Leonard Fox, 74, passed away Friday, March 19, 2004.
Mr. Leonard D. Fox, of Decatur, passed away Friday at 9:05am. He was born June 18, 1929 in Adams County to Jesse and Dora (Hirschy) Fox. He later married Mary J. (Northup) Fox on June 12, 1954.
Leonard worked for the Parker Company(formerly the Schafer Wholesale Co.) of Decatur for 32 years until his retirement in 1999. He was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ, the American Legion Post #43 and the Moose Lodge #1311 of Decatur, IN. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War.
Mr. Fox is survived by his wife, Mary J. Fox, Decatur, IN; 3 Daughters, Mrs. Dale (Judy) Scherer, Decatur, Debra Fox, Ft. Wayne, IN and Kristi Garcia, Decatur, IN; 1 Brother, Ferris Fox, Decatur, IN; 2 Sisters, Norma Shelton, Decatur and Mrs. Richard (Wava) Fiechter, Craigville, IN; and 4 Grandchildren, Justin, Ashley and Chelsi Garcia and Megan Scherer all of Decatur, IN.
He was preceeded in death by his parents.

Visitation is 11am - 6pm Sunday, March 21, 2004 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, IN.
Funeral Service is at 2pm Monday, March 22, 2004 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home with visitation 1 hour prior to service.

All donations to be given to the Zion United Church of Christ or to the Family Hospice of Northeast Indiana.

Mr. Albert C. Baumann of Decatur, Indiana, passed away Monday, March 10, 2004 at the Woodcrest Retirement Center at 5:10am. He was born to Rudolph and Sarah (Limenstall) Baumann on March 3, 1930 in Adams County, Indiana. He later married Goldie May (Biberstein) on March 5, 1930.
Albert worked as a farmer and is survived by 1 Son, Steve Bauman, Calvin, OK; 1 Sister, Gayle "Viola" Bauserman; 14 Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by his wife, Goldie, 3 Sons, Carl, James, and Larry "Windy" Bauman; 1 Daughter, Agnes Marie Bauman and 4 Brothers, Waldo, Ernest, Clarence and Ervin Bauman.

Peter Trevisan, of Decatur, Indiana, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2003 in Decatur, Indiana. He was born in Bruhl, Germany to Peter and Maria Trevisan on April 18, 1931. He later married Anna Trevisan on September 12, 1953. (She preceeded Peter in death on July, 31, 2001.)
Mr. Trevisan worked as a Tool and Die Maker at the Chrysler Corporation in Warren, MI. He previously resided in Sturgis, MI before moving to Decatur in 1998.
He is survived by 1 son, Roy Trevisan, Warren, MI; 1 Daughter, Mrs. Gary (Rosemary) Mann, Decatur, IN; 2 Sisters and 5 Grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by his wife, Anna Trevisan, and 1 brother.
Funeral Information
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 26, 2003 at 11am at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home in Decatur.

Mr. Phillip S. Butcher passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2004 in Decatur, Indiana. He was born on March 9, 1953 to Robert C. and Magdalene E. (Borne) Butcher in Adams County, Indiana. He later married Laurie A. Johnson - Butcher on July 26, 2003. (He was previously married to Denise (Ray) on April 8, 1972.
Phillip worked in the maintenence department for Poore Brothers in Bluffton, Indiana. He was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Decatur, Indiana, the Decatur Wrestling Club, and was an avid fan of Bellmont Wrestling.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie A. Johnson-Butcher, His mother, Magdalene E. Butcher, Decatur, IN; 2 Sons, Phillip Sean Butcher and Adam Patrick Butcher of Decatur; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Matt (Jerralyn Jo) Villagomez and Mrs. Scott (Andrea Dee) Wolfe of Decatur; His 5 Brothers, Robert Eugene Butcher, Decatur, David Richard Butcher, Decatur, Steven Leroy Butcher, Decatur, Daniel Judson Butcher, Decatur, and Rev. Neil Duane Butcher, Albany, IN; and his 4 Grandchildren.
Mr. Butcher was preceeded in death by his father, Robert C. Butcher (he died Oct. 7, 1998) and 1 Granddaughter.

Visitation is 2-8pm Saturday, February 7, 2004 and 10am - 12pm Sunday, February 8, 2004 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana.
Funeral Service is at 2pm at St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Decatur Indiana with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Margaret E. Brecht, of Decatur, IN, passed away at 7:25am at the Canterbury Nursing Home and Rehab Center in Ft. Wayne, IN Saturday. She was born in Decatur, where she was a lifetime resident, to Fedrich and Anne (Shaffner) Hancher on November 27, 1923. She later married John J. Brecht on December 27, 1942 (he passed away on Sept. 27, 1998).
Margaret was a Beautician/Cosmetologist for Margaret's Beauty Booth, and she also worked with her husband at Brecht Jewelry Store in Decatur, IN.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Decatur and the Tri-Kappa, the Ladies of the Elks, and a member of the former Order of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Brecht is survived by 1 Son, Fred M. Brecht, Decatur; 2 Daughters, Susan Spiegel, Sebring, FL and Ann M. Linnemeier, Ft. Wayne, IN; 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by her Husband, John J. Brecht and her Brother, Paul W. Hancher.

Visitation will be from 4-7pm Monday, February 9, 2004 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, IN.
Funeral Service will be at 11am Tuesday, February 10, 2004 in the Chapel at the First United Methodist Church, Decatur, IN (there will be a 1hour visitation prior to service at the church.)

Sharon was the Deputy Auditor at the Adams County Auditor's Office. She also was the Assistant Manager of the First Federal Savings and Loan in Decatur prior to working at the Auditor's office. She was a member of the St. Marks United Methodist Church, Decatur, IN.
Mrs. Downey is survived by her husband, Mike A. Downey, Decatur; Her parents, Dale and Pauline Copeland, Greenwood, IN; 1 Daughter, Mrs. Kimberly Kohne, St. Louis Missouri; 1 Son, Jason Downey, Altoona, Iowa; 2 Brothers, Steve T. Patricia J. Dalton Willcox, 78, Huntington, IN, died at Huntington Parkview Hospital, on December 26, 2007 at (1:37AM).
She was born on July 3, 1929 in North Manchester, Indiana to Joseph and Annabel Cain Browne. Her parents preceded her in death.

Mrs. Willcox first marriage was to John P. Dalton in 1952. He preceded her in death in 1992. Her second marriage was to Phillip J. Willcox in 1984. He survives and resides in Huntington, IN.

Mrs. Willcox graduated from Huntington High School as salutatorian of the Class of 1947. She received an Associate Degree from William Woods College and attended Northwestern University. She was employed with Yeoman Eng., Huntington, Indiana for nearly 30 years and co-owner with her husband of Hometown Video for twelve years. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church Huntington, IN. and the Rosary Sodality. She was a member of the Monday Club and the South Side Business Association. She was a volunteer for the March of Dimes Campaign and for Huntington Catholic Schools. She received keys to the city on several different occasions.

She is survived by 4 sons: John P. Dalton Jr., Huntington, IN.; Timothy J. (Tami ) Dalton, Huntington, IN.; Nicholas C. (Margaret) Dalton, South Bend, IN.; Matthew J. Dalton, Huntington, IN. 2 Daughters: Amy L. Dalton and Carrie A. Dalton both of Huntington, IN. and 2 step-sons: James M. (Sandra) Willcox, Huntington, IN and John A. (Michelle) Willcox, Wabash, IN. 8 Grand-children and 1 Great-grandchild.

Calling will be Sunday, December 30, 2007 from 3-7 PM at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 31, 2007 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 903 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN with Father John Pfister officiating.

Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.

She was born Feb 16, 1926 in Huntington, IN to Robert and Agnes Holzinger Jones. Her parents preceded her in death.

Mrs. Garwood married Lewis M. Garwood October 6, 1945. He died May 9, 2003. Mrs. Garwood worked for 37 years at Memcor. She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church Huntington, IN also a member of VFW Post #2689.

Survivors include: 2 Sons: James M. Garwood, Warren, IN and Steve M. Garwood, Huntington, IN; 4 daughters: Michele M. Betsinger, Aurora, IL, Sheri Kay Vance, Huntington, IN, Christine M. Fox, Andrews, IN, Karen M. Netzley, Huntington, IN; 13 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: 1 granddaughter and 1 great grand daughter.

Calling will be Wednesday, December 26, 2007 from 4-8 PM at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN. Rosary will be at 7 pm.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 10:00 AM at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry St. Huntington, with Father Ron Rieder officiating.

Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
