Preceded by her parents, Charles and Karolina (nee Mustis) Lasinis; a brother, Stanley C. (Eugenia) Lasinis, Sr.
Anna was born in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Past employee of American Can Company and retired from Joliet Township High School.

Age 92. Passed away Saturday, January 13, 2001 at her late residence. Graduated from high school in York, PA. A graduate of Ursinus College in PA, taught Junior High School in York, PA. Resident of Joliet since 1946. Member of the Joliet Hospitality Club, Women's Club and member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survived by four sons, Stephen B. Lucas of Monsey, NY, Earl Y. Lucas of West Dundee, IL, Neil A. Lucas of Boise, ID and David R. Lucas of Joliet. Eight grandsons; one granddaughter; three great-granddaughters; one sister-in-law. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded in by her parents, Mary E. and Earle A. Yeates of York, PA; a sister in infancy; her husband, Dr. Nicholas L. Lucas (1981) after 44 years of marriage.

Age 89. Beloved wife of Raymond P., died Monday, January 8, 2001. Devoted mother of Raymond (Susan), Eileen (Harry C.) McSteen, Jack, Robert (Rita) and William (Helen); loving sister of the late LeeNora, Catherine V. (late William) Springenberg; Sister Estelle (Marian), James P. and Sister Patricia Kilbane; fond aunt of Susan, William, Robert and Anne Ellen Springenberg; dear grandmother of Anne (Cary) Tengler, Harry R. (Marilyn), Raymond (Wendy), Mary (William) Wren, Patrick (Tanya), Michael McSteen and Robert Moerschbaecher; great-grandmother of Madeleine, Alex and Riley Tengler; Moira and Harry T. Martha Overgaard (nee Pitzer)
Age 58. Went home to be with the Lord on January 12, 2001, after a long battle with cancer. She passed away at home with her family by her side. born May 12, 1942 in Bethel, Ohio, Mrs. Overgaard was a 30 year resident of Mokena.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Chris; her cherished daughters, Deborah and Kristi; special niece, Eva Roewer; brother, David Pitzer; numerous nieces and nephews and a family of wonderful friends.
Martha was a caring, thoughtful, fun and good natured person who will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Louise Pitzer; her treasured sister, Ruth Daugherty and her adored son, Anthony Overgaard.
Funeral service, Monday, 7:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 South Wolf Road, Mokena. Internment at Bethel Cemetery, Bethel, Ohio, on May 12, 2001 following a memorial ceremony. Stanley T. Richley, Sr. "Bones"
Age 87 years. At his home, Thursday, January 11, 2001.
Survived by his loving wife, Mary (nee Navarro); five children, Stanley Richley, Jr., Patricia (Robert) Conterez, Jesse Richley, JoAnn (Jim) Pasternak and Alice (Jaime) Martinez, all of Joliet. Also numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by a daughter, Delores; a granddaughter, Laura; his parents, Mike and Elena Richley; one brother, John; and one sister, Irene.
Born in Galena, Poland, was raised in Chicago and has lived in Joliet for the past 60 years. He retired from the U.S. Steel Co. in 1975 after 35 years of service.
Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Monday, January 15th at 9:30 A.M. to St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church at 10 A.M. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 6-9 P.M.

Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise (Strachan) Scott; and parents, John and Nellie (Webb) Scott.
Born in Joliet, a lifelong resident. Retired from U.S. Steel in Joliet. Member of Central Presbyterian Church and the Central Presbyterian Men's Club.

Susan Spangler
Age 49, passed away January 10, 2001 in Pilot Knob, Missouri, after a long, vcourageous battle with cancer. Formerly of Joliet, IL.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Spangler of Pilot Knob; her mother, Lucille Grantz of Piolet Knob, Missouri; her daughter, Shannon (Chris) Dillon of Joliet; her three grandchildren, Christian, Tyler, and Caressa Dillon, all of Joliet. Her brother, Mike (Pat) Grantz of Columbus, Kansas; her sister, Kathy (fiance Joe) Grantz of Pilot Knob, Missouri; two nieces, Chris (Randall) Barker of Joplin, Missouri, and Tori Grantz of Pilot Knob, Missouri; four nephews, Mike and Jason Grantz of Missouri, A.J. and Stevie Guerrero of Pilot Knob, Missouri. Several great nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by her father, Arthur J. Grantz.

Celia Lou Youngdahl
Age 77, of Marshall, MO, formerly of Joliet, IL, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2001 at the home of her son.
She was born July 14, 1923 in Pontiac, MI, the daughter of John Waring and Eunice Hammons Waring, both preceding her in death. On February 21, 1948, she was united in marriage to Charles Robert Youngdahl. She had lived in Marshall since 1991, moving from Sheffield , AL in June of 1981. She was a Methodist and was always active in the church. She had lived in Joliet, IL most of her life where she taught kindergarten for over 25 years. She was a graduate of Joliet Township High School in Joliet. Attended Evansville University in Evansville, IN and received a bachelor of science degree in education. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a US Navy veteran of World War II.
She is survived by a son, Leif (Alta) Youngdahl; and a sister, Thelma Fosen of Fort Myers, FL; two granddaughters, Erika Schenewerk of Jefferson City, MO and Carla Youngdahl of Marshall and by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; and a brother, George Waring of Tampa, FL.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 14, 2001 at 4 PM at First United Methodist Church in Marshall. Rev. Steven C. Burbee officiating. Memorials to the First United Methodist Church c/o Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall would be appreciated.
Mrs. Howard (Faye) Campbell
69, of Coal City, died January 12, 2001 in her home.
She is survived by six children, Dr. Daniel (Mary) Campbell of Duluth, MN, Michael (Debra) Campbell of rural Braceville, Mark Campbell of Braceville, Linda Tira of Coal City, Nancy (Randy) Wilkey of Gardner, and Carri Campbell of Gardner; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Marlene (Dan) Greggain of Coal City; two sisters-in-law, Peggy Pierard of Coal City, and Beatrice Morris of Essex; one brother-in-law, Thomas Campbell of Oregon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 17, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Reeves Funeral Home in Coal City. Burial will be in Braceville-Gardner Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3-8 p.m. and again on Wednesday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Anna (nee Liker) Ketz; loving father of Louis (Janet) and James Ketz; two sisters, Genevieve (Frank-dec.) Papesh and Leona (Rudolph-Dec.) Bregar; three brothers, Frank (Quintila-dec.), Tony (Frances) and Joseph Ketz; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Louis was born in Joliet and was a lifelong resident of Crest Hill. Was employed for General Refractories for 20 years and retired from G.A.F. after 18 years of service. Veteran of U.S. Army WWII Pacific Theatre and was an avid Sox Fan. Special thanks to God Daughter Beverly Darin and his caring Nurse Tonida Roggetz.
