He is survived by his wife, Edith (Witt); two daughters, Julie Maul of Pennsylvania and Christie Schwager of Michigan City; and two sons, Michael of Michigan City and Roger P. of Lakeville. She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Kreutzer of Warsaw and Dorothy Szabo of Rochester, Minn.; a son, Russ of North Webster; and a brother, Doug Cunningham of Fla.
