Brandon Kivlin Moyer
Age 29, of Joliet passed away Friday, January 23, 2004 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. born on February 21, 1974 in Joliet, IL.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Marc and Bonnie (nee Meurer) Moyer; his brother, Kaj; his girlfriend, Brandi J. Weiss; his maternal grandparents, John Ed and Mary Meurer; his paternal grandmother, Mariel Moyer. Also leaving to cherish his memory are his aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
Preceding him in death was his grandfather, Julius Moyer.
Brandon was loved by his family as much as he loved them. A successful businessman who excelled in everything he endeavored. A devoted boyfriend who planned on taking his relationship with Brandi to the next level. A loving brother who served as a role model to his younger brother and a devoted son whom his parents were always so proud of.
A Memorial Service for Brandon K. Moyer will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2004 from 1 to 4 PM at The Maple Funeral Home. Preferred memorials are gifts in Brandon's name to Joliet Catholic Academy. Funds will be used to establish a scholarship.

Survived by her beloved husband of 52 years Frank Raspolich, loving mother of Barbara (fiance Jim Kren) Chesko, David (Susan) Raspolich and Diane (Tim) Crickman; Dearest grandmother of Jason (Gabriele) Chesko, Janet (fiance Mark Blackburn), Laura Chesko, Justin, Rachel Crickman, Eric, Brian and Lisa Semplinksi; four sisters Elizabeth (late Joseph) Rudman, Margaret (late Joseph) Bregar, Ann (Late Eugene) Washer and Dorothy Jean (late James) Anderson; two brothers Joseph (Edna) and Edward (Jackie) Spreitzer; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary (Levstik) Spreitzer; three sisters Mary (Anton) Smolich, Theresa (Nick) Rudman and Frances (Anthony) Panian.
Bernice was born and raised in Rockdale, IL. She has lived in Channahon for the past 12 years. She was a member of the K.S.K.J. and was an avid bingo player.

Richard W. Riley "Dick"
Age 85. At rest Thursday, January 22, 2004 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. born in Galesburg, IL and a resident of Joliet the past 57 years. Former owner/operator of Eby-Brown Company of Joliet, Inc, retiring in 1996. A United States World War II Army Veteran. Member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, the Joliet Elks Lodge #296, American Legion Harwood Post #5 and the Joliet Country Club where he was an avid golfer. Former Board Member of the Bank of Shorewood; and member of the Quail Ridge Country Club in Boyton Beach, Florida. On July 10, 1995, Richard shot a hole-in-one with his first shot of the day at the Provena Saint Joseph Annual Golf Outing.
Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years, Mildred (nee Mahoney) Riley of Joliet; two sons, Patrick (Lois) Riley of Joliet and Michael Riley of New York City; four grandchildren, Benjamin, Daniel, Rebecca and Alison Riley; and a brother, Edward (Fran) Riley of Peoria.
Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Irma Riley; and a sister, Barbara Behrens.
Funeral services for Richard W. Riley will be Monday, January 26, 2004 at 9:15 AM from the funeral home chapel to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. John P. Arnold III
Age 38, died Monday, December 25, 2000 at home. He was born on November 13, 1962 in Turkey. Employed by ComEd for 5 years. He was a resident of Crest Hill, Illinois for the past two years along with Debi (a special friend) and her two sons Eric and Adam. He lives on through his daughter, Jordan Arnold. He enjoyed boating on "Serenity Won". Survived by his mother, Mary Jane Arnold and his sister, Kara (husband John) Madison. He was preceded in death by his father, John P. Arnold II. Age 53, of Joliet. Formerly of Glasgow, MT. Left this world to meet the Lord in Heaven on January 22, 2001 at the Midwest Medical Cancer Clinic in Zion, IL with all her family by her side.
Survived by her loving husband and best friend, Robert Augustine, her loving sons, Gary (Lisa) and Mark (Jodi Pearlstein) and special granddaughters, Jessica, Amanda and Abigail Augustine; her loving sister, Geri (Richard) Dillon of New Lenox, IL; her loving father-in-law, Raymond Augustine; sister-in-law, Karen (Gerald) Puppe; brother-in-law, Jim (Barb) Augustine and numerous nieces and nephews in Goodhue, MN.
Preceded in death by her parents, Edith and Gary Schindler and mother-in-law, Marion Augustine.

Of Minooka, passed away suddenly at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Monday, January 22, 2001. Age 72 years.
Survived by his wife of 50 years, Ellen Bolte (nee Hogrefe); a son, Ken (Sue) Bolte; and a daughter, Sherry (Ron) Schmidt, all of Minooka; Papa of Tammy (Bryan, dear friend) and Mike (Julie, dear friend) Scmidt, Ryan and Zachary Bolte; brothers-in-law, Arthur Dallner of Darien, Les (Ruth) Hogrefe of Sandwich and Irv (Janet) Hogrefe of Florida; his dear uncle, Ed Spahn of Arizona; special friends, Leo, Lynne and Baby Raz Raczykowski. Many dear friends in the Minooka Fire Department and Minooka area. Also numerous nieces and nephews.

85, late of Plainfield, Wednesday, January 24, 2001 at Lakewood Center Nusing Home, Plainfield. born in Joliet, life long area resident. Former member of St. Bernard Church, Joliet. Ev's whole life revolved around her daughter Debbie & her family. She lived her life everyday through them. She was the greatest, most devoted mother & Nana in the whole world.

Passed away at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Monday, January 22, 2001. Age 79 years.
Survived by a sister, Vida (Richard, deceased) Selinger; two brothers, George (Florence) Tonelli and Theodore (Rosemary) Tonelli, all of Joliet; numerous nieces, nephew, grand nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband, Walter Korst (March 13, 1983); her parents, Attillo and Perinia (nee Pomatto) Tonelli; four brothers, Alfred, Ernest, Charles and Arthur Tonelli; and a sister, Mary Tonelli.
Member of the Church of St. Anthony, member of the Women's Catholic Order of Foresters. Alma worked at the United Wallpaper Mill and Zayers Department Store. She was also very active with her nieces and nephews.

Robert S. Kurtz
Age 83, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2001 at Community Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Naperville, IL. He was born May 29, 1917 in Joliet, IL. He graduated from Joliet Township High School in 1935.
His love of flying led to a private pilot's license after high school. As a world war II Air Force pilot, he flew 21 missions over Europe as a pilot of a B-17. He was the recipient of the Air Medal with Cluster. After the war, he continued in service to the country as an Air Force Reserve Instructor Pilot. He retired from The Reserves in 1977 with the rank of Major.
He was employed by Commonwealth Edison and retired in 1978.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane (nee Hebert) Kurtz in 1987.
He is survived by his daughter, Beverly (Charles) Thudium of Naperville; a granddaughter, Jennifer Thudium of Naperville; a brother, William Kurtz of California and numerous nieces and nephews.
