Funeral service will be Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at the Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary in Richmond, where friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville.

WITHERBY --(Richmond, IN)--81 year old Jack Ray Witherby of 2121 Reeveston Road died Thursday at Reid Hospital after a short illness. He was retired from Belden where he was an Extrusion Operator. Survivors include a son, Earnest D. Cruea of Waldord, Maryland and a stepson, Rex A. Wright of Inverness, Florida. His wife, Norma Eileen Cruea, died Monday. She had been minister at the Southside Original Church of God in Richmond. Survivors include a son, Harry Stevens, Jr. of Richmond and a daughter, Ruth Ann Stevens Miller of Richmond. Funeral service will be Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at the Christ Tabernacle Chruch. Arrangments are being handled by the C. Stircle Patterson Funeral Home in Richmond.

BOATMAN --(Richmond, IN)--44 year old Janet Lee Boatman of Richmond died Tuesday at her home. She formerly worked in the jewelry business and sold real estate. Her huband, Harold, "Bud" Hill died Wednesday in Stephenson, Michigan. She was a beautician, retiring in 1980. Her husband, Roger P. Wharton, died Monday at Reid Hospital after a long illness. He had been a sign painter for 50 years. Survivors include a son, David Holt of Richmond. Graveside service will be Thursday morning at 10:30 at Cherry Grove Cemetery near Lynn. Friends may call Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10 at the Smith and McQuiston Funeral Home in Fountain Ckty.

GRIFFITH --(Richmond, IN)-- 69 year old Mary L. Griffith of Richmond died of a heart attack while driiving his car near North 15th and A Streets Sunday. He had worked at Ryan's Steakhouse since it opened. Survivors include his wife, Fannie Lewis Jennings; five sons, Jordan Gross and Michael, Willie, Dwyane and William Eaton, all of Richmond; and a daughter, Michelle Eaton of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Funeral service will be Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the New Life Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Arrangements were announced by the C. Stircle Patterson Funeral Home in Richmond.
