Services for Earl M. "Melvin" Jarman, formerly of Sorento, were held this morning in Troy. Burial was in Sunset Hills Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon. Mr. Jarman died at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 1998, in his home in Troy. He was 79 years old on March 17, and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a furnace helper at Granite City Steel Company before he retired and a member of American Legion Post 708 of Troy and the Troy Lions Club. He was born in Sorento, a son of John F. and Florence E. Bentley Jarman. His wife, the former Margaret Caulk, died May 1, 1994. Surviving are sons, Roger Jarman, Gary Jarman, both of Troy, Kelvin Jarman of Belleville; brothers, Hershel Jarman of Sorento, Orville Jarman of East Alton, David Jarman of New Douglas; sisters, Lola Wall of Highland, Irene Titsworth of Bethalto; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were one brother and one sister.

Services for Cleo Jenkins, formerly of Litchfield, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River with the Rev. James Bruce officiating. Mr. Jenkins died at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, 1999, in Sunbridge University Care Center in Edwardsville. He was 87 years old on Oct. 6, an Navy veteran of World War II. He worked as a pipefitter and welder with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 553 in East Alton for 42 years. He retired in 1978. He was born in Litchfield, a son of Oliver Oscar and Mertie May Adcock Jenkins. He married Marjorie Stotler on November 3, 1942, in Old Monroe, Mo. She died August 15, 1994. Surviving are sons, Gary Jenkins and wife Darlene of Brighton, Howard Jenkins and wife Cyndi of Cottage Hills, Robert Jenkins and wife Julie of Alton; daughters, Delores Jenkins of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Sharon Jenkins of Alton, Marjorie Kay Cathorall and husband Dan of Pittsfield, Landa Jenkins of Wood River; sister, Virginia Scharfenburg of Carlinville; 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were brothers, Floyd Carl, Coy and Chester Jenkins; sisters, Virda Jenkins, Velda Fitzgerald; and a great grandchild.

Services for Mary E. Jett, of Litchfield, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Plummer Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Diveley, pastor of the South Side Church officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery at Fillmore. Mrs. Jett died at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, 1999, in St. Francis Hospital. She was 86 years old on February 28. She worked in central supply at the old St. Francis Hospital, located on South State street where the Jehovah Witnesses church and Casey's are now. She also worked as a nurse's aide with Turtle Creek Nursing Home, now Litchfield Health Care Center, and the Barry Nursing Homes, now Heritage Manor of Litchfield. She was a member of the South Side Church. She loved music and enjoyed playing the piano for her family and friends. She was born in Hillsboro, a daughter of August and Nellie Josephine Brown Wendel, and graduated from Litchfield High School in 1931. Her first marriage was to Vernon Cloyd Savage; they were later divorced. On February 17, 1980, she married John M. Jett, Sr., in Litchfield. He died February 17, 1980. Surviving are sons, Donald L. Savage and wife Mary Ellen of Eldon, Mo., Darrell D. Savage and wife Valgenia, Marvin A. Savage, Sr., and wife Shirley, all of Litchfield, Larry E. Savage of Fillmore; daughters, Wanda Marit and husband Kenny, Mary Leonard, all of Litchfield, Betty Sussen and husband Richard of Carlyle; several step children; a brother, August J. Wendel of Litchfield; 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were a son, Gary M. Jett in June 1975; brother, Thomas L. Wendel and a great granddaughter, Trisha Sikorski. Services for Mary E. Jett, of Litchfield, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Plummer Funeral Home. Brother Ed Diveley, pastor of South Side Church, officiated. Burial was in Glendale Cemetery at Fillmore. Musical selections for the service were "Whispering Hope," "One Day at a Time," "Amazing Grace" and "In the Garden." A poem was read by a great grandson, John Sikorski. Pallbearers were Cory Carter of Litchfield, Mark Chesney of St. Louis, paul Chesney of Nashville, Tenn., Dale Collette of Citrus Heights, Calif., Dean Odle of Highland, Robert Odle, Jr., of Butler, Donald L. Following the services a luncheon was provided for family and friends by the Women of the Moose. Mrs. Jett, 86, died Wednesday, April 28, in St. Francis Hospital.

Delmar A. Johnson, formerly of rural Nokomis, died March 29, 1999, in St. Joseph's Hospital in Horseheads, N.Y. A resident of Horseheads, he was 70 years old. He was a 1946 graduate of Nokomis High School and retired from Corning Glass Company. Surviving are his wife, the former Ruth Allen; sons, Dennis Epler of Chesapeake, Va., David Epler of Aurora, Colo., Greg Johnson of Irondale, Ala., Kent Johnson of Alphaus, N.Y.; a daughter, Laurie Epler Seymour of Big Flats, N.Y.; brothers, Leslie A. Johnson of Morrisonville, Ray E. Johnson of Nokomis, Elwin L. Johnson of Dallas, Texas; a sister, Orlena Halleman of Nokomis; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were brothers, Harold, Wilmer and Alfred Johnson. Services were held in Horseheads.

He was employed in the maintenance department of the Jefferson Smurfit Corporation in Alton for 31 years; he last worked December 31, 1998. He also served in the Army Reserves. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Staunton and the Concordia Singing Society. He was born in Prairietown, a son of Edgar and Matilda Suhrenbrock Johnson. He married Carolyne L. Sharp on September 12, 1970, in Litchfield. She survives. Surviving also are daughters, Denise and Misty Johnson, both of Staunton; a sister, Alberta Schnur and husband George of Staunton; brothers, Lester Johnson and wife Alice of Fremont, Neb., Harold "Harry" Johnson and wife Helen of Staunton. Others surviving include sisters in law, Lorraine Wieseman of Prairietown and Edna Johnson of Staunton. Preceding him in death were brothers, Orville and Lawrence Johnson.

He was a farmer and a Teamster for more than 20 years before retiring in 1978. He was a member of Teamstres Local 525, Alton, and St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Staunton. He was born in Staunton, a son of George and Emma Ruehrup Johnson. He married Aileen Cahill on September 20, 1941, in Staunton. She survives. Surviving also are a daughter, Carol Balke and husband Delmar of Staunton; brothers, Ervin and Robert Johnson; sisters, Dorothy Northup and Edna Johnson; grandchildren, Dean Balke of Waldorf, Md., Michael Balke of Shawnee, Kan., Lynn Morgan of Staunton, Sharon Balke of Glen Carbon; and three great grandchildren. Preceding him in death are two brothers, Herman Johnson and one in infancy.

J. Millard Johnson, brother of Juanita Miller of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, July 21, 1999, in Regency Nursing Care, Rochester. He was 74 years old on October 9, and a Navy veteran of World War II. Before his retirement, he was a farmer. born in Algood, Tenn., a son of James Bratch and Lillie L. Flatt Johnson, he married Grace Spengler in 1947 in Springfield; she died in 1997. Surviving are sons, James Phillip Spengler of Edwardsville, Henry Thomas Spengler of Rochester; daughters, Deloris Hobbs of Rochester, Nancy Jean Roese of Springfield, Donna Hibbetts of Pana, Carolyn Lagemann of Dawson; brothers, Lark and Robert Johnson of Springfield; six other sisters, Loledia Hammann of Carlinville, Freda Meyers, Marion Brown, both of Springfield, Josephine Melter of Taylorville, Avanelle Cook and Cora Carricker, both of Edwarsville; 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Services for Marie A. Johnson, of Nokomis, were held at 11 this morning in Trinity Lutheran Church there. The Rev. Bert Eickhoff officiated. Burial was in St. Paul's Cemetery, Nokomis. Mrs. Johnson died at 6:10 p.m. Friday, July 9, 1999, in Heritage Manor of Pana. She was 92 years old on November 14. She was born in Moers-Merbeck, Germany, a daughter of Victor and Marie Dezelak Plahutnik, and came to Nokomis from Germany in 1914. She married Otto E. Johnson on August 16, 1927, in Vermillion, South Dakota. He died September 22, 1976. Surviving are sons, Eugene Johnson and wife Mary Ann, and Carl Johnson, of Nokomis; brother, Victor Micklautsz of Nokomis; sister, Dorothy Sodnik of Nokomis; three grandchildren, Karl Johnson of Nokomis, Janet Johnson of Sampaga, Hawaii, Kurt Johnson of Edwardsville; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Preceding her in death were a daughter, Lila Marie in infancy; brother, August Sanders; sisters, Tresa Morrison and Tellie DuCotte; and a grandson, Paul E. Johnson.

She worked at Brown Shoe Company, Roller Derby Skate Corporation and was a nurse's aide at the former Weathreford Nursing Home in Carlinville and at Litchfield Terrace. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Women of the Moose Chapter 581, Auxiliary Unit of American Legion Post 436, past president of the VFW Post 3912 Auxiliary and the Amvets Post 16 Auxiliary. She was born in Gillespie, a daughter of Andrew and Margaret Mitchell Jeffrey. She married Earl G. Johnson on December 17, 1977, in the Zion Lutheran Church of Litchfield. He survives. Surviving also are sons, George Bertetto and wife Mary Lou of Gillespie, William Bertetto and wife Diane of Benld; brother, George Jeffrey of Arizona; three grandchildren, William Bertetto Jr. of St. Charles, Mo., Dena and John Bertetto, both of Benld. Preceding her in death was an infant daughter, Christina Bertetto. Services for Mary DeMaris Johnson, of Litchfield, were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Plummer Funeral Home. The Rev. He was born in Nokomis, a son of William a. and Etta Croon Johnson. He married Margaret Gottschalk on October 24, 1952, in Hillsboro. She survives. Surviving also are a son, William A. Johnson of Coalton; daughter, Joni M. Perry of Pana; brothers, Melvin and Clifford Johnson of Nokomis; sister, Inez DeWerff of Nokomis; and seven grandchildren. Mr. Johnson, of Nokomis, died Thursday, October 28, 1999, in his home in Nokomis. He was 78 years old on February 27. He worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company for 27 years, retiring as a furnace operator. He had served in the Civil Conservation Corps, and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. He was born in Nokomis, a son of Ben C. and Anna Gerhard Johnson. He married Lennella McDaniel in 1942 in Hartford. She survives. Surviving also are sons, Gerald and Oreland Johnson, both of Nokomis; daughters, Kathryn Wolverton and Sheryl Elam, also of Nokomis; two other sisters, Margaret Bernard of BEthalto and Anna Marie McNeill of Witt; brothers, Chris and Wesley T. Johnson of Nokomis; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Services for Warren B. Johnson, of Nokomis, were held today in Sutton Funeral Home there. The Rev. Bert Eichoff officiated. She was employed as a nurses aid with the Macoupin County Nursing Home and the Barry Care Center in Carlinville for 25 years. She enjoyed quilting by hand and baking. She was born near Standard City in Macoupin County, a daughter of Bert and Violet Elizabeth Fishback Prichard. She married Irvin M. Johnston on November 20, 1936, in Carlinville. He died in September 1961. Surviving are a daughter, Beverly Jett of Litchfield; brother, Earl Prichard of West Richland, Wash.; sister, Earlene Laurent of Litchfield; 17 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were a daughter, Nora Gunning and sisters, Albertha Gerdes, Mabel Janulavich, Lucille Jones and Frances Prichard.

She was employed as a store clerk and cashier by the National Tea Company before she retired, and was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church of Lincoln. She was born in Dona Votri Bukovina, a daughter of Herman and Matilda Kundee Schimpf. She married Albert Jones in 1920 in Chicago. He died in 1970. Surviving are a son, Robert W. Jones and wife Charlotte of Litchfield; a sister, Hilda Becklinger of Morengo; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A brother, Joseph, preceded her in death.

Mr. Jones, father of Dustin Jones of Litchfield, died Monday, October 18, 1999, in St. Clement Hospital at Red Bud. He was 47 years old. Mrs. Jones died at 11:20 a.m. Thursday, January 21, 1999, in her home in Springfield. She was 46 years old on May 24. She worked for the State of Illinois Department of Aging for 17 years and was bureau chief in publications and print management. She held an associates degree in graphic arts from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, having graduated from there in 1972. She was a 1970 graduate of Virden High School. She was born in Litchfield, a daughter of James E. and Ela Uchtman Jones. Surviving are her mother and stepfather, George C. and Elena Howarth of Virden; brothers, James E. Jones and wife Deborah, William E. Jones and wife Lorna, all of Hillsboro, Ned F. Jones and wife Sonja of Virden, George C. Howarth Jr. and wife Melissa of Virden; sisters, Rachel L. He was a warehouseman for the A&P Grocery Company in Chicago before he retired. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2076 of Gillespie. He was born in Gillespie, a son of Jasper N. Jones and Velma Atteberry Jones Heck. Surviving is a sister, Elsie Trask of Benld. Others surviving include a nephew, Kenneth Koski of Gillespie and nieces, Donna Neff of Streamwood and Sharon Smith of Joplin, Mo. She married David William Jones on June 29, 1957, in Mt. Olive. He survives. Mr. Jones died at 3:40 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 1999, in Hillsboro Hospital. He was 69 years old on August 25, and an Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an Illinois State Police officer from 1957 to 1965 and also worked as a dispatcher for the Hillsboro Fire Department from 1976 to 1989. He also served on the Montgomery County Baord. He spent most of life in Hillsboro, was a member of the Moose Lodge and Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge 51 A.F.&A.M., both in Hillsboro, and VFW Post 3912 of Litchfield. During his military service he served three years in Japan. He was born in Hillsboro, a son of Cloyd A. and Myrtle G. Bewley Jones, and was a graduate of Hillsboro High School. He married Marilyn Noyes on June 19, 1954, in Hillsboro. She died October 9, 1996. Surviving are sons, Gregory Jones and wife Connie of Hillsboro, Ricky A. Jones of Hillsboro, Brian Jones of Pawnee; a brother, Marvin "P.J." Jones of Florida; a sister, Doris Edwards of Florida; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mr. Jordan died at 5 a.m. Tuesday, January 12, 1999, in his home. He ws 59 years old on May 13. He was a music teacher. He received his early education at St. Isidore School in Farmersville, graduating in the class of 1957. He later attended Springfield Junior College and the American Conservatory in Chicago where he acquired a bachelors degree in 1966 and a masters degree in 1969 in Music Education. He taught at the Waverly school for 17 years. He was also a realtor with Action Realty in Springfield and the pianist at the Illini Country Club until his health forced his retirement. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 1152 in Farmersville. He was born in Springfield, a son of Jerome and Lucille Carney Jordan. He never married. Surviving are his mother, Lucille Jordan of Farmersville; sister, Sister Monica Borgognoni of Springfield; and brother, Alex Jordan of Divernon. His father, Jerome Jordan, preceded in death on February 16, 1974.
Jorn, Frank A.
Funeral Mass for Frank A. Jorn, of Hillsboro, were held at 10 this morning in St. John's Catholic Church, Coffeen. The Rev. Father Carl Schmidt, pastor of the church, presided. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery at Coffeen. Mr. Jorn died Friday, December 24, 1999, in Hillsboro Health Care Center. He was 93 years old on September 10. He was a farmer and also worked for ASARCO Zinc Company in Taylor Springs for approximately 20 years. He retired in 1974. He lived in the Hillsboro and Coffeen areas for his entire life. He was a star basketball player at Coffeen High School and also an avid baseball fan. He was a member of St. John's Church at Coffeen, the Knights of Columbus, and Laborers Union Local 1201. He was born in Coffeen, a son of Peter and Theresa Miller Jorn. He married Freda Boas on October 6, 1927, in St. John's Church; she died September 28, 1987. Surviving are sons, Frank F. Jorn and Margaret Jorn, Kenneth Jorn and wife Carol, all of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, Randy and wife Darla, Rebecca Christ, Dennis and wife Paula, Darrin and wife Cara, all of Hillsboro; and six great grandchildren. Others surviving include two children he reared, Paul Lyons of Plymouth, Mich. and Theresa Ann Lyons Leahy of St. Louis. Preceding him in death were five sisters, six brothers and a grandson, Rodney Jorn.
Justice, Donna M.
Donna M. Justice, sister of Michael S. Smith of Gillespie, died Saturday, September 4, 1999, in her home in Athens. She was 58 years old on June 3. She was born in Springfield, a daughter of Granville C. and Marie V. Tomlin Smith. She married Robert Justice in 1987 in Springfield. He survives. Surviving are sons, Arnold and Darryl Briganti both of North Carolina; step son, Keith Justice of Dublin Calif.; mother, Marie V. Smith of Springfield; other brothers, Granville C. Smith, Jr. of Albuquerque, N.M., Thomas Smith of Athens; sisters, Judith Williams of Athens, Barbara Crowley of Springfield; and six grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday in Mott and Henning Funeral Home. Burial will be Hall Cemetery, Athens.
Justison, Thomas S.
Services for Thomas Stanley Justison, who was instrumental in the building of lakes Lou Yaeger and Glenn Shoals, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hough and Sons Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Burial will be in Behme Cemetery, Carlinville. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home or from one hour before the service on Saturday. Mr. Justison, of Butler, died at 3:05 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 1999, in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. He was 77 years old on December 26. He was born in Chicago, a son of Antanas Juscius and Katherine Daugerdie Justison. The family later moved to a farm in Brushy Mound Township, Macoupin County and he attended Elmwood Grade School. He graduated from Gillespie High School in 1940 and received a second alternate Congressional appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md. He married Anna Jane Loveless, daughter of Wiley and Elizabeth Edmiston Loveless of rural Carlinville, on October 14, 1945, in the United Methodist Church of Gillespie. They resided on a farm near Raymond in 1947. In 1953, they purchased a farm north of Butler. He was an ASCS township committeeman for 23 years and also served on the county ASCS committee for six years. He was on the Montgomery County FHA loan committee and through his efforts loans for building Lake Lou Yaeger at Litchfield and Lake Glenn Shoals in Hillsboro were obtained. He served as president of the Butler Grade School PTA and later on the Hillsboro Community Unit 3 board of education for a number of years, as member, secretary and president of the board. He was a lifetime member of Montgomery County Farm Bureau, the Farmers Union of Illinois, the Lithuanian American Club and Wares Grove Church. Surviving are his wife, Anna; sons, Thomas A. Justison of rural Butler, David L. Justison and wife Lana of rural Hillsboro; daughter, Patricia J. Newberry and husband Timothy of San Francisco, Calif.; brother, Walter Justison of Springfield; sister, Helen Bechtold of Alton; and six grandchildren, Julie, Jennifer, Keri, David Michael, Patricia K. and Thomas Fredrick Justison. Preceding him in death were a brother, Rolland Justison and sisters, Alda Arter and Bernice Grichnik.
Kaiser, Harvey
Harvey Kaiser, brother of Delbert K. Kaiser of Nokomis, died Monday, November 22, 1999, in Decatur Memorial Hospital. He was 72 years old on June 11, and an Army veteran of the Korean War. He spent most of his life in the Oconee and Pana areas. He was a farmer and also worked as a meter reader for CIPS before he retired in 1989. He was born in Oconee, a son of John and Josephine Lovegrove Kaiser. He married Dorothy Louise Brown in 1953 in Pana. She survives. Surviving also are daughters, Debra Dolan of Sullivan, Mary Wellman of Steger; son, Neil H. Kaiser of Sullvian; other brothers, Melvin and Earl Kaiser of Oconee, Murel Kaiser of Pana, John Milton Kaiser of Arkansas and Cloyd Kaiser of Colorado; sisters, Veda Hinton of Pontiac, Ruby Litz of Pana; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Preceding him in death were a son, Douglas Eugene Kaiser; brothers, Paul and James Kaiser; and a sister, Hazel Rhodes.
Karl, Jr., Jerome
Memorial service for Jerome "Jere" Karl, Jr., of Benld, will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Williamson Funeral Home, Staunton, with chaplain Ralph Ward officiating. The remains have been cremated. The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the time of service. Mr. Karl died at 1:52 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 1999, in his home. He was 41 years old on April 19. He was a self-employed carpenter for the past four years. He was born in Staunton, a son of Jerome, Sr., and Shirley Bloemker Karl. Surviving are his mother and step-father, Shirley Brashears and husband Ted of Staunton; his father, Jerome Karl of STaunton; brother, Marty and wife Georgia Karl of Staunton; step brother, Kirk Brashears and wife Deb; step sister, Kara Cumming and husband Jim; and grandmother, Alma Bloemker.

The family suggests memorials be directed to the Ronald McDonald House. Mr. Karlak, of Marietta, Ga., died at 4:05 p.m. Thursday, February 24, 1999, in Marietta. He was 58 years old on September 27. He resided on a farm north of Sorento before moving to Marietta, and was an officer in the American Legion Post 216 there. He was born in East St. Louis, a son of John M. and Willie G. Sievers Karlak. He married Amanda Allison on February 4, 1965, in East St. Louis. They later divorced. Surviving are a son, John Michael Karlak of Litchfield; daughters, Angie Haberer of Pocahontas, Lana Nance of Old Ripley, Amy Karlak of Mt. Olive; brother, Jim Karlak of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; sister, Sharon Price of Huntsville, Ala.; and eight grandchildren.

Services for Mary Magdeline Karlovic, of Mt. Olive, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Church of the Ascension there. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Karlovic died at 5:30 a.m. today, Friday, July 16, 1999, in Litchfield HealthCare Center. She was 91 years old on February 2. She was a member of the Church of the Ascension and Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge 217 of Benld. She was born in Mt. Olive, a daughter of Frank and Mary Kreevich Ozanic, and attended schools through high school in Mt. Olive. She married Louis Karlovic in April 1927 in the Church of the Ascension. He died July 5, 1962. Surviving are a daughter, Marilyn "Babe" Dragovich of Mt. Olive; five grandchildren, Steve Dragovich and wife Donna of Reno, Nev., Laurie Hall and husband Howard of Mt. Olive, Judy Aydt and husband Dennis of Springfield, Terri Traylor and husband Russell of Jacksonville, Fla., Jeanne Hood and husband Mike of Wichita, Kan.; 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Preceding her in death were a son, Lavern "Lukes" Karlovic; brothers, Frank, Thomas, Henry, Matt, Eddie, Joseph, John, Rudy and Henry, Jr., Ozanic; a half brother, Marko Podnar; sister, Ann Ozanic and a half sister, Caroline Dragovich Biscan. Following the services Monday a lunch will be held for family and friends in the Ascension Church Hall. Services for Mary Magdeline "Motzie" Karlovic, of Mt. Olive, were held at 11 a.m. today in the Church of the Ascension there. The Rev. Father Ted Schelich officiated. Altar servers were Jon Dragovich, Marko Dragovich and Daniel Dragovich. Church choir was led by Pam Monke. Amy Dragovich was the organist. Pallbearers were great grandsons, Josh Hood, Anthony Dragovich and Matthew Hall along with grandson-in-laws, Mike Hood, Howard Hall and Dennis Aydt. During the graveside service in Calvary Cemetery, prayer was offered by Croatian Lodge speaker Matt Turcol. Following the services a lunch was offered for family and friends in the Ascension Church Hall. Mrs. Karlovic, 91, died Friday, July 16, in Litchfield HealthCare.
