Mark Steven Busken, 35, of Alton, died Oct. 14, 1998, in Columbia, Mo. He married Michelle Boyles, who survives. Also surviving are his parents, Russell and Kathleen Busken; a son, Mario of Alton; daughters, Miranda and Mersady Orlandini, both of Alton; brothers, Douglas and Michael of Defiance, Mo., Jeffrey of St. Louis, Gregory of Florissant, Mo., and Brian of Sacramento, Ca.; and sisters, Kimberly Hunnell of O'Fallon, Mo., and Chistine Betts of St. Louis. Mary V. Butler, 95, of Godfrey, died Nov. 14, 1997, in Blu-Fountain. Her husband, Everett, preceded her in death. She had been active in community affairs, and was an author. Surviving are a son, Robert of North Hills, Ca.; daughters, Marylin Bromaghim and Gladys Butler, both of Godfrey; sisters, Esther Beardshaw of Raymond, Ms., and Susan Hybarger of Jackson, Ms.; and six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild. Charlotte L. Butler, 82, died Oct. 19, 1998, in Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis. Her husband, George, preceded her in death. She was a charter member of Alton Assembly #8 International Order of Rainbow Girls, was mother advisor of the Alton Assembly from 1969 to 1993, and was Illinois Mother Advisor of the Year in 1986. She is survived by a son, Dick of Alton; and a sister, Dorothy Catalini of San Antonio, Tx. Services were through Fine and Quinn Chapel for Funerals in Alton. Memorials may be given to the Shriners Hospital in St. Louis.

Ralph W. Butler, 81, of Alton, died Mar. 31, 1999, in Saint Anthony's Health Center in Alton. He married Irene Rue, who preceded him in death.
