MISHAWAKA - Irene A. (Putman) Moore, 73, of Indianapolis, formerly of Mishawaka and South Bend, died Sunday in Winona Hospital, Indianapolis. Survivors include her husband, Donald; two daughters, Colleen Moore and Maureen Moore, both of Indianapolis; and two sons, Allan and Galen, both of Indianapolis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Flanner & Buchanan Mortuary, Speedway, Ind., where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.

SOUTH BEND - Edward A. Olczak, 86, of Indianapolis, formerly of South Bend, died Friday in the home of his daughter in Indianapolis. Survivors include two daughters, Marcia Gregg-Szymczak of Cassopolis and Cynthia Beeman of Indianapolis. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Edwardsburg. There will be no visitation. Daniel F.
