Lillian Teuber
Lillian Teuber, of Gurnee, IL passed away Friday, October 31, 2003 in Libertyville, IL. She was born December 9, 1915 in Chicago. Attended Northwest Business College in Chicago. Lillian retired from Pioneer Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago after a lifetime of service and settled in Gurnee. Lillian was most recently residing at Winchester House in Libertyville, Illinois.
Middle daughter of loving parents, Frank and Anna Teuber. preceded in death by parents and sister, Evelyn Kroencke. Survived by sister, Grace Rice and family in California; cousin, Lois Bartels; niece Carole Gehris; and by dear friends.
Private services to be held at the family grave at Eden cemetery.

Robert C. "Bob" Worthley
Robert C. "Bob" Worthley, 59, of Lake Villa, Illinois passed away Friday, October 31, 2003 in Libertyville, IL.
He was born May 20, 1944 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bob worked for Ameritech for 31 years and in 1996 retired. He then continued to work for Bulter Corporation at Abbott Laboratories until 2001. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1965 and was a member of the 101st Airborne Division and was also a member of the Lake Villa V.F.W. What he loved to do most was woodworking, home improvement projects, gardening and playing with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Frances (nee Slovnik); two sons, Scott Worthley and Rob C. Worthley III; a daughter, Jennifer (Walter) Tesch; five grandchildren, Lexie Tesch, Hannah Tesch, Morgan Tesch, Rachel Worthley and Ryan Worthley; his brother, Richard (Mickie) of Beaumont, CA; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert C. Worthley Sr. in 1991; and his mother, Mildred E. Worthley in 2003.
Friends and relatives may call on Monday, November 3, 2003 from 5 to 8 PM at the SALATA GURNEE FUNERAL HOME, 4190 Old Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL. Services and burial will be held at noon on Tuesday at Highland Memorial Park cemetery, Libertyville.
Mary Armour
Mary Armour, 52, of Waukegan, IL passed away November 23, 2002. She has been a long time resident of Waukegan. She retired from the Ann M. Kiley Center as a Supervisor. She also was a member of Jesus Name Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her children Charles (Kim) Smith and Militon Y. Smith, both of Waukegan; her father, Columbus (Nancy) Smith of Portland, OR; 3 brothers Michael Smith of Waukegan, Shay Smith of Portland, OR, and Sherman Baker of Chicago; 3 sisters, Mary Lou Greer of Waukegan, Florene (Jackie) Thompson of North Chicago, Kiesha Smith of Portland, OR; 4 grandchildren Richard, Rodney, Aquira, and Lil Charles, all of Waukegan; and a very special friend, Eleanor Keys of Kenosha, WI.
Services will be held Saturday November 30, 2002 with Pastor John I. Caples,, Jr. officiating. Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. at Jesus Name Apostolic Church at 208 Lake St., Waukegan. Funeral services will be held promptly at 11:00 a.m. following visitation. WESTGATE FUNERALS is handling the arrangements.
Timothy W. Conway
Timothy W. Conway, age 38, of Grayslake, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2002. He was born June 7, 1964 in Waukegan, Illinois and has been a lifelong resident of Lake Villa & Grayslake and was employed by the Gurnee Post Office for the past few years.
He is survived by his parents, Wayne & Allita (Lee) Conway of Lake Villa, Illinois, his great-grandmother, Vivian Quick, two sisters, Sue (Dave) Martin of Temecula, CA., Kelly (Patrick) De Vore of Kenosha, WI., one brother, Bryan Conway of San Diego, CA., four nieces and nephews, Kristie & Brooke Martin & Kyle & Ellias De Vore, aunts Connie Zielch & Janet Lee (Pat) Zielch, uncles Robert Leonard, Ronald E. John E. Fries
John E. Fries, 53, of Vernon Hills, IL, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2002 at his home. He was born December 15, 1948 in Racine, WI and was raised in Union Grove, WI.
John was a former resident of Racine, Buffalo Grove, IL and has lived in Vernon Hills for the past seven years. He was a graduate of the university of Wisconsin, Parkside in Kenosha and was a former employee of Walker Mfg/Tenneco Automotive in Racine and Chicago and Car X Service Systems in Lake County.
Surviving are two daughters, Erin and Renee Fries and his former wife, Birgit Fries, all of Buffalo Grove; two brothers, David of Appleton, WI and Robert of West Lafayette, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Margaret Fries.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, November 30 at the BURNETT-DANE FUNERAL HOME, 120 W. Park Ave (Rte. 176), Libertyville. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 PM on Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family as an education fund is being established for his children. .
Henry Allen Hughes II
Henry Allen Hughes II, 56, of Zion died on Sunday, November 24, 2002.
Henry was born August 11, 1946 in Chicago. He worked for the Zion Police Department from 1970-1997 when he retired.
Survivors include one son, Henry Allen Hughes III; one daughter-in-law, Delsy Hughes; one sister, Violin Hughes; two cousins, Franklin and Braxton Harris; former wife Charlotte Hughes; and many friends and colleagues. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Henry A. Hughes and Helen L. Hughes; and one brother, Lance Hughes.
Visitation will be Monday, December 2, 2002 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Gerald Kennedy
Gerald Kennedy, 74, of Winthrop Harbor, died on Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at the V.A. Medical Center in North Chicago. He was born February 6, 1928 in Wabeno, Wisconsin and moved to Winthrop Harbor in 1949 after being discharged from the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Beach Community Church in Beach Park. He retired from Johnson Motors in 1992 after 30 years, and was a volunteer for the Winthrop Harbor Fire Department for 20 years.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Grace; four daughters, Geraldine Gray of Zion, Terry Kennedy of Winthrop Harbor, Sherry Kennedy of Winthrop Harbor and Mary Powles (Jerry Sr.) of Dongola, IL; one son, Steven Kennedy of Winthrop Harbor; six grandchildren, Angela, Heather, Derreck, Lauren, Kristina and Hannah; six great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jared, Justin, Brianna, Miranda and Christopher; and two sisters Ellen Gretchel of Columbus, Ohio; and Shirley Krasweski (Raymond) of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother; one great-grandson, Jake; and two brothers, Steven and George.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 30, 2002 from 9:00AM until 11:00AM at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00AM at the funeral home with Pastor Gay Brown and associate Pastor Harry Townsend of Beach Community Church officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion.

Carla Morgan
Carla Morgan, 91, a former resident of Libertyville, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 202 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She was born in Denmark on August 23, 1911, the daughter of Anna Marie and James Jensen. Her parents moved the family to the Chicago area in 1917, when Carla was six. She was a resident of Libertyville for 43 years, prior to moving to Kalamazoo. Carla met Adrion Morgan at a tea shop in Chicago and they were married
on July 7, 1934. She and her husband were the owners of the Young Moderns children's clothing store on Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville for 20 years prior to their retirement in 1984. Carla always enjoyed her flower gardens, playing bridge, was a talented seamstress, and is remembered for her holiday family gatherings. She was a member of the Libertyville Garden Club for many years and the Libertyville Presbyterian Church. She was married
for 52 years to Adrion, who preceded her in death in 1986. In 1995, at the age of 83, she married
Robert Van Putten in Kalamazoo, who also preceded her in death in 1998.
Surviving are her children, Sally (Mike) Schmidt of Libertyville and Kent (Susan) Morgan of Kalamazoo; 7 grandchildren, Diane (David) Carpenter, Julie (Ray) Jilik, Michael (Robin) Schmidt, Jay Schmidt, Jennifer, Lindsay and Rachel Morgan; 6 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law Betty Morgan and several nieces, nephews and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, James and Tom Jensen and sisters, Viola Davis and Esther Korrison.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 30 at the BURNETT-DANE FUNERAL HOME, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176) Libertyville. Interment will follow at Lakeside cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday morning. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lakeside cemetery Renovation Fund, P.O. Box 500, Libertyville, IL. 60048.
Lorraine Wojcik-Muellemann
Lorraine Wojcik-Muellemann, 77, of Libertyville, IL passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2002 at the Winchester House in Libertyville.
She was born August 13, 1925 in Chicago and had been a Waukegan and Libertyville resident for most of her life. Lorraine enjoyed playing bingo and was a former employee of Shear Elegance Coiffures in Northbrook.
Surviving are her children, Sandi Corbeil of Waukegan, Robert (Shirley) Muellemann and Jeffery (Liz) Muellemann, both of Round Lake and John (Kimberly) Muellemann of Mundelein; ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren; her sisters, Lucille (Larry) Brean of Gurnee and Gerri (Ed) Borre of Winthrop Harbor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucille Wojcik; and her sister, Margie Miletich.

Gilbert T. Thornborough
Gilbert T. Thornborough, age 72, went to meet God Tuesday, November 26, 2002. He was being cared for at home by his family and Star Hospice. He was born December 14, 1929 and resided in Waukegan all his life except for three years spent in Ocala, Florida.
He is a member of the Eckankar faith. He was employed by Amoco Tool, North Chicago Hardware Foundry and Cyclone Fence. While he was employed at the City of Highland Park, he was Manager/Treasurer of the Highland Park Employees Credit Union. He retired from the City of Highland Park in 1993 where he worked as the City Purchasing Agent. He was also a volunteer with Star Hospice and St. Therese Home Health. He was a docent at the Art Museum in Ocala, Florida.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Dixie Thornborough (nee Hubert) and their four daughters, Loralee (John) Osbron of West Virginia, Pamela Steinruck of Florida, Therese (Larry) Rogers of California and Elizabeth Baruffi of Gurnee and their six sons, Jeffrey (Michele) of Beach Park, Paul (Patricia) of Antioch, John (Lynette) of Florida, Daniel (Renee) of Kenosha, David (Joy) of Waukegan and Erik of Beach Park; eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Elizabeth (Robert) Hund of Waukegan and his brother, Raymond (Janet) Thornborough of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a baby brother.

Lawrence C. Tomasiewicz
Lawrence C. Tomasiewicz, 59, of Park City, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at Condell Memorial Hospital in Libertyville. He was born August 11, 1943 in Waukegan and remained a lifelong area resident.
He was a Veteran serving in the USMC from 1964 to 1968, was a member of Waukegan Moose Lodge 706 and had been a Computer Systems Specialist last working at Provena St. Therese Medical Center.
He is survived by his brother, Tom (Christine) Tomasiewicz of Waukegan and his sister, Cheryl; also by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Helen (nee Miller) Tomasiewicz and his sister, Judy Glover.
Funeral services will be 10:30AM, Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at PETERSON & PATCH FUNERAL HOME, 408 N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan. Interment will be at Warren cemetery in Gurnee. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8PM.
