YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Raymond W. Wooten, 48, of Youngstown, Ohio, formerly of St. Anne, died Thursday (Jan. 9, 2003) at Forum Health Northside Hospital after an extended illness.
There will be no visitation or services.
The Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
He was born Aug. 13, 1954, in Rensselaer, Ind., the son of Harold and Ona Lone Wooten. His father is deceased.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Ona and George Good of St. Anne; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Tracy and Dan Chappell of Grant Park, Lisa and Brett Sawyer of Braidwood; two brothers, George V. Good and Rick Good; eight nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
One brother, Jeffrey A. Biggs; and an infant sister, Diana K. Biggs, are deceased.
He attended school in St. Anne. He had been a resident of the Youngstown area since the early 1990s.
Opal Beseke

BEECHER -- Opal Abbott Beseke, 91, of Beecher, died Thursday (Jan. 2, 2003), at Anchorage of Beecher.
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday at Hack Funeral Home in Beecher, where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. Tom Ewing will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Luke cemetery in Beecher.
Memorials may be made to St. Luke Church or Anchorage of Beecher.
Mrs. Beseke was a self-employed seamstress and farmer.
She was born June 28, 1911 in Momence, the daughter of Thomas and Myrtie Storey Abbott.
Her husband, Carl Beseke, whom she married
April 17, 1965 at First Baptist Church in Momence, died Nov. 19, 1984.
Surviving are one sister, Laura Sirois of Palm Springs, Calif.; one brother-in-law, Elmer and Audrey Beseke of Beecher; many nieces and nephews; and one cousin.
Five sisters and one brother are deceased.

MILFORD -- Visitation for Jennie Laura Borsos, 70, a resident of Milford since 1955, will be from 2-4 p.m. today at Knapp Funeral Home in Milford.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Interment will be in the family plot in Wyandotte, Mich.
A memorial service will be held at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in Wyandotte, Mich.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph's College in Collegeville, Ind., or the donor's choice.
Mrs. Borsos died Thursday (Jan. 2, 2003) at her home, following a long illness.
She received a nursing degree from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in Mantramck, Mich. She also studied at St. Joseph College in Renssalaer, Ind.
She was the first woman to be elected to the Milford Grade School Board of Education, where she served a number of terms, including several years as president.
Mrs. Borsos was born Nov. 3, 1932 in Wyandotte, Mich., the daughter of Paul and Mary Chrzanowska Rybicki.
She married

Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Charles Borsos of Richmond, Texas, Steven and Adriana Borsos of Houston, Texas; three grandsons, Logan, William and John Paul, all of Texas; and many cousins, nephews and nieces in Michigan.
Theorphia Bradley
Theorphia Bradley, 65, of Kankakee, died Tuesday (Dec. 31, 2002) at Riverside Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the 10 a.m. service at House of Prayer Apostolic Church of God in Kankakee where he was a member. Rev. Claudius Anderson will officiate.
Burial will be in Mound Grove Garden cemetery, Kankakee
Arrangements are by Leggett Funeral Home, Hopkins Park.
Mr. Bradley was born Feb. 4, 1937 in Moscow, Tenn., the son of Will Bradley and Roxie Gooden. His parents are deceased.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Theorphia and Linda Bradley-Bey, Quinton Gooch, all of Kankakee; five daughters and one son-in-law, Bertha Ann Thomas, Diana Mitchell, Brenetta Bradley, all of Memphis, Tenn., Yvette Bradley of Arkansas, Charese and Tony Griffin of Bourbonnais; one sister, Doris Ann Sanders of St. Anne; 18 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, two sisters, and one grandchild, are deceased.
Mr. Bradley worked for Quaker Oats Company in Kankakee.
He was a 30-year resident of the area.
He was a former chairman of the Deacon Board, and a Sunday School teacher at his church.
He enjoyed bowling, wrestling, fishing and hunting.

DOWNERS GROVE -- James Dagras, 72, of Downers Grove, formerly of Sycamore and Cullom, died unexpectedly while vacationing in Chipley, Fla., Sunday (Dec. 29, 2002).
A memorial Mass will be held at St. John's Catholic Church in Cullom at a later date.
Inurnment will be in St. John's cemetery in Cullom.
Arrangements are by Harris-Martin-Burke Funeral Home, Cullom.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
He was a retired antique dealer and had done office work in the Chicago area.
Mr. Dagras was born April 15, 1930 in Chicago, the son of William and Jennie Pomo Dagras. His parents are deceased.
Surviving are one brother and sister-in-law, George and Pauline Dagras of Mesa, Ariz.; one sister and brother-in-law, Laverne and Stephen Dagras-Levine of New York, N.Y.; two nephews; one niece; and two great-nieces.
One brother, Robert A. Dagras, is deceased.
He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Cullom.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- G. Nadine Franklin Harris, 76, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Kankakee, passed away Friday (Jan. 3, 2003) at St. Vincent Hospice.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Tuesday until the 3 p.m. service at First Church of the Nazarene in Kankakee.
Burial will be in Mound Grove Gardens cemetery, Kankakee.

Jr. and Delores Rushing of Naperville, David W. and Joann Rushing of Bourbonnais; two daughters and sons-in-law, Georgia and Bob Conti of Plainfield, Sharon and James Curwick of Romeoville; two stepsons, Jerry and Mindy Harris of Lebanon, Ind., Joseph and Karen Harris of Indianapolis, Ind.; one stepdaughter, Judy and David Greene of Richmond, Ind.; one sister, Sue Kurosky of Fort Worth, Texas; one brother, Ray and Cleda Franklin of Amity, Ark.; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
One sister, Vonna Jane Welch; and two brothers, James Franklin and Major Lee Franklin, are deceased.
She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Indianapolis, Ind., where she was the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award in 2001 for service with home missions, hospital calls and senior citizens.
She was a former member of First Church of the Nazarene in Kankakee, where she was the recipient of the Legacy of Service Award.
She was active in the church nursery in Indianapolis and Kankakee, and active in Bus Ministry in Kankakee.
Alfred Hinkleman
Visitation for Alfred "Al" Hinkleman, 72, of Bradley, will be from 3 p.m. today until the 5 p.m. service at the Bourbonnais Chapel of the Schreffler Funeral Homes. Rev. William Callister will officiate.
A private burial will be held at a later date.

Mr. Hinkleman died Thursday (Jan. 2, 2003) at Manor Care Nursing Home.
He was born Feb. 2, 1930 in Chicago, the son of Harold and Esther Munson Hinkleman. His parents are deceased.

May 26, 1956 in Quincy, of Bradley; two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Debra Hinkleman of Fort Wayne, Ind., Jon and Page Hinkleman of Bradley; one daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Rick Stoewsand of Bourbonnais; one brother, Edward Hinkleman of the Chicago area; and five grandchildren, Benjamin, Matthew, Samantha and Kiley Hinkleman, and Nicholas Stoewsand.
Two brothers, Alvin and Jack Hinkleman; and one sister, Esther Mele, are deceased.
Mr. Hinkleman was a sales representative for various companies.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army as a Ranger, and achieving the rank of Sergeant.
He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, and enjoyed fishing, sports and music.

LaSALLE -- Visitation for Elmer Martin Judy, 90, of LaSalle, formerly of Donovan and Normal, will be from 10 a.m. Monday until the 11 a.m. services at Segur-Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka. Rev. Joe Hughes will officiate.
Burial will be in Buswell cemetery in Kentland, Ind.

Mr. Judy died Thursday (Jan. 2, 2003) at Illinois Veterans Home at LaSalle.
He was in the poultry business for 30 years, and a 10-year manager at the Texaco Bulk Plant, Bloomington.
He was born Dec. 30, 1912 in Iroquois, the son of Earl and Minnie Gilbert Judy.
His wife, the former Dorothy Buswell, whom he married
Oct. 28, 1933 in Donovan, died Sept. 9, 1997.
Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Ray Hoots of Manteno, Janet and Ralph Wagner of Tiskilwa, Joann and Garry Coers of New Holland; one brother and sister-in-law, Max and Ruby Judy of Princeton; one sister, Jean Knight of Princeton; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Milton, Hirschel and Hiel Judy; and one sister, Bea Weinmann, are deceased.
Mr. Judy was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and a member of the American Legion.
He spent winters in Florida from 1976-1992.
