Kankakee.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Kankakee, where he was a member.
Burial will be in Mt. Calvary cemetery, Kankakee.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Mr. Masse retired from Paramount Textile (Parker-Davis) after 39 years of service. He had also worked nine years at Beatrice Food and two years at E.I. DuPont.
He was married
to the former Marguerite Cassatt.
Surviving are four sons and three daughters-in-law, Robert and Phyllis Masse of Kankakee, Thomas and Patti Masse of Burleson, Texas, James and Barbara Masse of Kankakee, Ted Masse of Mesa, Ariz.; one daughter and son-in-law, Suzi and Carl McQueen of Manteno; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Two brothers, Donald and Ambrose, are deceased.
Mr. Masse was a member of the Holy Name Society at his church and a former member of the Knights of Columbus.

GILMAN -- Mary Neal, 95, of Gilman, died Sunday (Feb. 23, 2003) at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka after a short illness.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. Wednesday until the 10:30 a.m. services at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton. Rev. William Callister will officiate.
Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery in Forest Park.
Memorials may be made to the Gilman Nursing Pavilion.
Ms. Neal was a retired grocery store clerk.
She was born Dec. 24, 1908 in Chicago.
Her husband, Fred Festner, is deceased.
One son, Conrad Festner, is deceased.
Myrtle Peck
DECATUR -- Visitation for Myrtle "Mickey" Peck, 83, of Decatur, formerly of Kankakee, will be from 4-7 p.m. today at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home in Decatur, where services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Kankakee Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Multiple Sclerosis Association.
Mrs. Peck died Friday (Feb. 21, 2003) at Manor Care Health Services in Decatur.
Myrna Wieggel
BEECHER -- Visitation for Myrna Lee Wieggel, 66, of Beecher, was held noon Saturday until the 2 p.m. services at the Zion United Church of Christ in Dyer, Ind., where she was a member. Rev. Tom Ewing officiated.
Burial was in the Zion cemetery, Dyer.
Hack Funeral Home in Beecher was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wieggel died Thursday (Feb. 20, 2003) at her home.
She was born July 5, 1936, in Cedar Lake, Ind., the daughter of Arthur and Gladys Wille Brands. Her father is deceased.
Surviving are her husband, Myron Wieggel, of Beecher; two daughters and sons-in-law, Becki and Rick Yukon of Cedar Lake, Ind., Dana and Adam Shearer of Beecher; her mother of Cedar Lake; one sister, Sharon Neitzel of Crete; and four grandchildren.
One daughter, Tami, is deceased.
Kathryn Williams
BLOOMINGTON -- Kathryn Williams, 61, of Bloomington, and the relative of area residents, died Friday (Feb. 21, 2003) at her home.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today and from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the 10:30 a.m. services at the Duffy-Pils Memoral Home in Fairbury. Rev. Brian Elbe will officiate.
Burial will be in Graceland cemetery, Fairbury.

She was born June 16, 1941, in Weston, the daughter of Frederick and Lena Duvall Readle. Her parents are deceased.

July 7, 1998, in Normal; one daughter and son-in-law, Georgia and Dan LaFayette of Normal; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Stephanie Stork of Normal, Ronald and Amy Stork of Danvers; four stepdaughters, Margaret (Jim) Amato of Palmer Lake, Colo., Mary (Tim) Hannig of Peotone, Joellen (Bob) Rohde of Chicago Heights, Kathy (Carl) Collins of Palos Heights; one stepson, Jim (Joanne) Williams Jr. of New Lenox; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Evelyn Readle of Watseka, Norma and Joe Drapac of Griffith, Ind.; two brothers, Elmer (Lura) Readle of St. Augustine, Fla., John (Joanne) Readle of Dakota; nine grandchildren, 13 stepgrandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
One half-brother, one stepson and infant twin daughters are deceased.
She was a 1961 graduate of Fairbury High School and was a member of the Women of the Moose, Bloomington Chapter 173.

CHEBANSE -- Visitation for Arthur B. Burrow, 82, of rural Chebanse, will be from 4:30-6:30 p.m Thursday at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton, where services will follow at 7 p.m. Rev. Dan Morris will officiate.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kankakee Valley.
He died Tuesday (Feb. 11, 2003) at his home.
Mr. Burrow was a production general foreman at Bradley Roper, retiring after 35 years of service.
He was born May 22, 1920, in Bunker Hill, Mo., the son of John and Bessie Eaker Burrow.
Surviving are his wife, the former Geneva G. Warder, whom he married
Jan. 11, 1941, in Paxton, of Chebanse; one son and two daughters-in-law, Richard and Susan Burrow and Mary Lou Burrow, all of Chebanse; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbra and Ron Williams of Piper City; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
One son, Jim Burrow; one brother and one sister are deceased.
Mr. Burrow was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran serving in World War II, and a member of the Clifton VFW Post 2131.
He also was a former member of the Kankakee Elks.
He loved to travel, collect antiques, woodwork, play horse shoes and listen to country music.
