Erma Lee Krider
Erma Lee Krider, age 76, of Plano, Illinois passed away at her home on Friday, March 25, 2001. She was born on October 1, 1924 in Red Top, Missouri, the daughter of Marvin and Olive (Pinegar) Smith.
Erma was united in marriage on December 25, 1943 in Missouri to Mr. Wilbur "Harry" Krider and they spent 44 years of their lives together until his passing. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
Mrs. Krider was a very active member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Sandwich, Illinois and was involved in many of the church activities. Erma was an avid sports fan and spent many happy hours cheering for her favorite sports teams. But what she loved most was spending time with her dear grandson, Christian.
She is survived by her son, Steven and his wife Teresa Krider of Plano, Illinois; her grandson, Christian Krider of Plano; her brother, Bill and his wife Glenda Smith of Springfield, Missouri; her two sisters, Deanna and her husband Jim Walton of Republic, Missouri and Barbara and her husband Junior Bruton of Strafford, Missouri; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wilbur "Harry" Krider.
Local Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2001 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home in Plano, Illinois with Brother Rob Reed officiating.
Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service on Sunday, April 1, 2001 at the Funeral Home, 1010 W. South St. in Plano, Illinois.
A visitation will be held from 1 until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2001 with a funeral service then being held at 3 p.m. at the Greenlawn Funeral Home, 3506 North National Blvd. in Springfield, Missouri. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Springfield, Missouri.

Marion H. Mooney
Marion H. Mooney, 84, of Elmhurst, IL died Wednesday, March 28, 2001 in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 31, 1916 in Nelson, IL, the daughter of the late Homer and Florence Ryan Heaton.
Mrs. Mooney spent most of her adult life in Kane and DuPage Counties. She was a member of Aurora O.E.S., Big Woods Congregational Church and Burlington Women's Auxilliary.
Survivors include her two daughters, Judith (Jack) Oros of Elmhurst and Connie (James) Aslaksen of California; a brother, Joseph Heaton of Dixon, IL; four granddaughters; and four great granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Mooney in 1980. Also deceased is a brother, Homer Wilson "Bill" Heaton and a sister, Bette Joseph Hill.
Services for Mrs. Mooney were held privately at the convenience of her family. Burial was in Spring Lake Cemetery, Aurora.

Orise M. Nehmelman
Orise M. Nehmelman, 81, of Montgomery died Thursday, March 29, 2001 in Rush-Copley Medical Center after a long illness.
She was born November 15, 1919 in DeKalb County, IL, the daughter of the late Wilmer and Bernice Crosby Austin.
Mrs. Nehmelman formerly worked at Sealmaster Bearing in Aurora, the Anchor Brush Company and Nicholson Grade School both in Montgomery. Orise enjoyed camping, especially her winter camping visits to Mission Texas to visit her friends.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Harold A. Nehmelman of Montgomery; a daughter, Nancy (Chris) Schanz of Yorkville; two sons, Kenny (Gayla) Nehmelman of Oswego and Jerry (Vicki) Nehmelman of Yorkville; a brother, Phillip Austin of Yorkville; nine wonderful grandchildren; and a special cousin, Wilma Roge.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Lee Austin.
Calling for Mrs. Nehmelman will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2001 from 2 to 5 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway (Rt. 25), Montgomery.
Services will be on Monday, April 2, 2001 at 11 AM at Dieterle Memorial Home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery.
Stella Lillian Nelson
Stella Lillian Nelson, 89, of North Aurora, IL, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Friday, March 30, 2001. She was born August 26, 1911, Garner, Iowa.
Surviving are three daughters, their families and one brother.
Stella's funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 3 at 10 a.m. at River of Life Church, corner of Randall and Sullivan Rds., Aurora. Visitation will be Monday, 5-8pm at Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl., Aurora. Stella will be lying in state from 9 AM until the funeral hour at church on Tuesday. A memorial fund has been setup in lieu of flowers. Celestine M. Jandt
Celestine M. Jandt, age 82, of Hinckley, Illinois passed away on Friday, March 30, 2001, at Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich, Illinois. She was born on November 1, 1918 in Serena, Illinois, the daughter of Joseph and Ethel (Pool) Fahrlander.
Celestine was united in marriage on February 14, 1935 in Hinckley, Illinois to Mr. Irvin O. Jandt and they spent many happy years of their lives together until his passing. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
Mrs. Jandt was an active member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Hinckley, Illinois and was also a member of its Woman's Guild. Celestine will be remembered as a loving and caring person who was always willing to help so many in her community.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty L. Harris of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two daughters-in-law, Patricia Jandt of Elgin, Illinois and Rita jandt of Big Rock, Illinois; her eight grandchildren, Mark Harris of Boise, Idaho, Stacy Harris (Lyman) Platt of Ava, Missouri, Jerry M. Jandt of Big Rock, Illinois. Todd Jandt of Big Rock, Illinois, Rodney Jandt of Naperville, Illinois, Tonya Jandt of Lake Holiday, Kevin (Wendi) Jandt of Arlington Heights, Illinois and Terri Branscum of Hardy, Arkansas, and her eleven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Irvin O. Jandt, her infant daughter, Rita Ann, her two sons, Gerald and Ronald Jandt, and one brother, Donald Fahrlander.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2001 at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Hinckley, Illinois with Dr. Timothy Ashley, officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Hinckley, Illinois.

Aileen A. Smith, 92, of North Aurora entered into Heaven on Thursday, March 29, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN, where she had been hospitalized since January 19. She was born to Andrew and Mary Hollis on November 25, 1908 in Louisville, KY.
She was a member of Claim St. Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Bette (Edward) McCormick of Franklin, TN, Donna Palmatier of North Aurora, and Penny (James) Dennin of Big Rock, IL, one daughter-in-law Uta Seidel of Germany, one sister-in-law Elouise Hollis of Palm Desert, CA, nine grandchildren, Michael (Patricia) McCormick of Yorkville, Joel McCormick, Sarah Copenhaver and Amy (Jeff) Collins of Atlanta, GA, Paul McCormick of Chicago, Brigitte Williams of Ottawa, Robin (Victoria) Palmatier of Ontario, CA, Jon (Pilar) Palmatier of Whittier, CA, Robert (Cheryl) Dennin of Aurora, and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Herbert Palmatier and Robert Smith, one son, Merle (Buz) Palmatier, one grandson, Mark Palmatier, two sisters, Emily Ravlin and Louise Slowik, and one brother, Joseph Hollis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2001, from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at 11:00 A.M. at the Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery with Rev. Robert Urquhart and Fr. David Palmatier co-officiating.
Interment will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park in Oswego.

Katherine M. (Martin) Wall
Katherine M. Wall, 87 years, of Aurora, IL. died Friday, March 30, 2001, at the Countryside Healthcare Center in Aurora, IL. She was born Jan. 23, 1914, in Ashton, KS., the daughter of the late Clark and Caroline nee Johnson Martin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Aurora, IL, American Federation of Musicians Local #181 and a life member of the Women of the Moose Chapter #83 of Aurora, IL.
She taught music in the Aurora area for many years and played professionally under the name of Kay Leslie Wall.
She is survived by a sister M. Dolly (Ralph) Hauser of Montgomery, IL and by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Benjamin Louks, second husband, John Wall; son, Roger Louks; daughter, Sylvia Jean Louks and a brother, James E. Martin.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery, IL with Rev. Timothy Baltz officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the MCKEOWN-DUNN FUNERAL HOME, LTD. in Oswego, IL.

Julius Doerflinger
Julius Doerflinger, age 70, of Plano, Illinois passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2001, at his home. He was born on September 19, 1930, in Hungary, the son of Johann and Theresa (Huber) Doerflinger.
He was united in marriage on March 14, 1952, in Neckarwestheim, Germany to the former Elsa Martha Echstein and they spent the next 49 years of their lives together.
Mr. Doerflinger was employed for many years in Concrete Manufacturing. He was also a very talented Carpenter and woodworker, and will be remembered for the many bird houses that he enjoyed building. Julius was also an avid fisherman and spent many happy times telling his friends, "fish stories."
He is survived by his wife, Elsa Doerflinger of Plano, his sister, Helene Gillich of Stuttgart Weilimdorf, Germany; his two nieces, one great niece, and one great nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Micheal Robert Krejci
Micheal Robert Krejci, two week old twin brother to Matthew Steven Krejci, died March 31, 2001 at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, IL. He was born March 16, 2001 in Ottawa, the son of Robert and Loretta (Morphey) Krejci.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Loretta Krejci of Sandwich, IL; a sister, Jacklyn Rose; a brother, Matthew Steven; maternal grandparents, Doug "Mort" and Tabby Morphey of Sandwich; maternal great-grandparents, Harley J. and Ina Hitchcock of Millbrook, IL and Mavis Morphey of Plano, IL; maternal great-great-grandmother, Inez Morphey of Sandwich, IL; paternal grandparents, Bob and Jerre Krejci of Dutton, AL; paternal great-grandparents, John and Janice Biggs of LaSalle, IL and Grace Krejci of Savanna, IL. He also leaves behind many wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by paternal great-grandmother, Vivian Biggs; paternal great grandfather, Robert Krejci, Sr.; and uncle, Ricky Joe McDonald.
Funeral services for Micheal will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at Turner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL with Pastor Tom Knotts officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, preceding the funeral services.
Durwood "Dean" Loeber
Durwood "Dean" Loeber, 64, of Montgomery passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2001 at his home. He was born January 21, 1937 in Aurora, the son of the late Elwood and Evelyn (Meyerhofer) Loeber.
Dean attended high school in Aurora. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He worked for Thor Power Tool and JB Industries.
Survivors include two sisters, Arleen (Howard) Purcell of Galesburg, IL and Linda (John) Gilbert of Coello, IL; two brothers, Bill and Edward Loeber both of Colorado; a brother-in-law, Donald Zastrow of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dean was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Zastrow.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at Riverside Cemetery, Montgomery. There will be no visitation. Dean will be dearly missed by his close neighborhood friends and his bird "Bud". Arrangements were finalized by The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl, Aurora.
Robert J. Schele
Robert J. Schele, 76, of Aurora passed away Monday, April 2, 2001 at his home. He was born September 3, 1924 in Aurora, IL.
Robert was a Marmion alumni. He graduated form North Central College. Robert served in the Army during World War II. He retired from Pittsburg-DcMoine Steel in 1986. He was a member of St. Rita of Cascia Church.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine (LaFleur) Schele of Aurora; four sons, Gary (Kathy) Schele of Wisconsin, David Schele of Aurora, Robert Schele, II of Valparaiso, IN, and Brian (Cindy) Schele of Sandwich, IL; eleven grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Justin, David, Nick, Alison, Amy, Jennifer, Brianna, Courtney and Christian Schelc.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Magdalene and John Schele.
