Surviving are her husband, David L.; sons Terry L. and Gary A., both of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother. Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hockemeyer& Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, with calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Delores Sparta, 78, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at Covington Manor Nursing Home.
The New York, N.Y., native was a seamstress for 40 years with New York Fashions and an antique collector. Surviving are a son, Nicholas of Naples, Fla.; sisters Rosemary Johnson of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Leona Lee of Shohola, Pa.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas. Services are Thursday in Naples, Fla. Burial will be at Germanhill Cemetery, Shohola, Pa.

William Raymond Tracey, 70, of Fort Wayne, a member of Statewood Baptist Church, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at Parkview Memorial Hospital.
The Fort Wayne native worked as a security guard for 10 years for Zies Security, and he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Surviving are sons William Jr. of New Haven, Eugene of Poe, and Larry and Donavon, both of Fort Wayne; daughters Kathy Romines and Angela Smith, both of Fort Wayne, Vicky Habib of Angola, Cindy Wolf of Findlay, Ohio, and Brenda Tracey of Columbia City; brothers Jerry and Don, both of Fort Wayne, and Tom of New Haven; 23 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four sons. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at C.M. Sloan& Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St., with calling from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are to the family.

Dolores M. Adamski, 80, of Fort Wayne, a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at Saint Anne Home.
The Galion, Ohio, native retired in 1984 as a nurse at St. Joseph Hospital. Surviving are her husband, Norbert J.; a daughter, Susan K. Ledermeier of Cincinnati; and a grandchild. She was preceded in death by a sister.
Mass of Christian Burial was today at Saint Anne Home Chapel, 1900 Randallia Drive. Burial was at Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are to the American Cancer Society, Saint Anne Home or Masses.

Naomi Mary Alles, 69, of Roanoke, who worked part-time at Oley's Pizza in Fort Wayne, died Monday, July 15, 2002, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
The Decatur native was also a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she was a member of the choir and Rosary Society. She was a member/past president of American Legion Post 160 Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, Dale; sons Denny of Roanoke, Pat of Huntington and Joe of Nashville, Tenn.; daughters Janet Alles, Carol Stopher and Lisa Sauter, all of Fort Wayne, Diane Eckert of Huntington and Barb Carroll and Mary Smith, both of Roanoke; sisters Vera Johnson of Ossian, Sister Carol Geels of Jefferson, Wis., and Delores Ehinger of New Haven; a brother, Carl Geels of Fort Wayne; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy Hattendorf. Services are 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Roanoke, with calling one hour before services. He was a Wabash native. The Seattle native was former co-owner/office manager of Lowman Rug Service in Warsaw and a member of Double H Home Economics Club. She attended the Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Daniel; daughters Pamela M. Plesher of Ardmore, Okla., and Rhonda L. Deaton and Lynda K. Miller, both of Warsaw; a son, Michael H. of Olympia, Wash.; sisters Betty Sill and Marilyn Gibson, both of Washington, Louise Butler of Illinois and Carol Gill of California; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. G. Pauline Campbell, 84, of Albion, a lifelong area resident, died Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Kendallville.
"She loved hummingbirds, bingo, fishing and children." The Albion native had worked for Essex Wire in Topeka for 35 years. Surviving are nephews she raised, Mike and Don Campbell, both of Albion; a niece she raised, Jan Gordon of Albion; and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers Charles and Robert Campbell. Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Brazzell Funeral Home, Albion, with calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Wilma J. Woodring, 71, of West Unity, Ohio, died Monday, July 15, 2002, at Parkview Nursing Center in Edgerton.
The Defiance native was a nurse and homemaker and attended West Unity Methodist Church. She was an associate member of Bryan Eagles Auxiliary and VFW Auxiliary. Springer of Archbold; sisters Nancy Jackson of Florida and Anna Bordner of Holgate; brothers Robert Bond of Defiance, John Bond of Perrysburg and Ralph Bond of Londonderry, N.H.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G., two brothers and a sister. Ronald Charles Passmore Jr., 33, of Hicksville, Ohio, a native of Chicago, died Sunday, July 14, 2002, in Ottawa, Ill.
He worked with Sky Dive in Chicago as an instructor, was a strong rated tandem jump and static line instructor, held a D license and had completed more than 1,400 jumps in the last six years. He was a former member of the Montpelier Eagles. Surviving are daughters Leah Thompson, Tiffany, Amanda, Tessa and Peggy Passmore, all of Butler, Ind.; his parents, Margaret and Russell Nickloy of Hicksville; sisters Joan Heminger of Pioneer and Rebecca Vanderhorst of Farwell, Mich.; and brothers Edward of Chicago and Joseph Nickloy of West Unity. Rev. H. Carlyle Seiple, 87, of Deming, N.M., and formerly of Huntington, Ind., died Monday, July 15, 2002, in Las Cruces.
The Hillsdale, Mich., native was a pastor at United Brethren in Christ Church in Indiana and Ohio. In 1967, he was appointed business manager of U.B. Publishing Establishment and secretary of publications for the United Brethren denomination. He established the Hillcrest Lithographing Printing Shop in 1972 in his Huntington, Ind., home. Surviving are a daughter, Marilyn Woods of Deming, N.M.; a sister, Frances Helmer of Westland, Mich.; a brother, George of Pittsford, Mich.; three grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wives Loraine and Louise, a son, Duane, a stepdaughter, Beverly Peppler, and a brother. Services are 10 a.m. Friday at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, Huntington, Ind., with calling from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Huntington, Ind. The Paulding County, Ohio, native retired in 1989 from the Chief Supermarket after 25 years of service and was a member of Paulding United Methodist Church. Orest Gilmore Cole, 83, of Largo, Fla., and formerly of Antwerp, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. The Corydon, Ind., native was retired from Peter Eckrich& Sons in Fort Wayne. He was a World War II Navy veteran, had served in the National Guard and was a 1937 graduate of Antwerp, Ohio, High School. "Marian was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother." She had worked for North American Van Lines in Fort Wayne as a dispatcher for 20 years and was also a homemaker. She was a volunteer for Contra Costa County Animal Shelter in Martinez, and enjoyed bowling, gardening and her cats. Surviving are her husband, Marvin D. Williams; daughters Kathleen S. Reynolds of Ephrata, Pa., and Cynthia A. Brown of Fort Wayne; a son, Alan R. Shuler of Jacksonville, Fla.; a stepson, Kevin D. Williams of Pittsburg, Calif.; brothers Jim Smith of Kinross, Mich., and John Smith of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
