Charles "Charlie" J. O'Hanley
Age 58, of Mokena, died peacefully Thursday, February 13, 2003 at his home with his family around him. Survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Jan Staehling O'Hanley, two sons, Ryan Francis and Andrew Jon, all of Mokena. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family who were very much a part of his life.
Preceded in death by his parents, James H. and Marie Youngblood O'Hanley. His in-laws, Harold and Vera Delaney and John Staehling.
Charlie loved life, he loved cars and he loved his family and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
His family will be receiving friends Wednesday afternoon, February 19, 2003 at the Forsythe Funeral Home, 507 South State Street (Rt. 52), Manhattan from 3 p.m. until time of memorial services at 7:30 p.m. Rev. Age 69 years. died Friday, February 14, 2003 at Edward Hospital in Naperville. born in Bay Springs, MS, a resident of Joliet for 50 years. Formerly employed with the Head Start Program as an instructor.
Preceded in death by her husband, Henry, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by eight sons: Henry (Barbara) Turner Jr. of New Lenox, Larry of Anderson, IN, Martin, Gregory, Omar (Milinda), and William Turner all of Joliet, Robert (Gloria) of Atlanta, GA; Michael (Diane) of Milwaukee, WI, four daughters: Margaret Tate, Mary and Juanita Turner, and Ruby (Larry) Craft all of Joliet, 23 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, three brothers: Herbert Madison of Joliet, Martin L. Madison of Ocean Springs, MS and Robert M. Madison of Lucedale, MS. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Age 84. Traveled home to the Lord on February 15, 2003. Survived by her devoted husband of twenty years, Marvin E. Weibel; loving mother of Frank (late Carolyn) Lasser of Dwight and Elaine Mary (David) Lasser-Warthen of Lockport; nurturing grandmother to Beth (Dennis) Muller, Christine (Richard) Thomas, Vicki (John) Dahlberg, Frank P. (Amy) Lasser, all of Dwight, and Heather Warthen of Lockport; dearest great-grandmother to Katelynn and Daniel Muller; Richard, Tim, and Rachel Thomas; Nathaniel, Carolyn, Griffin Dahlberg; and Mackenzie Lasser.
Preceded in death by her first husband, Frank L. Lasser (1976); her parents, Arthur and Lena Woodland, and a brother Stanley "Sonny" Woodland.
Born and raised in Gardner, Dorothy resided in Joliet for 63 years. A compassionate mother and homemaker, Dorothy, also known as "Do", was an inspiration to many and defined love, faith and courage. Served as Christian Education Director for 15 years at the Willow Avenue Church in Joliet and was also an employee of Fehrenbacher's downtown Joliet. Dorothy was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

Glenn F. White
Age 79, passed away Friday, February 14, 2003 at his home. Late of Lockport.
Survived by his loving wife, Kathryn (Boyce) White, a son, Robert (Robin) White of Minooka; two grandchildren, Robert and Christopher; two sisters, Sharon (Dan) Tulley, Rebecca (Jim) Bukolt, and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
Born in Homer Township, living in Lockport all his life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ross White and his mother and stepfather, Marion (Ott) George Diment; a brother, Norman White and a sister, Bernice Lindstrom.
Mr. White was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, life member of VFW #5788, retired from Texaco Oil Company after 34 years of service. He was also an active gardener, reader and wood worker.
Family will receive friends at the Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Tuesday 4-8 p.m. Services Wednesday, February 19, 2003, 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Age 66. Passed away unexpectedly, Monday February 5, 2001 at her home in Channahon. born March 4, 1934 in Joliet and a lifetime area resident. She was retired from Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center after many years of service.
Beloved mother of Steven (Brenda) Alberico of Minooka, Thomas Alberico of Channahon, Diane (James) Saltzman of Channahon and Michael (Susan) Alberico of Minooka. Loving grandma of Adam; Michael and Kara Alberico; and Travis Saltzman. Also survived by two sisters, Angie (Dominic) Giacomi and Delphine (late Leonard) Facchinna; one brother Elmer (Theresa) Pagnusat. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Tina Rae Arnold (nee Elzy)
Age 57. Passed away Sunday, February 4, 2001 at her home in Wilmington. She was born November 20, 1943 in Chicago, the daughter of Ray Graven and Christine (nee Bejek) Elzy.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Arnold, whom she married September 7, 1963. She is also survived by her daughter, Kathleen (William) Graves of Bourbonnais; two sons, Michael (Wendy) Arnold and their expected child of Gardner and Ray Graven (Emilie) Arnold of Wilmington; two brothers, Ray Kenneth Elzy of St. Petersburg, FL and Dale Elzy of Burbank; and her beloved pets, two black Labs, Thunder and Storm; her cat, Missy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sons, David and Russel.

Late of Wilmington, passed away Saturday February 3, 2001 at his home. Age 86 years.
Born December 27, 1914 in Heyworth, IL to the late Wm. and Lilly Price Bray. Retired after 34 years as an Engineer for the Texaco City Service. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Wilmington. Former member of the Moose Lodge of Bourbonnais, IL and the Kankakee Elks Club. Also the Good Sam Club.
Survived byhis loving wife of 70 years, Eva Kathryn nee LaFollette, one daughter, Barbara Merkel (Henry deceased) of Wilmington and one son, Richard L. of Joliet, IL. one sister Vee Welch of Wapella, IL. Ten grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters.
Visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Wilmington on Wednesday February 7 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.

Age 61. Of Plainfield died Monday, February 5, 2001 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. He was born December 3, 1939 in Chicago, IL.
He is survived by his wife, Elsa N. (nee Nesom) of Plainfield; children, Mark (Martha) of Center Point, IA, David (Cynthia) of Channahon, Stephen (Sherry) of Joliet, Rebecca Jepsen (fiance Richard Cochrane) of Plainfield; grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Joel, Sara, Melissa, Andrew, and Bryant; sister, Shirley (John) Arison of Burnsville, MN. Several nieces and other relatives also survive.
Preceded in death by his parents, C. Floyd and Elinor (nee Olsen) Jepsen.
He was a resident of Plainfield for the past 19 years. He was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church, Plainfield and member of the American Legion Post #13 Plainfield.
