Mr. Webster was born May 15, 1918 in Huntington, IN to Homer and Lucille Bensing Webster. His parents preceded him in death.
Mr. Webster was married to Adeline Ufheil on February 24, 1944. in SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Huntington, IN. She survives and resides in Huntington, IN.
Mr. Webster was manager of the The Why Store in Huntington and for 24 years served as Director of Personnel and Labor Relations at Our Sunday Visitor. He served as City Councilman in the 60s. He was a member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Huntington, IN. and also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Webster served in the 307th Bombers Group during World War II.
Survivors include: Mrs. Robert (Mary Lynn) Meyer, Huntington, IN and Mrs. Michael (Nancy) Briggs, Huntington, IN. 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren..

Mrs. Leist was married to Herman J. Leist on May 16, 1942. in SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Huntington, IN. He preceded her in death May 14, 1990. Mrs. Leist was a former employee in the envelope department of Our Sunday Visitor.

Mr. Gravley was born on November 1, 1955 in Radford, VA to Coagle and Mary Hanks Gravley. His mother , Mary Hanks, survives in Mt. Airy, North Carolina.
Mr.Gravley married Joyce Ackerman Wohlford on July 31, 1991. She survives and lives in Huntington.
Mr. Gravley was a Journeyman Electrician, I.B.E.W. Local 342, Winston, Salem, North Carolina for 20 years prior to his retirement on October 23, 2003.

Mr. Borton was born on January 18,1929 in Zanesville, Indiana to Sidney and Elizabeth Walker Borton. His parents preceded him in death.
Mr. Borton married Rita Rice on November 12,1950. She survives and lives in Huntington.
Mr. Borton attended Union High School. He was a United States Army veteran serving in the Korean conflict. Mr. Borton worked for Fulton Dairy.
Survivors: His wife of 55 years: Rita Borton. 1 son: Todd Borton, Huntington. 2 daughters: Cynthia Albertson, Hamilton, IN. and Eileen Farrell, Ft Wayne. 1 sister: Isabelle Warfel, Hamilton, IN. 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Paul Godfroy
Paul R. Godfroy, 76, Huntington, IN, died at 12:30 A.M. on December 25, 2005 at Miller Merry Manor, Huntington, IN.
Mr. Godfroy was born January 10, 1927 in Huntington, IN to James M. and Esther A. Weber Godfroy. His parents preceded him in death.
Mr. Godfroy graduated from Huntington Catholic High School in 1947. He married Evelyn Glick on May 29, 1954 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Huntington. Mr. Godfroy was a former employee of Model Cleaners for 26 years. He also was employed at Huntington County Farm Bureau and Huser-Paul in Ft. Wayne, IN. Mr. Godfroy served in the Army during the Korean War.
Mr. Godfroy was a member of St Mary Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, American Legion Post #7, Life member of VFW Post #2689 and Huntington Loyal Order of Moose #837.
Mr. Godfroy was a member and past vice chief and counsel of Indiana Miami Indians for 49 years. He was an original signer of Gemmer Field, which he served as umpire in chief and league president. He was a retired referee for high school basketball and baseball and for college women basketball. He was a former member of Mihsihkiaahkwa Pow-Wow. Mr. Godfroy received the Heart of Gold Award from Whitley County Foundation.
Survivors include: 1 Son: Steven Godfroy, Huntington, IN and 1 Daughter: Mrs. Joe (Jane) Burkhart, Huntington, IN. 7 Grandchildren: Jenifer Burkhart, Jarod Burkhart,Jessica Burkhart, Kevin Godfroy,Kayla Godfroy,Kyle Godfroy and Kelsey Godfroy. and 4 Great-grandchildren: Maytelin Miller, Elloitt Miller, Morgan Burkhart and Wesley Burkhart.
Preceded in death by 3 sisters: Doris Myers, Eloise Simrak, and Rosella Swaidner.
4 brothers: Ralph (Bud) Godfroy, Glenn Godfroy, Larry Godfroy and Richard Godfroy.

Mrs. Callahan was a 1939 graduate of Huntington High School.Mrs. Callahan was an executive secretary at Wabash Magnetic in both Huntington and Wabash, IN. She also worked for First Interstate Bank in Las Vegas, NV.

Mrs. Foster married Charles H. Foster on September 16, 1950, in Huntington, IN. He survives and lives in Huntington.
Mrs. Foster graduated in 1939 from Huntington High School. She worked as a tester for General Electric in Ft. Wayne during WW II. Mrs. Foster worked as a telephone
operator for Bell Telephone Company and was a nurse’s aid at Victory Noll, Huntington. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a member of St. Felix Fraternity of the Secular Franciscan Order.
Survivors include: 1 son: George Foster , Huntington, IN. 1 Daughter: Cheryl Foster ,Huntington, IN. 1 Brother: Elmo Ufheil, Huntington, IN.; 1 Sister, Mrs.Bensing (Adeline) Webster; 2 Grandchildren: Eric Foster and Courtney (Foster ) Wiegmann and 1 Great grand daughter: Ana Wiegmann.

Willis Winkler
Willis Winkle, 79, Huntington, IN, died at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 30,2005 at his residence.
Mr. Winkler was born on July 20, 1926 in Huntington, IN to Horace and Sarah Shultz Winkler. His parents preceded him in death.
Mr. Winkler married Phyllis Stoltz. She preceded him in death on August 31, 1994.
Mr. Winkler retired in 1991 after 28 years from the maintenance department at Victory Noll in Huntington. He worked for the Huntington City Park Department
as a superintendent, and the Waterworks Plant. He was a member of St Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Mr. Winkler was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 2689 in Huntington. He served in the Army 274th armored field artillery Battalion during WW II in France and Germany from October 1944 to August 1946.
Survivors include: 4 Son: Bill Winkler, Huntington, John Winkler, Huntington, Don Winkler, Andrews and Michael Winkler, Huntington. 4 daughters: Mrs. George (Mary)
Meady. Malden, Massachusetts, Mrs. Allen (Sally)Snodgrass, Columbia City, Mrs. Mike (Cathy) Anderson, Peabody, Massachusetts, and Mrs. Mike (Linda) Benson, Markle. 1 brother: Clyde Winkler, Huntington. 1 stepbrother: Roy France, Key Largo, FL. 2 sisters: Ruby Hite, Columbia City and Letha Rhea, SeaTac, WA.
Grandchildren 22 and 15 great grandchildren.

Mr. Swearer was employed at J C Penny?s, Huntington. He worked for 35 years for Ft. Wayne Community School and Crestview Junior High in maintenance department. He was a veteran of WW II serving in both the Army and Navy.
