Robert P. Langley, 81, of Davis Avenue, Omaha, died 7 a.m. Monday, June 24, 2002, at Ridgway Manor Nursing Home.
Arrangements are pending at Vickery Funeral Chapel in Omaha.
He is survived by a niece and nephew.
Ronald N. Kiefer
Ronald N. Kiefer, 74, of Dahlgren, died 11:30 a.m. Sunday, June 23, 2002, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2002, at I.O.O.F. cemetery in Dahlgren with military rites by American Legion Post No. 106. There will be no visitation. Those attending are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.
He is survived by three sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Kathleen Coker
Kathleen Coker, 97, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away Saturday, Aug. 10, 2002, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Friends may call between 4 and 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2002, at Gaskins Funeral Home in Harrisburg. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2002, at the funeral home, followed by interment in Sunset Lawn cemetery. The Rev. Raymond V. Epps will officiate. McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson, Mo., is handling the Missouri arrangements.
Mrs. Coker was born April 17, 1905, at Howell, Ky., daughter of James Adalissa Morris Littlefield. She and Houston K. Coker were married
Feb. 2, 1925. He passed away Feb. 6, 1981.
Loving survivors include three daughters, Robbie Smith-Taylor and Roberta Shoemake of Nashville, Tenn., and Nell Langford of Jackson, Mo.; two sons, Jim and Larry Coker of Arlington, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
Mrs. Coker lived many years in Dorris Heights in Harrisburg. She moved to Jackson in 1983 and had lived at the Lutheran Home the past eight years.
She was a member of Shawnee Hills Baptist Church in Jackson.

Pauline Wenzel, 82, of Equality, died 8:20 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, at Autumn Hills Nursing Home in Friendswood, Texas.

James Arthur Cottingham, 91, of McLeansboro, died 9:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, 2002, at Mt. Vernon at the home of his daughter, Dana.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2002, at Mt. Olivet General Baptist Church near McLeansboro with the Rev. Wilford Musgrave, the Rev. Ron Nelson and the Rev. Jim Hutchcraft officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery near McLeansboro. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2002, at the Harre Funeral Home and 10 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the church.

Sabina Elizabeth (Benny) Kruep, 85, of Eldorado, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2002, at Fountain View Nursing Home in Eldorado.

Almeda Winston Mason
Almeda Winston Mason, 103, wife of the late educator Frank Mason, of 412 E. Locust St., Harrisburg, died 12:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 2002, at her residence.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Harrisburg with the Rev. Crawford Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Garden cemetery in Harrisburg. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, at Reed Funeral Chapel.
She was born May 16, 1899, in Caseyville, Ky. to William and Betty (Jones) Winston. On Dec. 15, 1917, she married
Frank Mason, who preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 1974.
She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Harrisburg.
She is survived by two sons, Dahl (Thaddeus) Mason and Charles (Betty) Mason, both of Harrisburg, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and special nieces.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Frank Mason Jr. and Winston Mason; a daughter, Marcia Carter; five brothers, Chester, Frank, Roy, Jones and Charles Winston and two sisters, Louise Winston and Ruby Jones.
Janet Reid
Janet Reid, 62, of 120 Vine St., Stonefort, died 2 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 2002, at her residence.
At her request, she will be cremated. Further details and arrangements will be annouced later from Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills.

Don King officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia.
Jessie Adams
Jessie Adams, 59, of Eldorado died at 5:49 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She was born in St. Clair, Mo. to the late Joseph David and Ada Belle (Tucker) Cowan.
Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and attended Equality Christian Center.
She is survived by one son, William Eugene Adams of Elgin; three daughters, Cathy J. Swaggart of Eldorado, Janice Stock of Davenport, Iowa, and Tina Atkins of Dover, Tenn.; four sisters, Nina Seibert of Eldorado, Georgetta Garner of Ledford, Lola Boggess of Arizona, Loretta Grisham of Arizona; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Buddy Cowan, Billy Cowan and Cecil Cowan; and three sisters, Alberta Hart, Jolene Edwards and Doris Garza.
There will be no visitation. Graveside services are Saturday, Sept. 11 at Elmwood cemetery in Equality. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Colonial Terrace in Eldorado.
Lorene Lovan
Lorene Lovan, 89, of Eldorado, and formerly of Benton, died at 6:41 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9 at the Fountain View Nursing Home in Eldorado.
She was born June 19, 1910 in Franklin Co., Il. to Millard and Sarah (Pierce) Lovan.
She was a retired retail clerk having worked at Virgil Center's Fabric Store. She was a member of the Eastern Star No. 425, a Past Worthy Matron, a Past Worthy High Priestess, a member of the Holy Grail White Shrine No. 30 and a member of the First Baptist Church of Benton.
Survivors include four nieces, Shirley Ligon of Eldorado, Laura Wright of Murphysboro, Sarah Haake of Nashville, and Mary Cook of Marion; and a nephew Bob Lovan of Springfield, Va.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Evan and Jerry Lovan; two sisters, Edna and Mabel Dillon. Visitation is from 6 to 8 tonight at the Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home in Benton. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Philip Ingle officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic and Odd Fellows cemetery in Benton.
Margie Marie Denton
Margie Marie Denton, 83, of Cave-in-Rock died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999 at Rosiclare Health Care Center.
She is survived by two sisters, Cora Logan of Cave-in-Rock and Madge Shore of Sherman, Tx.; one sister-in-law Lillie Beavers of Cave-in-Rock; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11 at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave-in-Rock. Funeral services will be Sunday, Sept. 12 at 2 p.m. at the Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Lewis officiating.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens in Battle Creek, Mich.
The Rev. Robert Deneen Mott
The Rev. Robert Deneen Mott, 75, of Cave-in-Rock died at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1999 at Western Baptist Hospital.
The Rev. Mott was a retired minister and a member of Keeling Hill General Baptist Church. He was also a minister of the Ohio General Baptist Association.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Mott of Cave-in-Rock; and two-daughters Donna Cullum of Cave-in-Rock and Sandi Jerrells of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Sisk.
Funeral services were 1 p.m. today at the Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home. The Rev. Arthur Austin, Jr. and the Rev. Tom Clanton will officiate. Burial will be in the Adams cemetery.
