Ms. Chaney was born in Thorntown, Indiana on September 3, 1938, and was a daughter of the late William Edward and Edith (Woodard) Toney.
She lived in the Thorntown area where she was reared and educated and worked as a restaurant employee. In 1978 she moved to Bedford, Indiana and attended beauty school. She became a licensed cosmetologist in Bedford where she about six years. She retuned in 1995 to Thorntown and then to the present Crawfordsville address. She worked as an employee of Enduron in Thorntown until 1996.
She was married in Illinois in 1957 to Alvah Leo Shahan and they divorced in 1974. She was married to Charles Lynch in Bedford, Indiana in 1980 and he died in 1982. She was married to Gene Chaney 1993 to 1995 and they divorced.
Ms. Chaney enjoyed her children and family as well as playing cards, fishing, camping, gardening, watching television game shows, bingo, and traveling.

Visitation is planned for Wednesday, May 19, 2004, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon.
Interment will be at the Cox Cemetery near Thorntown in Boone County, Indiana.

Cause of Death: Natural Causes following an extended illness
Mr. Childress was born in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, on February 4, 1925, and was the son of the late William David “Pap” and Susie Cathrine (Moore) Childress.
He was reared and educated in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky and Boone County, Indiana. He joined the U.S. Navy and served during World War II. He returned to reside in Lebanon, Indiana and was employed as a deliveryman for Metzger Lumber Company. He then Drove a truck for several years before working as a self-employed contractor. He did roofing, siding, and insulation as well as remodeling until he retired in 1987 at the age of 62.
He was married to Joan Bowman for 10 years and divorced. He was married Shirley Ann (Penrose) Childress on February 5, 1972, in Lebanon, Indiana. Mrs. Childress survives.
Mr. Childress enjoyed his family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, playing cards, and watching movies.

Mr. Clifford was born in Lebanon, Indiana on May 22, 1922, and was the only child of the late Clarence Stanley and Mary C. (Stoltz) Clifford.
He spent most of his life in Lebanon with the exception of the period spent residing in Port Charlotte, Florida. Mr. Clifford graduated from Lebanon High School in 1940.
In January 1946, Mr. Clifford was married in Lebanon to Mildred E. (Threlkeld) Clifford. Mrs. Clifford survives.
Mr. Clifford served in the U.S. 3035th Army Air Force during World War II, 1942-1945. He was a machine gunner stationed in England and flying missions into the European Theater. He was awarded the Purple Heart and a Bronze Battle Star.
Interested in the construction business, Mr. Clifford had held positions related to the home building construction industry prior to starting his own construction company. He and Mrs. Clifford operated Clifford Builders in Lebanon 1967-1986.
Mr. Clifford enjoyed building and flying radio controlled aircraft and held a private pilot license. He was devoted to his family and enjoyed woodworking and fishing having made a number of trips to Canada. He wintered for several years in Port Charlotte, Florida and following retirement in 1968 resided there until 1999.

Mrs. Clifford was born in Boone County, Indiana on September 10, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Earl L. and Ruby Leveda (Hiland) Threlkeld.
She lived most of her life in Boone County where she was a 1944 graduate of Dover High School.
She was married in Lebanon, Indiana on January 22, 1946, to Joseph W. Clifford. Mr. Clifford died on March 28, 2004.
She and her husband operated Clifford Builders in Lebanon 1967-1986. She and her husband had a wonderful reputation for quality construction and were particularly proud of developing and building the Lebanon subdivisions, Prairie Heights and Rolling Meadows. Following retirement, she and Mr. Clifford spent several enjoyable years in Florida before they returned to reside in Lebanon in 1999.
Millie was very devoted to her family and enjoyed her grandchildren and their activities.

Mr. Cline was born in Lebanon, Indiana, on September 15, 1945, the son of the late William Adrian and Ruthie Mae (Shoemaker) Cline.
Mr. Cline was a life-resident of Boone County, Indiana. He spent his childhood on a farm in the Whitestown community. In 1963 he graduated from Whitestown High School. He moved to Lebanon in 1965.
He was married to Rebecca E. “Becky” (Isenhower) Cline in Whitestown, Indiana on August 28, 1965. Mrs. Cline survives.
Mr. Cline was a tool and die maker and worked for thirty-three years in Speedway at Praxair. He retired in October 2001.
Mr. Cline was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. In addition to his family he particularly enjoyed his grandchildren. Mr. Cline was active in the out-of-doors and liked to fish, mow, garden and cut wood. He also enjoyed driving his hot rod.
