Fred L. Grammer died Nov. 11, 1999. He married Peggy Yocum, who survives. Also surviving are sons, Brian of Brighton, and Steven, Christopher, David and Shane, all of Alton; daughters, Julie Williams of Brighton, and Tina Grammer of Alton; and sisters, Peggy Hackleman of Benton, Jo Hiduk of Rantoul, and Beatrice Howell of Pensacola, Fl. Services were in Elias-Smith Funeral Home in Alton. Memorials may be given to the cardiac care unit at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Imogene Pearl Graner, 83, of Alton, died Mar. 21, 1998, in Saint Anthony's. She is survived by daughters, Jeanne Wahl of Godfrey, and Connie Logan of Alton; and three grandchildren. Surviving are his parents, Maruice and Donna Graves of East Alton; a daughter, Megan Linkinhoker of Kansas City, Ks.; a sister, Kyndall Graves of O'Fallon, Mo.; and a half-sister, Mindy Wooten of Columbus, Tx. Services were in Gent.

Surviving are a son, Steven of Mableton, Ga.; a daughter, Kathryn Streeper of Alton; brothers, Melvin and Clark Smith, both of Pittsfield; and sisters, Lucy Ruyle of Alton, and June Roberts of Jerseyville. Surviving are sons, Edward and Daniel Collman, both of Bethalto, Jon Collman of East Alton, and Karman Fairless of Godfrey; daughters, Dianna Ross and Tina Reynolds, both of Bethalto; a step-son, James Fairless of Bethalto; a brother, Herbert Ottwell of Centerville, Mo.; and a sister, Darla Cosby of Pearl. Services were in Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association and the Madison County Humane Society.
