Age 78. Passed away Friday, January 2, 2004 at Silver Cross Hospital.
Survived by three sons Robert of Las Angeles, CA, William and Joseph both of Joliet; daughters Susan (Keith) Oram, Geraldine (James) Kennedy of Wilmington, LuAnn (William) Pleshe of Seneca, and Mary Beth (William) Velleux of Winters, WI. Ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. One brother William Dwyer. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his wife Helen Corrine Dwyer; parents Edward and Frances (Walsh) Dwyer; sisters Marie, Genevieve, Helen and Rita; one brother Joseph.
Born in Joliet, a lifelong resident. World War II Army Veteran. Retired from Texaco Oil Refinery. Donald played two years in the Pittsburgh Pirates minor league system and was a member of the Amateur Softball Associations of Illinois Hall of Fame. Member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington, Irving A.C., Old Timers Baseball Association, Cantigny Post #367 V.F.W. and Elks Lodge #296.

Age 52, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2004 at St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL. He was born July 4, 1951 in Bellas Fuentes, Michoacan, Mexico, and was a resident of Joliet over the past 30 years.
Jorge is preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Survived by his loving wife Teresa (nee Tellez) and four children Jorge L. Jr. (Jessica) of Pennsylvania, Morberto, Nancy and Santiago Garnica all of Joliet, IL. Also survived by numerous loving family and friends.

Age 33, passed away suddenly January 3, 2004 at his residence in Monee. Formerly of Romeoville and Wisconsin. A 1988 graduate of Romeoville High School.
He is survived by his loving parents Leonard and Janet Hanker, also a brother Carl Hanker.
He is preceded in death by a brother Leonard C. Hanker.

Born August 18, 1940 in Grafton, WV to the late Leonard Burns and Opal Knotts. Passed away Friday, January 2, 2004.

Edward Paul Matesevac, Sr.
Was born June 12, 1916. Lifelong basketball player. Member of 1934 National Basketball Champions Joliet Catholic High School. Voted Mr. Basketball by K.S.K.J. after playing until age 65. He was preceded in death by his wife Edna nee Worden (1985), his companion of 17 years Lorraine Rothlisberger (2003), three sons: twins Patrick and Ronald (1946), and Ed Jr. (2000), brother Raymond Matesevac and sister Eleanor Meagher.
Survived by Ed Jr.'s wife Maria Matesevac; their children Michelle Ronchetti, her husband Mark, and their children Mark and Matt; Ed Matesevac III, his wife Gail, and their children Kayla and Justin; Cherie Fieri and her husband Mike; Tracy Hauert, her husband Jim, and their children Brooke, Lexi, Matisen, and Dustin; Lisa Kaemerer, companion Joe, and her children Alissa and Jenni. George Sparagis
Age 50. died Saturday, January 3, 2004 at his home in Channahon. born March 2, 1953 in Dyrahion, Arkadias, Greece to the late Konstantinos and Stavroula (nee Thanos) Sparagis; he emigrated to the United States in 1977. George, along with his brothers, have owned and operated the Lone Star Restaurant in Channahon for 27 years. A member of All Saints Greek Orthodox Church and the order of Ahepa. George was hard working and a devoted family man who will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Eleni; beloved father of Konstantinos "Dean" and Demetri; dear brother of Elias (wife Polyxeni), Basiliki (husband Elias) both of Athens, Greece, Theodore "Ted" (wife Georgia) and Themis (wife Eleni) both of Channahon; fond uncle of Konstantinos, Stavroula and Nicholas all of Chicago; Konstantinos and Stavroula of Channahon; as well as several nieces and nephews in Greece. Many dear friends, including Sophia and Tryfon Delligiannis also survive.

Age 78, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2004 at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. Late of New Lenox.
He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy R. (Zielinski) Binzen. Two sons Richard W. (Rita) Binzen Jr. and Charles D. (Anne) Binzen. One stepson James D. (Louise Ann) McLaren. Two brother Robert (Loretta) Binzen and George Arthur Binzen.
Four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was a resident of New Lenox for 43 years. He was a Joliet Central High School graduate. He served in the Army Air Force during World War II. He retired from Signal Delivery as a Truck Driver for 35 years. He was a member of St. Judes Church in New Lenox, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Laura (Long) Binzen.
