The family suggests memorials be directed to the Velma Wendel Memorial Fund. Mrs. Wendel died at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 25, 1999, in Heritage Manor of Litchfield. She was 82 years old on August 29. She worked in the central supply department of St. Francis Hospital for 23 years and in housekeeping at Barry Care Nursing Home, Litchfield, for two years. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Litchfield. She was born in Albany, Ky., a daughter of George and Sarah Stewart Guinn. She married August John Wendel on June 10, 1936, in Litchfield; he died October 16, 1999. Surviving are sons, August John Wendel and wife Betty, Richard Wendel and wife Linda, all of Litchfield; daughters, Marjorie Ann Ellinger and husband Harold, Sarah Jo Lucykow, Janet Sue Gelsinger and husband Ron, all of Litchfield; a brother, George A. Guinn of Hillsboro; 20 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were four sisters, Marie Wheeler, Lucille Brazel, Alta Brazel, Esther Karrick; grandson, Richard Wendel; and two great grandchildren, Leigh Logsdon and Justin Flack. Services for Velma Pearl Wendel, of Litchfield, were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Meinschein Funeral Home. Rev. Jonathan Bontke officiated. Burial was in Crabtree Cemetery. During the service Michelle Sweet played the organ and Paul Hampton was the vocalist. Pallbearers were Ronnie Gelsinger, Dennis Wendel, Harold Ellinger, Bill Ellinger, Donnie Settles and Craig Walch. Honorary pallbearers were Keith Cadmus, Mark Brazel, Earl Flack and Doug Pezold. Mrs. Wendel, 82, died Saturday, December 25, in Heritage Manor of Litchfield.
Wernle, Wayne D.
Wayne D. Wernle, formerly of Litchfield, died Thursday, November 5, 1998, in Anderson Hospital, Maryville. He was 63 years old on October 15. He was a farmer, member of the Salem United Church of Christ, the Salem Churchmen's Fellowship and the Madison County Farm Bureau. He was born in Litchfield, a son of Orville and Edith Spies Wernle. He married Maxine Henschen on November 24, 1957, in Alhambra. She survives. Surviving also are sons, Kevin Wrenle of Gillespie, Scott Wernle of Highland, Dennis Wernle and Bryan Wernle, both of New Douglas; a daughter, Laurie Vosholler of Sorento; his mother, Edith Wernle of Alhambra. His father, Orville, preceded him in death. Services for Mr. Wernle were held Sunday in the Salem United Church of Christ. Burial was in Salem Cemetery at Alhambra. Dauderman Mortuary, Alhambra, was in charge of arrangements.

Services for one day old Cody Milborne Chance Wesbrook, the infant son of Lee and Jennie Caudle Wesbrook of Waggoner, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hough Memorial Home, Farmersville, with the Rev. Elmer Fenton officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Ridge Cemetery at Atwater. Friends may call in the funeral home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of service. The family suggests memorials be directed to the Carol Jo Vecchie Women and Children's Center in the memory of Cody Wesbrook. The baby was born at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday and died at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday in St. John's Hospital, Springfield. Surviving besides his parents are a brother, Shawn Wesbrook of Waggoner; sisters, Kadie and Karie Kruschik of Wilsonville; grandparents, Don and Jane Caudle of Waggoner, Dorothy Cravens of Witt; great grandparents, Claude Caulde of Farmersville, Pearl Houston and husband Harold of Virden, Nora and Cotton Law of Litchfield. Preceding him in death were a grandfather, Lee Wesbrook in 1982 and a great grandfather, Raymond Higgins in 1961.

Following private services in Springfield for Loraine C. Westbrook, formerly of Litchfield, graveside service will be held at noon Wednesday in Holy Cross Cemetery here with the Rev. Father David Schmidt officiating. Staab Funeral Home, Springfield is in charge of arrangements. The family suggests memorials be directed to Leukemia Research or the University Hospital in Indianpolis, Ind. Mrs. Wesbrook, of New Berlin, died at 6:05 a.m. Monday, July 12, 1999, in St. John's Hospice, Springfield. She was 81 years old on September 6. She worked for the State of Illinois as a determinations specialist with the Mental Health department from 1958 to 1982 when she retired. From 1982 to 1997, she was the owner and operator of Loraine's Motor Coach Tours. She moved from Springfield to New Berlin 11 years ago. She was a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, past president of the Community Outreach for Better Breathing, past president of the Springfield and Sangamon County Chapter 195 of AARP, served on the board of directors of Springfield Golden K Kiwanis Club. She was also a recipient of the Senior Citizens Commission Hall of Fame award in May 1992. She was born in Litchfield, a daughter of Arthur and Rosalie Hoog Clayton. Surviving are sons, Joseph E. Westbrook and wife Susan of Berwyn, Robert K. Westbrook and wife Linda of New Berlyn; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Wilma Westbrook Wilma D. Westbrook, of Springfield, sister of Dean Hopper of Staunton, died Monday, July 26, 1999, in Memorial Medical Center. She was 64 years old on November 16. She was born in Roodhouse, a daughter of Benjamin K. and Clora E. Motley. Surviving are sons, Dennis and Terry Westbrook, both of Springfield; daughters, Diana Markle of Wilton, Iowa, Rhonda G. Sheppard of Auburn; mother, Clora E. Hopper of Alton; another brother, Charles Hopper of Bethalto; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Assembly of God Church, Springfield. Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Westfall, James E.
James E. Westfall, active in the Indian Grove camp ground at Coffeen, died Sunday, May 23, 1999, in his home at Lincoln. He was 65 years old on October 11, and was an Army veteran having served from 1956 to 1958. He lived for many years in the Galesburg area where he worked for the former Rowe Manufacturing Company and the Galesburg Research Hospital. He was born in Galesburg, a son of Samuel and Margaret Johnson Westfall. His wife, the former Sherry Rennie whom he married in 1977 in East Galesburg, survives. Surviving also are two sons, four step children, four sisters, three brothers, and nine grandchildren, none from the area. Services took place in Knoxville with burial in the Knoxville Cemetery.
Whalen, O.P., Mary D.
Sister Mary Domitilla Whalen, O.P., formerly of Farmersville, died Wednesday, July 15, 1998, in the Sacred Heart Convent, Springfield. She was 90 years old on July 5. born in Farmersville, she was one of the four children of John and Cornelia Brown Whalen, who all preceded her in death, including Sister M. Adeline, O.P. Sister Whalen entered the novitiate of the Dominican Sisters in 1926 and pronounced religious vows in 1929. She earned a Ph.D. at DePaul University, master's degree at the Univresity of Illinois a degree in special education at Cardinal Stritch. She taught in elementary schools throughout the state, including those in Jerseyville and Jacksonville and at the Cathedral and St. Patrick schools in Springfield. She also served as a principal and as a reading specialist in Chicago schools. She also ministered at the Sacred Heart Academy and at Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights. She retired to the Motherhouse in 1985. Friends may call from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Friday in the Motherhouse. Prayer service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Mass will said at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Sacred Heart chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Wheatley, of San Diego, Calif., died at 9:03 a.m. Wednesday, December 1, 1999, in the San Diego hospital. She was 76 years old on March 1. She spent most of her life in the Sorento and Centralia areas. She attended the Sorento schools and graduated from Hillsboro High School. She became a teacher and taught in schools in Sorento and Vandalia a total of five years. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She was born was born in Sorento, a daughter of Robert and Leta Shult Nessl. She married John William "Bill" Wheatley on September 20, 1946, in Sorento. He died February 8, 1998. Surviving are sons, Kent and Pat Wheatley of Centralia, Alan Wheatley of San Diego; daughter, Peggy Faucett of Panarama City, Calif.; sisters, DeMova Vogel of Hillsboro, Opal Fern Matejka of Hudson, Fla.; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Preceding her in death was one brother.
Whisenant, John
Services for John Whisenant, brother of Sarah Brewer of Coffeen, were held at 11 this morning in Perfetti Funeral Home, Sorento. The Rev. Linda Peyla officiated. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery at Reno. Mr. Whisenant died at 5 p.m. Thursday, January 7, 1999, in St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights after an illness of four months. He was 61 years old on June 10. He spent most of his life in the Chicago area and was a member of the Steel Workers Union there. His early years were spent in Alabama. He was born in Jappa, Alabama, a son of Owen and Mae Humphries Whisenant. He married Sharon Brewer on June 20, 1959, in Chicago. She survives. Surviving also are a son, Owen John Whisenant of Chicago; a daughter, Loralee Avecillas of Chicago; his mother, Mae Whisenant; brothers, Milford Whisenant of Cullman, Ala., Robert, Donald and Buford Whisenant, all of Arab, Ala.; other sisters, Jane Davidson of Florida, Mary Dowell of Indiana, Jean Carr of Arab and Kathy Nickels of Huntsville, Ala.; and one grandchild.

He was area manager for Raco Security of Champaign. He enjoyed woodworking, flowers and gardening. He was born in Hillsboro, a son of Luther Arthur and Freida Elzada Brewer White. He married Joyce Todd on June 19, 1980, in Jacksonville. She survives. Services for C. Woodrow White, formerly of the Coffeen area, were conducted this morning in the Miller Funeral Home at Vandalia. Burial was in Green Hill Cemetery in rural Fillmore. Mr. White died Sunday, September 19, 1999, in Fort Atkinson, Wis. He was 84 years old on February 2. Before he retired he worked for Yerges Van Lines and Lorman Iron and Metal in Fort Atkinson. He was born in Coffeen, a son of Cleve and Lola Boyd White. He marred Louise Roe on September 27, 1940. She survives. Surviving also are a son, Billie White of Houston, Texas; brothers, Dallas White of Ramsey, Elmer White of Beecher City; a sister, Ethel Stuart of Mulberry Grove; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services for Jerry Wayne White, formerly of Hillsboro, were held this morning in Dawson and Wikoff Colonial Chapel North, Decatur. Burial was in Harristown Cemetery. Mr. White, of Decatur, died at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 1998, in Imboden Creek Living Center there. He was 59 years old on July 1. He was senior assembly specialist in charge of construction of mining trucks with the Caterpillar Company. An Army veteran, he was a member of the American Legion Post in Decatur. He was born in Parma, Mo., a son of Walter William and Stella Frances Warren White, and spent his younger years in Hillsboro. He married Janice Summer on February 1, 1963. She survives. Surviving also are a son, David Walter White and wife Tammy Jo of Decatur; daughter, Shirley Elizabeth White of Des Plaines; brothers, Robert White and wife Pauline of Walshville, Charles White and wife Phyllis of Decatur; sisters, Joan Saprito and husband Vincent of Clear Water, Fla., Wilma Paslay and husband William of Cerro Gordo, Mary Edna Kosiver and husband Jeff of Coventry, R.I.; and two grandchildren, Jacob and Audrey White. Preceding him in death was a brother, Evan White.

Private graveside services for Merlin LaDoit White, of Coffeen, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Traylor Cemetery in rural Coffeen. The Rev. Ron Tucker will preside. Visitation will also be private for family and close friends and will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Toberman Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials be directed to the Auburn Emergency Squad or the Traylor Cemetery. Mr. White died Monday, February 1, 1999, at his son's home at Auburn. He was 84 years old on September 15. He was a heavy equipment operator in construction and working out of Local 520 of Mitchell until he retired. He was affiliated with the Free Methodist Church. He was born in Coffeen, a son of Edward H. and Esther L. Thacker White. His wife, the former Dorothy V. Williams whom he married July 14, 1941, died October 14, 1997. Surviving are sons, Stephen LaDoit White of Canyon Lake, Texas, Edward Mikel White of Auburn; and five grandchildren. A son, Gordon "Pete" White, preceded him in death.

Mr. White died at 4:28 a.m. Sunday, June 6, 1999, in St. John's Hospital, Springfield. He was 87 years old on November 25, and Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a partner in the Hillsboro law firm of Bullington and White, which later became Bullington, White, McPhail, Jarman and Evans, and a life-long resident of Hillsboro. He was a graduate of the University of Illinois Law School in Champaign. He was a 50-year member of Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge and also of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He was born in Hillsboro, a son of Bliss Conant and Lela Fisher White. He married Ernestine K. Keller on November 26, 1938, in Champaign; she died March 6, 1995. He married Marthalee Whitten Hull on January 6, 1996, in Hillsboro. She survives. Surviving also are a son, David B. White and wife Nena of Hillsboro; step daughter, Lee Mook and husband Ted of Morton; a brother, Richard S. White of Sherman; three grandchildren, Bliss, Paul and Kristen K. White of Hillsboro; three step grandchildren, Charles, Douglas and Donald Mook; and two step great grandchildren, Andrew and Katie Mook. Preceding him in death were two brothers, John V. and Bruce F. White.

Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. White, of Springfield, died Friday, November 19, 1999, in Memorial Medical Center there. She was 87 years old on March 8. While residing in Litchfield she was a piano teacher for Eichar Music in Litchfield and also taught piano in her home. She was choir director, organist and pianist for the Presbyterian Church of Litchfield In Springfield, she worked for the House of Music as a piano teacher and as bookkeeper, and she was the organist and pianist for the First Church of God in Springfield. She was born in Litchfield, a daughter of Jesse and Bertha Daily Evans. She married Harold C. White on July 3, 1932, in Litchfield. He died March 1, 1977. Surviving are a son, Harole Lee White and wife Caren of Springfield; sisters, Catherine Hostetler of Taylor Springs and Mary David; grandchildren, Chrytal D. Call and Blake R. White of Springfield and a great grandson, Quentin Jacob Thomas Call. Preceding her in death were three brothers, Melvin, Pete and Bobby Evans.

She was 88 years old on June 29. She was a seamstress in the clothing industry and also worked for DeMoulin's in Green ville before she retired. She resided for most of her life in the Hillsboro and Donnellson areas. She was born in Raymond, a daughter of Roy Franklin and Mary Elizabeth McCracken Massey. She married Carl White on April 30, 1966, in St. Louis. He died December 3, 1971. Surviving are daughters, Kay Barnett and husband Barney of Dahlgren, Marilyn McDonald and husband Tom of Silver Spring, Md.; a sister, Trudy Gardner of Highland; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were brothers, Fred and Ray Massey and a sister, Ruth Olson.

William "Bill" White, brother of Wayne White of Irving, died Sunday, August 1, 1999, in Detroit, Michigan. He was 82 years old on March 8. He was born in Irving, a son of Albert and Nellie White. After graduating from Irving High School in 1934 and Hillsboro High School in 1935, he moved to Detroit. Surviving besides his brother are his wife, Ruby; sons, William Jr., Jerry, Roger and Glen White all of the Detroit area; a daughter, Kathy Welling, also of the Detroit area.

Mrs. Whitford died at 11 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 1999, in Heritage Manor of Gillespie. She was 95 years old on August 10. She was born in Pana, a son of George and Maryetta Coleman Koontz. She married Ivy W. Whitford on August 10, 1926, in Vandalia. He died April 18, 1986. Surviving are a daughter, Vivian McClain and husband Eugene of Worden; son, Ivy Whitford Jr. and wife Katie of Waterloo; 15 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. Others surviving include a son in law John "Bing" Best of Worden. Preceding her in death were a daughter, Unabelle Best; son, John Whitford; four brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Whitlach died Thursday, October 8, 1998, in Winter Haven, Fla. She was 80 years old on January 19. She worked as a beautician before she retired and was a graduate of the Decatur School of Beauty Culture. She was born in Bantury, N.D., a daughter of Joseph and Edith Thompson Vits. The family moved to Pana when she was a small child. Her first husband, Emory Morgan, whom she married in 1944, died in 1974. She married Carl Whitlatch in 1980. He died in 1988. Surviving are a son, Eugene Morgan and wife Patricia of Winter Haven; step daughter, Judy Burk and Duane in Illinois; step son, Bell Whitlatch and wife Diane in Illinois; five grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and eight step great grandchildren. Among others surviving is her mother in law, Alma Morgan, who at age 97 lives in Schram City. Preceding her in death were a brother, Neil Vits in 1989 and a sister, Josephine in infancy.

Private family services for R.G. Whitley, of Hillsboro, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Patton Memorial Home with the Rev. Kenneth Sandlin officiating. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery with military rites conducted at graveside by VFW Post 1306, Taylor Springs. No visitation will be held. The family suggests memorials be directed to the Hillsboro Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Fund. Mr. Whitley died at 3:10 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 1998, in his home. He was 75 years old on March 16, and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was owner and operator of Whitley Motors in Hillsboro from 1955 to 1981. He was active in civic life of the Hillsboro community serving as secretary of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce and running for mayor of the city. He had resided in Hillsboro since 1952. A member of the Navy from 1940 to 1945, he was stationed at Pearl Harbor at the time it was attacked by the Japanese. He was a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, the Disabled American Veterans Association and a lifetime member of VFW Post 1306, Taylor Springs. Following his discharge from the Navy, he attended school at Ford, Bacon Davis School of Industrial Technology in Chicago. Then in 1952, he moved to Hillsboro and was employed by Square Tool and Die until opening the automobile dealership which carried his name. He was born in Faison, North Carolina, a son of William and Pearl Bradshaw Whitley. He married Ludmilla Jagosh on May 21, 1945, in Hillsboro. She survives. Surviving also are sons, Dr. Ronald Whitley of Richmond, Va., Larry Whitley and wife Kris of Hillsboro, Dennis Whitley and wife Jeana of Sherman; brothers, William Whitley and wife Theresa of Hillsboro, Mitchel Whitley and wife Enice, Nelson Whitley, all of Wilmington, N.C.; sisters, Ruby Smith of Wilmington, Emma Heath and husband Emmett of Newport News, Va., Ann Giacalone and husband Jack of Wilmington; and four grandchildren, Kristine and Aaron Whitley of Hillsboro, Reece and Mitchell Whitley of Sherman. Preceding him in death were a sister, Nellerie Straughan and a brother, Ronald E. Whitley.

Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery in rural Coffeen. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in Toberman Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials be directed to the Building Fund of the Coffeen Free Methodist Church. Mr. Whitlock died Saturday, October 16, 1999, in Hillsboro Hospital. He was 86 years old on August 1. He was a tool and die maker at Marvel - Schebler and Cashco, Inc. in Decatur for many years. He retired in 1976 and moved from Decatur back to Coffeen. He was reared in the Coffeen area, attending schools there and graduating from the Coffeen High School in 1932. He was a faithful church worker who taught Sunday school classes and served on boards and committees at the Free Methodist Church of Coffeen and also for the Gateway Conference. He was born in Montgomery County, a son of H. Arthur and Bertie Kimbro Whitlock. He married Martha L. Hicks on June 19, 1942, in St. Louis. She survives. Surviving also are a daughter, Rebecca Decesaro and husband Sam of Decatur; brothers, William Earl Whitlock of Litchfield, Jacob and Dale Whitlock, both of Springfield; sisters, Nelma Calame and husband Wilbur of Witt, Wilma Sharp and husband Earl and Thelma Whitlock, all of Coffeen. Preceding him in death were a brother, Dwight and sister, Mary.
Whitlow, Dorothy Irene
Services for Dorothy Irene Garvin Whitlow, of Hillsboro, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Hough and Sons Funeral Home there with the Rev. Eddie Diveley, pastor of South Side Church, Litchfield, officiating. Burial will be in Ware's Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. The family suggests memorials be directed to women's breast cancer research. Mrs. Whitlow died at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 1998, in St. John's Hospital, Springfield. She was 54 years old last September 8. She was an active participant in Hillsboro Old Settlers and the Wolf Pack Car Club. She attended school in White Hall, Alsey and the Hillsboro area. She was born in White Hall, a daughter of William and Florence Ruth Garvin, and was married to Arthur Durbin of Moline in 1961. After his death, she married Sam Whitlow of Hillsboro on June 27, 1980. He survives. Surviving also are sons, Art, Rodney, Scott and Joe Durbin, all of Moline and Brad Whitlow of Hillsboro; brothers, Thomas Garvin of Hillsboro, Rice Phillips of Hillsboro, Kenneth Phillips of Panama; sisters, Vickie Boyd of Hillsboro, Cathy Fenton of Butler, Deborah Turner of Panama City, Fla., Brenda Laurent of Taylor Springs and Pamela Snider of Hillsboro: and 10 grandchildren. Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband was a step father, Grant Phillips.
Whitten, Jesse Van
Services for Jesse Van Whitten, former mayor of Bingham and a teacher in the Bingham school for several years, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery there. Friends may call in the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Mr. Whitten died at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, in Pana Hospital. He was 76 years old on December 30. He retired from the Alton School District after serving as custodian for 25 years. He was born in Bingham, a son of Jesse and Linda Hicks Whitten. He married Georgia Mae Naylor on December 19, 1942. She died in August 1982. Surviving are sons, Larry Whitten of Alton, Robert Whitten of Bethalto; daughters, Beverly Thompson of Pekin, Theresa Charlton of Wood River; brothers, Carl Whitten of Glendale, Calif., Lee Whitten of Landover, Md., Loren Whitten of Ramsey, Casey Whitten of Oreana, Billy Whitten of Effingham; sisters, Ila Grigg of Decatur, Loretta Bolte of Nokomis; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Services for Martha Ann Whitten, of Hillsboro, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Bass Funeral Home with Dr. Ronald Rhodus, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery, Fillmore. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Mrs. Whitten died at 6:40 a.m. Monday, August 31, 1998, in St. Francis Hospital. She was 85 years old on March 29. She spent most of her life in the Hillsboro area and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was born in Montgomery County, a daughter of William A. and Bertie Maude Owens Merriman. She married Kenneth N. Whitten on Mary 4, 1955. He died November 23, 1987. Surviving are a daughter, Rebecca S. Whitten of Litchfield; step son, Kenneth R. Whitten of Maryland; brother, William H. Merriman of Taylor Springs; sister, Edna Moore of Mt. Auburn; and four grandchildren, Angel Michelle Whitten, Lucas Michael Clark, Samantha Jo Whitten, Alexa Nichole Clark. Preceding her in death were sisters, Viola Taylor, Nancy Watts and Helen Merriman and a half brother, Clarence Lack.
Wickline, Lester Loyd
Lester Loyd Wickline, former executive secretary of the Illinois State Genealogy Scoiety, died Tuesday, September 15, 1998, in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. A resided in Lincoln and was 78 years old on February 4. He retired in 1980 after 21 years as business manager for the Lincoln Developmental Center and was active in the Masonic organization, the American Legion and the Red Cross. He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the China © Burma © India theater. born in Harristown, he was a son of Edward L. and Edith Hill Wickline, and married Mildred Young in 1939 in Bethany. She survives. Services are being held Saturday in Lincoln with burial in the Smyser Cemetery in Gays. Fricke Calvert Schrader Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
