MARSHALL - Patricia A. Morris, 70, of Marshall, IL, passed away at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2002 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2002 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Marshall, IL. Father Jeff Grant will officiate. Burial will be in the Arcola Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2002 at the Edwards Funeral Homem 221 E. Main St. Arcola, IL and also 4-8 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2002 with a Wake service at 7:45 p.m. at the Pearce Funeral Home 314 S. 6th St., Marshall, IL. There will also be a visitation from 7-9:45 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2002 at the Pearce Funeral Home.
Patricia was born January 20, 1932, in Arcola, IL. She was the daughter of Mary C. McClane. She married Robert F. Morris on April 29, 1955 in Ft. Lee, VA.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Morris of Marshall, IL; 1 son, David E. Morris and his wife Denita of Marshall, IL; one daughter, Kathy Morris of Lincoln, IL; two grandsons, Dennis Robert Morris and his wife Chatlin and D.J. Morris, all of Marshall, IL; one great-grandson, Drew of Marshall, IL.
Her mother preceded her in death.
Patricia was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the C.C.W. in Marshall. She was also a member of the Kappa Sigma Tau Sorority of Marshall. Patricia graduated from Arcola High School in 1950.

Brenda Parrett
SHELBYVILLE - Brenda K. Parrett, 39, of Shelbyville died at 1:14 a.m. Friday (Feb. 8, 2002) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lockart and Sons Funeral Home in Shelbyville with Gary Crowder officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, at a later date. Visitation will be from noon Sunday until service time at the funeral home.
She was born Feb. 27, 1962, in Taylorville, a daughter of Carl and Betty Boarman Fulford. She married Donald Parrett in 1990; he died in 1999.
Survivors include daughters Sara James and Jessica James, both of Shelbyville; parents Carl and Betty Fulford of Shelbyville; and brothers Chuck Fulford of Shelbyville and Steve Fulford of Decatur.
She was also preceded in death by a sister.
Mrs. Parrett was a homemaker.

Mrs. Wilda Matilda Buckner
MATTOON, Ill. - Mrs. Wilda Matilda Buckner, 92, resident of the Odd Fellow-Rebekah Home in Mattoon, formerly of Bement, Carmi, Champaign, Ill. and Indianapolis, Ind., died at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 6, 2002) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home in Neoga, Ill., with the Rev. Henry Wilson, of Milmine, Ill., officiating. Burial will be in Gaskill Cemetery, near Neoga. Visitation will be two hours before the service at the funeral home.
She was born June 3, 1909, in Phillipsburg, Kansas, the daughter of Albert Edward and Nettie Miller Patterson. She married Oscar Sherman Buckner on Dec. 1, 1928 in Shelby County, Ill., he died on Dec. 6, 1978.
Survivors include one daughter, Margery Cook and husband Quadie of Indianapolis, Ind.; 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sons.
Mrs. Buckner was a housewife and member of the Rebekah Lodge in Bement, Ill.
Bernice Dewar
MATTOON - Bernice Dewar, 82, of Gays died at 7:05 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 7, 2002) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.

DOROTHY FRAZIER
Dorothy Elizabeth Frazier, age 80, of Mattoon, passed away at 9:14 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2002, at the Mattoon Health Care Center.
Funeral services celebrating her life will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the Schilling Funeral Home with the Reverend Joe Hanley officiating. Burial will follow in the Dodge Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from Noon until service time on Monday afternoon at the funeral home.
Dorothy was born March 23, 1921 in Terre Haute, Indiana, a daughter of Oscar W. and Rose Alta Crabtree Sexson. She married Frank Frazier in 1937. He passed away in 1939. She married Orval Frazier on July 25, 1939, in Greenup. He passed away November 22, 1986. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, ten sisters and one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Survivors include one son, Phillip Eugene Frazier and wife Shirley of Stewardson; three daughters, Phyllis June Worley Nuxoll and husband Ken, Sharon Justice and Shelia Campbell and husband Jerry, all of Mattoon; one sister, Mary Struck of Mattoon; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, one step grandson, one great-great-grandchild, one step-great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Frazier was a homemaker who was active in P.T.A and served as an Election Judge for many years.
LARRY R. HARMON
CHARLESTON, IL - Larry R. Harmon, of Charleston, passed away on his sixty-fourth birthday Thursday, February 7 (2002) at Odd Fellow-Rebekah Home in Mattoon.
Graveside Services celebrating his life will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12 (2002) at Roselawn Cemetery in Charleston. Reverend Bill Boaz will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Chapel.
Larry was born February 7, 1938 in Tuscola, Illinois the son of son of Gerald R. and Hester M. (Lowery) Harmon.
He is survived by a very special and loving sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Bill Helton of Charleston; one nephew, Michael D. Helton of Charleston; three nieces, Lori Rankin and her husband Kevin of Charleston, Kari Younger and her husband Bill of Bethany, Illinois and Stacy Griffin and her husband Ron of Harlingen, Texas; two great nephews, Cole Younger of Bethany and Joseph Griffin of Harlingen; two great nieces, Kacie Rankin of Charleston and Maci Younger of Bethany; three aunts, Doris Cutler of Mahomet, Illinois, Rachel Hoover of LaGuna Woods, California and Phyllis Duckworth and her husband George of Conyers, Georgia; and two uncles, William Lowery of Seneca, South Carolina and Quinton Harmon and his wife Rose of Harwich, Massachusetts. He was preceded by his parents and one brother, Earl E. Harmon.
A life-long Charleston resident, Larry graduated from Charleston High School in 1957, worked at Moore Business Forms for thirty-one years prior to the closing of their Charleston facility and most recently was employed with CarQuest of Charleston. His appreciation for the area extended to watching wildlife and walking trails at Fox Ridge State Park. He also enjoyed fishing, sight-seeing via automobile and cheering for his beloved St. Louis Cardinals and Rams. Larry will be warmly remembered as a loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle and nephew - all whom he treasured.

Sherry Robinson
SULLIVAN - Sherry K. Robinson, 52, of Sullivan, died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2002 in her home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the McMullin-Young Funeral Home, Sullivan, with the Rev Dr. David Leslie officiating. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan. Memorials: First Christian Church, Sullivan or the American Cancer Society.
She was born on August 27, 1949, in Mattoon, the daughter of Merwyn Aurice "Short" and Betty June Corn Young. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Sullivan, and a graduate of Western University and Sparks Business College. She married Ronald G. Robinson on Aug. 16, 1975 in Smyser Church, Gays.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald of Sullivan; son, Clint W. Robinson of Sullivan; daughter, Lynnae B. Robinson of Sullivan; twin brother, Terry Young of Gays.
She was raised on a farm all of her life in the Smyser Community. The most important thing to her was her family.
Her interests were yard and garden work. Flowers and music, sewing, volunteering with the 4-H, Bible School and Moultrie Homemakers Extension Association.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Barbara Gann
WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. - Barbara Hudson Gann, 62, of West Memphis, Ark., formerly of Charleston, died Thursday (May 30, 2002) in Marion, Ark.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Marion First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mounds Cemetery. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis is in charge of the arrangements.
She was born June 22, 1939, in Carter County, Okla. She married Jesse Tilford Hudson. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are three daughters, Mary Miller and Ruth Rhyne, both of Marion, Ark., and Vicki Hudson of Wes Memphis, Ark.; three sons, Jesse Hudson of Southaven, Miss., Tony Hudson of West Memphis, Ark., and Ray Thompson of Tonopah, Ariz.; her mother, Ruth Tuck of Fletcher, Okla.; two sisters, Patricia Barnes of Marion, Ark., and Marge Parson of Fletcher, Okla.; three brothers, Herbert Tuck of Fletcher, Okla., Ronald Tuck of Duncan, Okla., and H.W. Tuck Jr. of Lawton, Okla.; and 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was a waitress at Pancho's Restaurant in West Memphis.

Leota Roberts
ARTHUR - Leota Pearl Roberts, 88, of Arthur, died at 1 a.m. Friday (May 31, 2002) in Arthur Home.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Shrader Funeral Home in Arthur with the Rev. James Elder officiating. Burial will be in Arthur Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
She was born June 1, 1913, in Oakland, a daughter of Earl and Cora Bell McCullough Lefler. She married Charles "Tilford" Roberts in 1935. He died in 1995.
Surviving are one son, Gary Roberts of Arthur; one brother, Bob Lefler of Champaign; two sisters, Katherine Burnett of Villa Grove and Nadine Judy of Champaign; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Roberts was a clerk at Ead's Store in Arthur and a member of the Arthur Methodist Church, Ladies' Home Extension and American Legion Auxiliary.
