John "Pat" Kelley, age 42, passed away on April 14, 2003 at the Regency Place of Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on March 25, 1961, the son of John T. & Karlann (Striker). They are deceased. He is survived by a daughter Amanda Kelley of Fort Pierce, Florida, an aunt, uncle and several cousins in the Decatur area.
He was a truck driver.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-8pm with funeral services on Friday at 10:00am at the Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, IN
Rev. Brian Wikoff will be officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery.

Jessica R. Manley, age 14, of Decatur, Indiana passed away on April 14, 2003 at Adams County Memorial Hospital.
Born on January 18, 1989, she is the daughter of James D. Manley and Catherine Sarson.
She is survived by her father and step-mother James and Tracey Manley, Decatur, IN; her mother Catherine Sarson, Ft. Wayne, IN; 3 brothers Joshua D. Vetter, Ft. Wayne, IN; Jacob W. Massoth, Decatur, IN; Alec M. Elder, Decatur, IN; 2 sisters Londyn L. Lee, Ft. Wayne, IN; Breigh A. Elder, Decatur, IN; 2 maternal grandmothers Lola Sarson and Karen A. Vetter, both of Ft. Wayne; paternal grandparents Kenneth and Marcia Manley, Decatur, IN and step-grandparents Greg and Sue Jones, Willshire, OH.
Jessica, an 8th grade student at Bellmont Middle School, was a Student Leader with Campus Life, an Honor Student, and was active in volleyball, basketball, softball, and the Bellmont Middle School Choir.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-8pm at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:30pm, also at Haggard & Sefton with Rev. Anthony Stidam officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery.

Mr. Charles L. "Chuck" McCullough passed away July 22, 2003.
Chuck McCullough, 55, passed away last Tuesday in his Decatur residence. He was born February 3, 1948 to Nimrod and Edith (Place) McCullough of Adams County, Indiana. He married Diana L. (Roudebush) on September 2, 1967.
Mr. McCullough was Co-Owner of Indiana Arms Incorporated with his son, Jeff. He also worked for 20 years at General Electric and worked for Global Tool and Automation of Ft. Wayne, In. He was a member of the Monroe United Methodist Church of Monroe, Indiana where he served on the Christian Homemakers Sunday School Class and several boards including Pastor Parish and the Administrative Board. He also was a former member of the Sheriffs' Reserve.
Chuck was survived by his wife, Diana McCullough, Decatur, IN; His stepmother, Helena McCullough, Decatur, IN; 1 son, Jeff McCullough, Decatur, IN; 1 Daughter, Mrs. Mike (Cheri) Hill, Decatur, IN; 2 Brothers, Gerald McCullough, Geneva, IN and Richard McCullough, Rockford, OH; 2 Sisters; Sally Chapman, Monroe, IN and Susan Norton, Decatur, IN; and 7 Grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his parents.
Funeral Information
Viewing will be at 2-8pm, Monday, July 28, 2003 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home.
The Services are being held at Monroe United Methodist Church Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at 11am with a 1 hour viewing prior to the service.

James D. Pulley, 55, of Decatur, Indiana died Thursday, July 24, 2003. He was born to Francis D. Pulley and Madge J. Berrier in Montpellier, IN. He married Terry L. (Honchel) March 8, 1979. They moved to Decatur from Fife Lake, Michigan.
James was an Electrical Engineer for Micro Precision in Berne, Indiana.
He is survived by his father, Dale Pulley, Montpellier, IN; His loving wife, Terry L. Pulley, Decatur, IN; 2 step-sons, Matthew Striker, Houston, Tx and Craig Striker, South Dakota; 2 Daughters, Michelle M. (Pulley)Scott, Anderson, IN and Sheila D. Pulley, Anderson, IN; 2 sisters, Janey Kraner, Montpellier, IN and Judy Buckland, Warren, IN; and 3 grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his mother and 1 sister.

Vicky worked at the Fleetwood Company and was a member of the Decatur Lions Club.
She is survived by 2 Sons; John Shank, Decatur, IN and Josh Garrett, Imperial Beach, California; 2 Brothers; David Painter, Seattle, Washington and Don Painter, Germantown, OH; 2 Sisters, Jennie Cooksey, Lancaster, TX and Shela Connelly, Seattle, Washington; and 3 grandchildren.
Ms. Garrett was preceeded in death by her parents.
Funeral Information
There will be a Memorial Graveside Service Monday, August, 11, 2003 at 11:00am at the Decatur Cemetery.
Donations Information
All donations will be given to the Hospice of Northeast Indiana.

Maxine Ford, 88, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2003.
Mrs. Maxine Ford of Decatur, Indiana, passed away Sunday at the Adams County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Blackford County, Indiana to Orlando and Hazel (Clapper) Sipe on June 15, 1915. She later married Lester Ford on May 30, 1935. (Lester passed away July 1, 2003.)
Maxine was a retired Program Assistant at the Adams County Agriculture Stabilization Service. She was a member of the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and the Women of St. Mary's in Decatur.
She is survived by 2 Sons, Ronald W. Ford, Spring Lake, Michigan and Daniel J. Ford of La Porte, Indiana; 1 Daughter, Mrs. Ted (Leola Ann) Moser, Waynesville, Ohio; 13 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren, and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
She is preceeded in death by Her Husband, Lester W. Ford; 4 Sons; 1 Sister and 1 Brother.
Funeral Information
There will be a graveside service at 4pm, Monday, October 20, 2003 at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Decatur, Indiana.
Father Phil DeVolder will be officiating.
Donations Information
All Donations will be given to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or to the Masses.

Helen Lengerich, 93, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2003
Mrs. Lengerich, of Decatur, Indiana, passed away Tuesday at the Adams County Memorial Hospital. She was born to William E. and Mary C. (Appelman) Faurote in Adams County, IN on August 14, 1910. She married Bernard T. Lengerich on June 6th, 1939. Mr. Lengerich preceeded Helen in death in 1955.
Helen was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. She also was a member of the Rosary Society and the Jolly Housewifes of St. Mary Catholic Church.
She is survived by 2 sons, Paul B. Lengerich (and his wife Jane) of Decatur, and Donald L. Lengerich (and his wife Carol) of Decatur, IN; 1 Daughter, Mrs. Robert (Jane E.) Klausing of Lima, OH; 2 Brothers, Edward and James Faurote, Decatur, IN; 3 Sisters, Naomi Braun, Decatur, IN, Margaret Braun, Decatur, IN and Bernadine (Bessie) Appelman, Decatur, IN; 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren.
Mrs. Lengerich was preceeded in death by 2 Daughters, Aneita M. and Joan A.;4 Brothers, Herman, Leo, John and Elmo Faurote; and 1 Sister, Germaine Hackman.
Funeral Information
Viewing is 2-8pm Thursday, October 23, 2003 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, IN with a Rosary Service at 3:30pm
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am, Friday, October 24, 2003 at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur, IN. There will be a Prayer Service at 9:20am Friday, prior to the Funeral Service.

Mr. Robert E. Drake passed away Friday at 12:38am at the Woodcrest Retirement Community in Decatur, Indiana. He was born to Clarence and Gladys (Gephart) Drake on March 27, 1916 in Decatur, Indiana.
Robert retired from the Duo Marine Company in Decatur, Indiana. He also was a member of the Grace Bible Missionary Church in Decatur.
He is survived by 1 son, John E. Drake, Decatur; 1 Daughter, Mrs. Murlin (Linda) Hamrick, Berne, IN; 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Mr. Drake was preceeded in death by his parents and 2 Brothers, Donald Drake and Clarence Drake Jr.
