Mabel McKerrow
Neoga
Mabel E. McKerrow, 90, Neoga, formerly of Chicago, died Tuesday (April 24, 2001) in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
She was born March 29, 1911 in Chicago, the daughter of William and Sophie (Federer) Tjardes. She married Glenn W. McKerrow July 5, 1935 in Chicago. She died June 24, 1960.
Surviving are sons, Scott McKerrow and wife Linda of Mattoon and Rob McKerrow and wife Suzanne of Neoga; 11 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, one grand daughter, and two great granddaughters.
She was a homemaker and a housewife. She attended First Christian Church, Neoga.
Mary Lawrence
formerly of Moweaqua
Mary Louise "Lou" Lawrence, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away April 25, 2001. Born in Moweaqua, Oct. 16, 1924, Mrs. Lawrence flew for Braniff Airlines until meeting and marrying her husband, Andrew Jackson Lawrence III. After his death, Jan. 29, 1993, she returned to Dallas. Her career was taking care of her home and family. Her children will always be indebted to her for the love, patience, and kindness she gave so freely.
Mrs. Lawrence is survived by her children: Sally Hendricks, Dallas; Debbie Lawrence, Frisco; Rachel Rau and her husband Daniel, Columbia, MO; and Andrew Jackson Lawrence IV and his wife Mary, Frisco. She has one brother, Tom Humphrey, Denver, CO and one sister, Juanita Haycraft, Findley. She also has seven grandchildren of whom she was so proud: Sharon, Jacob, Emily, Melissa, Stephen, Jackson and Patrick, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Ridgeview Presbyterian Church, 12717 Marsh Ln., Farmers Branch, TX Saturday, April 28, 2001. In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Lawrence has requested that donations be made to Ridgeview Presbyterian Church.

Ray Anthony Kloever, 47, Shelbyville died 6:30 a.m. Sunday (April 29, 2001) in Shelbyville.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, May 2 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 11 a.m. with eulogies by James Kloever, Donald Kloever and Donna Kaiser. Burial will be in Rosamond Grove Cemetery, Rosamond with graveside military rites by Pana Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4431. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home with Elks services at 7 p.m.
Mr. Kloever was born Aug. 2, 1953 in Pana, the son of Lawson D. "Saus" and Louise A. Ingold Kloever.
Surviving are mother; special friend, Ruthie Geer of Shelbyville; brother, James Kloever of Cahokia, IL, Donald Kloever, John Kloever, both of Pana; and sister, Donna Kaiser of Pana.
Mr. Kloever was preceded in death by his father; three brothers, Joe Kloever, Pat Kloever and Daniel Kloever.
He lived most of his life in Pana and Shelbyville. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was a member of the Pana Veterans of Foreign War #4431, Pana Elks Lodge, Shelbyville American Legion, and the Moose Club in Shelbyville.
Danny Clark

Danny Clark, 50, of Pana, died 2:25 p.m. Friday (April 27, 2001) in Memorial Center, Springfield.
Funeral services are Tuesday, May 1, in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Nick Robertson, Pastor of Oconee Baptist Church officiating. Mr. Clark's request was to be cremated. Visitation is Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at McCracken-Dean Funeral Home. Memorials can be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
Mr. Clark was born Nov. 15, 1950 in Pana, the son of Robert E. and Bessie Ellen Campbell Clark, deceased.
Surviving are brother, Robert L. Clark and wife Joanne of Pana; and sisters, Beverly Klein of Decatur, Barbara Metzger and husband Julius of Pana, Jacquelyn "Jacky" Pinkston of Taylorville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He graduated from Pana High school and lived his entire life in the Pana area. He was member of the Community Presbyterian Church of Rosamond.

Timothy Wayne Joseph Norfleet, infant son of Tim Norfleet and Alisha Harrelson of Shelbyville, died 9:25 a.m. Friday (April 11, 2001) in St. John's Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday April 30 in Windsor Cemetery, Windsor. There will be no visitation. Robert Norfleet will officiate. Arrangements are by Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor.
Mr. Norfleet was born April 11, 2001 at 9:16 a.m. April 11, 2001 in St. John's Hospital.
Surviving are his parents; grandparents, Joe and Paula Norfleet of Shelbyville, Joyce Norfleet of Monticello, Toni Rinehart of Windsor, Dave and Carol Harrelson of Windsor; great grandparents, Bill and Barb Harrelson of Cooks Mill, Lee and Nancy Metcalf of Port Orange, FL, Dennis and Debbie Lovins of Springfield; aunts Kelli Paxton of Mattoon, April Harrelson of Windsor, uncles, Dakota Rinehart of Windsor and Troy Norfleet of Monticello.
He was preceded in death by great grandparents Hubert and Myrtle Norfleet and uncle Jason Paxton.
Hazel L. Hall

Hazel L. Hall, 73, of Pana, died at 3:10 a.m. on Saturday, April 28 at Heritage Manor in Pana.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2, in Bolton-Brown-Service Funeral Home in Columbiana, Alabama. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 1. Burial will be in Summerhill Cemetery in Columbiana.
Mrs. Hall was born April 11, 1928 in Helena, Al., the daughter of Granville and Orlena Nelson Butterworth. She married Flavers Clifton hall Feb. 7, 1966 in Alabama. He died Sept. 1991.
She is survived by four children, Lucille Y. Morgason, Pana; Cindy D. Knapp, Assumption; Pam D. Morstatter, Pana; and Sheila S. Sarver, Ramsey; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
She live in Pana and the Nokomis area for 4 years. She was a bookkeeper and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Blaine Primmer Abraham, 87, of Shelbyville died 9 p.m. Monday (April 30, 2001) in Shelbyville Manor.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Thursday in Locust Grove Cemetery near Assumption. Visitation will be 1 p.m. in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Memorials can be made to Charleston Hospice, 700 W Lincoln, Suite 800, Charleston, IL 61920.
Mr. Abraham was born April 20, 1914, in Moweaqua, the son of Ross and Nema Primmer Abraham.
He is survived by his nieces, Marilyn and husband Bob Vilmure of Shelbyville; Nancy and husband Russell Ridder of Springfield; seven great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lawrence; sister, Opal Atchison; and niece, Eleanor Snow.
He was a retired farmer, member of American Legion of Findlay and Shelby County Farm Bureau. He was also a World War II Army veteran.
Gladys Mose
Shelbyville
Gladys E. Mose, 87, of Shelbyville, died at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday (May 2, 2001) in the Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
Mrs. Mose was born April 7, 1914 in Richview, IL., the daughter of John C. and Alta Haun Spencer.
She was a teacher in the Shelbyville schools for many years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Shelbyville, the American Legion Auxiliary of Shelbyville, the 8/40 of Vandalia, and was a past Matron of the Eastern Star Lodge of Shelbyville.
She married James W. Mose May 25, 1941 in Paris, IL. He passed away Jan. 18, 1983.
Surviving are a son, Alan Mose and wife Kathy of Webster, NY; daughters, Edith Mose and Judy Carter and husband Jack both of Shelbyville; daughter-in-law, Bari Lynn Mose of Shelbyville; five grandchildren, Bryan Mose and wife Tracy of Springfield, Brittany Mose of Shelbyville, Cayce Mose Odle and husband Chris of Webster, NY, Sarah Mose of Webster, NY and Jessie Carter of Indianapolis; a brother, Frank Spencer of Medford, Ore.; two sisters-in-law, Helen Mose of Shelbyville and Irma Spencer of Paris, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Bill; parents; one sister; two brothers; and two half brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday May 5 in the Lockart and Sons Funeral Home in Shelbyville. Dr. Bruce Owens will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday. Eastern Star services will be held at 8 p.m. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery at Shelbyville. Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
