Viginia Belle Ross Fowler died in Beaumont, Texas on February 19, 1999. Born to Vivian Sewell Ross and John S Ross Of Alton, Illinois in 1920, she lived for more than 50 years in Beaumont, Texas. As a graduate of the Alton High School, she attended most of the high school reunions. She is survived by her husband, E.C. Fowler, son, Stephen Fowler, daughters Valarie Randall and Barbara Votaw, and three grandchildren. Her brother John S Ross is living in Brighton, Il.
