Mrs. Goldie Parkinson, 85, of Rosiclare, died Sunday in Hardin County Hospital at Rosiclare.

Jeffrey L. Deaton
Memorial services for Jeffrey L. Deaton, 30, of Anchorage, Alaska, formerly of Harrisburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 1997, at McKinley Avenue Baptist Church in Harrisburg. Friends may meet with the family at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16 at the church.
Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg is in charge of the arrangements.
Noah Teckenbrock
Noah Teckenbrock, 87, of Metropolis, died Monday, August 18, 1997, at 5 p.m. in Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Marvin and Pat Teckenbrock of Harrisburg and Kenneth and Lucille Teckenbrock of Metropolis; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Lois and Gilbert Logeman and Phyllis and Tommy Reynolds, all of Metropolis and Wilma Ford of Paducah; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Teckenbrock and his parents.
Mr. Techenbrock was born in Metropolis, on March 23, 1910, to the late George and Sophia (Brenningmeyer) Techenbrock.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zion United Church of Christ in Metropolis, 1132 Country Club Road, Metropolis, where he was a member. The Rev. Loren Windhorst will officiate. Burial will be in the Zion E.M.R. cemetery in Metropolis.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home, 70 Jon St. Metropolis.
Memorials may be made to the Zion United Church of Christ in Metropolis and may be left at the funeral home.
Euline Agnes Neely
Mrs. Euline Agnes Neely, 89, of Marion, died at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, 1997 at Fountains Nursing Home, Marion.
She was born on September 17, 1907, in Dykersburg, Ill. to the late William O'Brien and Ina (Miller) Beasley.
She was united in marriage to Guinn Neely on July 6, 1927, in Marion. They enjoyed 64 years of marriage. Mrs. Neely was a homemaker and was known for her culinary arts.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, 1997 at the Meredith-Blue Funeral Home, Marion with the Rev. Carl Mesiti and Rev. Joe Van Roekel officiating. Burial will be in the Rose Hill cemetery at Marion.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 until 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Zane and Betty (Wohlwend) Neely, one daughter, and son-in-law, Guindoline (Neely) Walters and Archie Walters; grandsons, Mike and Linda (Murphy) Neely, George and Sherri (Tennant) Neely, and Tom and Nancy (Prusa) Walters; granddaughter, Steve and Sherri (Walters) Jepsen; great-granddaughters, Jamie and Tara (Neely) Moore, Amy Neely, Ashley Neely, Stacy and Jessica Walters, and Sarah Jepsen, great-grandsons, Craig Neely, Sean and Mike Jepsen; and step-great grandchildren, Ross, Misty, and Brandon Tennant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers, Herbert, Norman and Robert Beasley, and sisters, Blanche Davenport, Alma Kidd and Gae Bracewell.

William Chapman
William Chapman, 77, a resident of Ridgway Manor, formerly of
Equality, died at 12:38 a.m. Monday, August 18, 1997 in Ferrell Hospital at Eldorado.
He was born on January 19, 1920, in Equality, to the late Marshall and Rachel (Sisk) Chapman.
Surviving are three sisters, Jackie Carnett and Carmen Reynolds, both of Equality and Edna Libby of Sun City, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Gary Chapman and Johnny Chapman, and two brothers, Doug Chapman and Carol Chapman.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Elmwood cemetery at Equality. The Rev. Bob Williams will officiate.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cox & Son Funeral Home in Ridgway.
Earl Eugene "Gene" Hooten
Services for Earl Eugene "Gene" Hooten, 25, of Eldorado, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, 1997 at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado, where friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Tom Flewellen will officiate and burial will be in Jones cemetery near Equality.
Robert Lee Ballard
Robert Lee Ballard, 65, of Shawneetown, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 1998 at 5:50 p.m. in St. Anthony's Hospital in Effingham.
He was born on Feb. 17, 1933, in Eldorado, to the late Otto and Beatrice (Johnson) Ballard.
Surviving are a companion, Pauline Fann; three daughters, Kimberly Kempton of Senecaville, Ohio, Rhonda Fann of Shawneetown, and Tina Marie Fann of Harrisburg; two sons, Robin Ballard and Marvin Lee Fann, both of Shawneetown; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Ballard of Shawneetown, and Dewey Johnson of Eldorado; and two sisters, Marlene Mills of Equality and Marieta Wyatt of Olney.
He was preceeded in death by a daughter, Sharon Ballard, and a brother, Kevin Ballard.
The body has been cremated. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Vickery Funeral Home, Shawneetown Chapel. The family will receive friends after noon Saturday.
Effie A. Burklow
Mrs. Effie A. Burklow, 92, of 1109 Kerr St., Eldorado, died at 10:55 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, 1998, at the home of a daughter.
She was married
on Sept. 29, 1929, in Eldorado to William C. Burklow. He preceded her in death on Aug. 17, 1976.
She was born on Aug. 14, 1906, in Gallatin County, to the late Wiley S. and Isabelle (Bishop) Brown.
Mrs. Burklow was a charter member of Scott Street Baptist Church in Eldorado.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. William C. (Wanda) Burklow of Eldorado; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and The Art Watson and Wanda and Henry Milligan, all of Eldorado; a brother, Francis Brown of Warren, Mich.; a sister, Madeline Rister of Eldorado; four grandchildren, Bob Milligan, Steve Watson, Beth Rister, and Clint Burklow; eight great-grandchildren, Jeff Milligan, Bridget Milligan, Jennifer Belcher, Justin Rister, Bryant Rister, Suzanne Maloney, Ben Maloney, and Andrew Watson; and one great-great-grandchild, Maisey Belcher.
She was preceded in death by an infant son; a brother, Claud Brown, two sisters, Ella Carroll and Marie Watson, and a granddaughter, Vickie Maloney.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Art Watson will officiate and burial will be in Wolf Creek cemetery in Eldorado.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VNA Hospice or the Vickie Maloney Scholarship Fund and may be left at the funeral home.
Lucille Stansell
Mrs. Lucille Stansell, 79, of Golconda, formerly of Cleveland, Ala., died Thursday, Nov. 12, 1998 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
Services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at Aly Funeral Home in Golconda, where visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Friday. The Rev. E. J. Cole will officiate.
Graveside services will precede burial at 1 p.m. Sunday in Cleveland.
Donald L. Benham
Donald L. Benham, 44, of 3001 Lake Drive, Evansville, Ind., died of an apparent heart attack Sunday morning, Nov. 8, 1998, at his home.
He was formerly employed at Bristol Myers for 20 years and had formerly worked at both the North Park Veterinary Clinic and for Dr. Daniel Grim, veterinarian.
Mr. Benham was a graduate of North High School, past president of Eagles Aerie 427, Indiana Eagles and Council of Clubs, and past state president of the Eagles. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 64, Scottish Rites, Hadi Shrine and Owls.
Surviving are his parents, Venita (Bailey) and Otis L. Benham of Evansville. His mother was a former resident of Carrier Mills. Other survivors are a sister and brother-in-law, Gale Ann and Galen Avery; two nephews, Brian and Jason Avery, all of Bowling Green, Ky.; and several cousins.
He was the grandson of the late Fred and Nellie Bailey of Carrier Mills.
Services were held Nov. 4 at Browning Funeral Home in Evansville, Ind.
